Soothing colors and open beam ceilings make this 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit the perfect place to unwind. Koa wood floors with travertine kitchen and bath are always cool under foot. Enjoy a fully stocked galley kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and bar counter that seats 4. Your full bath with tub also includes a Bosch front-loading washer and dryer. The front bedroom has 2 twin beds (converts to king upon request), the second bedroom has a queen bed. Cotton sheets, and matelasse coverlets with hotel quality pillow top mattresses ensure a great night's sleep. Top-of-the line sofa converts to hotel king bed with memory foam mattress. Three (3) air-conditioners,plus ceiling fans throughout ensure optimum comfort even on the hottest days. A large covered lanai with teak dinning set and lounge area is perfect for relaxing and alfresco dining. Three flat screen t.v's as well as a blueray DVD player are great for keeping up with your favorite sport or watching a movie. The property is situated on 9 lushly landscaped acres with 2 pools, tennis and basketball courts, 3 barbecue areas with gas grills - one located directly oceanfront - as well as loungers for sunning or just watching the local sea turtles and visiting whales. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling right out front along Kahana Reef. We are conveniently located between Kaanapali and Kapalua with world class dining and golf within 3 miles. Our complex has ocean front amenities with all 2 bedroom units located on the garden side of the property.

Perfect location!!

We had a great time in Maui!! We didn't spend a lot of time at the condo because the location was absolutely perfect for us. The condo was clean, very well equipped with the beach goodies, loved the washer/dryer..although we had to use the AC for a couple of hours each night the wind kept the place cool during the night hours. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your condo.

The property was very well kept and pretty. The condo was clean and well maintained.

This was a nice condo and slept 4 comfortably. The location was near some of our favorite beaches so we enjoyed that. One complaint is the parking is very small and tight. We had a midsize SUV and parking and leaving was difficult. If we had a smaller car it would have been much easier. Julie was very helpful and available when we needed help. Overall it was a great week and we enjoyed the condo and beautiful Maui!

We had an amazing time staying in this condo. It was in an excellent location. The interior was nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Julie met us in person and was very helpful during our stay. We will come back again!

A great trip to Maui

Julie was great at communicating and we enjoyed her condo. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the Lanai. The condo is nicely decorated. There are a few items that could use updating; 1-2 outlet covers were cracked, beach gear (chairs and boogie boards) and washer/dryer. That's being said having a washer/dryer was essential but they did look a bit worse for wear. Condo was well appointed in the kitchen and there were a few items from previous visitors that were handy to use too. Overall a good stay for the price point.

Owner's Response: Mahalo for your stay with us. Our beach chairs are replaced several times a year a year and we have back ups of most beach items which are free to use but all guests may purchase or rent items locally as well. The dryer panel cracked (does not effect function )because a former guest climbed on top and we are waiting for that part. We do provide washer and dryer for your convenience but also have coin laundry at our clubhouse. Please contact me during your stay if you are having an issue or something is broken or missing so we may rectify the situation I do live on property and reach out to our guests during their stay. Beautiful condo as described plus more!

We had a wonderful stay at this Pohailani. It was exactly as described and more! Perfect for our family of four! Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen plus it was so nice to have plenty of bath towels and 4 beach towels. Washer and dryer was a big bonus! We packed all the beach stuff in the car and had it for every outing! It was (almost) cool enough in the day with just the ceiling fans because there is a locking screen door at the front and then with the sliding screen door on the deck open you get a real nice cross breeze, definitely enough at night! The grounds there are real nice too.We enjoyed walking around and looking at a the very different flowers, plants and trees. My kids went hunting for small lizards and geckos. Julie is a wonderful host! She brought some fruit and coconuts over because I told her my daughter wanted to sample local fruits. She was also open too any requests we had, very gracious! Great coffee at Hawaiian Village Coffee in the small shopping centre around the corner. A good location and very close to all the attractions on this end of Maui. I highly recommend and will consider returning.

Overall Great Stay

We stayed at the condo for 12 days and overall the stay was great. Pictures are accurate as to what the condo looks like. Unit is in the Pohailani Maui complex in Kahana and front door faces the ocean and is on the second floor.

The owner lives in another condo on the property and it was very handy when we ran out of toiletries and she restocked us. She also asked if we wanted a mid week refresh. She was very kind, helpful and great to deal with overall.

There was 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) and there was more than enough room. There are a pile of beach stuff to take to the beach that is outside the front door.

There are 2 A/C units - one in each bedroom. They are older and a bit loud but thats typical for a window unit. If you close the doors in the bedroom it can get stuffy in the kitchen/living room area but when kept open it was cool enough.

The beach has eroded away across the street, so from what we saw you have to drive to the beach which depending on what you are looking for is about 5- 10 mins away. but there is a nice sea wall to watch sunsets and we did see a turtle there as well. I would recommend baby beach in Lahaina for people with kids. great calm water and great snorkeling.

Internet was slow - we got a few rain days and with kids, we were running Netflix and we would try to go on social media and Netflix would buffer and crash (very small price to pay when you are in paradise and not needing the internet too often).

We would stay at the condo again.

Owner's Response: It was great to host your family during your stay and I am sorry to hear about the internet and will see if there is an issue I am unaware of. The beach access is blocked due to erosion of the complex next door who has large sand bags out but the beach north of us is 1/2 block away and a 5 minute walk. We now have 3 air conditioners and the bedroom air conditioners have whisper quiet technology.
