The Lodges at Snowcreek is one of Mammoth Lakes premier properties. Come for the long ski seasons, November thru June with record breaking snow fall. Amazing trails for all types of snow sports. Or come in Summer, for endless recreational opportunities like golf, hiking, biking, tennis, motorcycle trails, music concerts,etc.
This 2008 square foot town home is beautifully appointed with all the amenities of home. On the top floor you will find a gourmet kitchen with absolutely everything you could possibly need, from your morning coffee to dinner for 10 in the evening. The dining room will comfortably seat 6 and 4 others at the kitchen island. The Great Room Dinning, Kitchen & Living room has beautiful hardwood floors, with accenting area rugs, a gas burning fireplace, 55 in flat screen TV with DirecTv, DVD/CD player and surround sound. Computer Desk and HP Printer for your Laptop or Tablet computer. Off the dinning room, the french doors lead you out to the deck where you can unwind, take in the fresh mountain air, and beautiful mountain views. Also on the deck you will find a gas BBQ for your enjoyment as well. Head down the hall past the powder room and you will find the master suite. Relax for the evening in your private master suite with a California Temper-Pedic King bed, private bathroom, a closet and multiple dressers, 42 in flat screen, DVD and DirecTv. The suite has a walk-in shower, double sinks and over size tub.
A second master bedroom suite is located downstairs, with a California Temper-Pedic King bed, private bathroom, a closet and dressers, 42 in flat screen, DVD and DirecTv. The suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed and full bathroom with a shower/tub, a closet and dressers, 30 in flat screen TV, DVD and DirecTv.
The laundry is located off the downstairs hall. The attached two car garage has a work bench & tools, storage racks for all of you ski gear and space for 2 cars.
Walking Distance to Red Line Bus or the newly remodeled Snowcreek Athletic Club, Featuring a new spa, pools, weight rooms, full basketball court, spa, and restaurant. Minutes by car to the ski lifts or walk to the shuttle stop on Old Mammoth road. Commercial flights to Mammoth Airport 6 miles away.

We are residents of Palos Verdes and built our first Chalet in 1968, sold it and purchased a condo in Snowcreek IV and in 2007 purchased this condo in Lodges. Our family and friends have skied, snowboard and enjoyed summers in Mammoth since the early 60's. We had special features and amenities added to our condo not found in other units as we spending almost three months a year.

Spacious, beautifully furnished, immaculate, yet warm and inviting, fully equipped home away from home.
Beautiful home close to everything. So many beautiful touches! The decor is not your typical rustic look. It has a high end kitchen, comfy beds and plenty of room. The neighborhood is quiet and has lush greenery all around. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed. Their is true pride of ownership. We've already booked for next year. The owner is a pleasure to work with, extremely accommodating. You won't be disappointed staying in this home!!!!
My family recently stayed here and it is everything the owner said it would be. Beautifully decorated and roomy. The kitchen was not only lovely and large, it was fully equipped. The chefs in my family loved it! There was really nothing we needed to bring except for the food.
It was a short drive to Eagle Lodge and Canyon Lodge. Easy in and out.
Each bedroom having its own bathroom was great. I especially loved the huge bathtub in one of the Master Suites. The only thing I would have changed is to have twin beds (or bunkbeds) in the third bedroom but that is only a personal preference.
We have been going to Mammoth for 30+ years and this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in at this price range. I highly recommend it and we definitely plan on returning.
Stayed over New Years 2012/2013 and loved our trip! House was spacious, warm, and tastefully decorated! The Christmas tree and decorations were a lovely touch and very welcome!
Bedrooms were great, and loved the fact they were all en-suite.
Entertainment systems in the house are top notch, with even built-in wall speakers in the living area that are connected to the TV.
Kitchen was one of the best equipped that we have experienced in Mammoth - we like to cook at night rather than hit the town, so this was great!
Double car garage was a luxury also - so nice to unpack inside! We are somewhat spoiled and used to ski-in-ski-out, but this was certainly the next best thing!
The central hot tub at the lodges is a very short walk from house (<1min), is outdoor (good in my book), large (more of a small hot pool), and has indoor changing rooms. Thumbs up.
Quick (5min) drive from house to Eagle lodge. If you are not driving to the slopes, the free shuttle stop is ~5mins walk. Red line is most frequent, and service the main lodge (20 to 25 mins?). change at vons to hop onto green line to Eagle - this is prob quickest route to mountain other than driving. If you are lucky there are a couple of other shuttle lines servicing the lodges, and these can take you straight to Eagle, but they run less frequently than the red line.
