Sleeps 6 - 3 Bed/2 Bath - Terrific Family Holiday Location beside all Amenities

This ground floor spacious apartment is located in a beautiful complex close to the beach, tennis, shops, restaurants and within a short drive to Marbella. The spacious kitchen is attractive and very well equipped with all mod cons. The lounge dining is on a lower level and has large doors which open back completely to the furnished terrace and lush gardens. The master bed has a double bed, access to the terrace and also has a well appointed shower room en suite. There are two additional twin bed rooms, one of which has it's own access to the terrace. There is an additional shower room and wc. The lovely pool area has a friendly pool snack bar as well as a safe kiddy's pool. This area has plenty of sun terraces with sun loungers. The beach is just a short walk and has a selection of beach restaurants. There are a number of championship golf courses within short drives. Parking provided both inside the complex and outside on the roadside. Highly recommended for Families/Golf

Why Janet Byrne chose Marbella area

Great apartment with lots of space - will suit a family of 6 really well. Located on airport side of Marbella so very easy to get to.No need for car hire as all amenities will be on your doorstep. The beach is a couple of minutes walk as are restaurants, shops (including supermarket) and hotel. Regular bus service directly into Marbella - which has to be visited.

What makes this apartment unique

There is a good sized terrace with outdoor furniture (not featured in the photos) and which is accessed off the lounge.

Excellent pool area with snack bar and sun terraces.
