Larnaca is within 30 minutes driving to the capital, Nicosia as well as having first class access to the beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras as well as those of Limassol and Paphos. Similarly a half hour drive will take you to the beautiful village of Pano Lefkara renowned for its handicrafts and Lace Making. You can also take advantage of sightseeing in the spectacular Troodos Mountains.

About Mr Graham Freeman

Hello I'm Graham Freeman, I live in a small village called Leighton Bromswold just West of Huntingdon Cambridgeshire.I have lived here for the past 30 years raising my family. I have spent a great deal of time and consideration of my guests in achieving the high standards and finshing touches to the apartment, as your comfort is of paramount importance.To make your arrival as stress free as possible after your gruelling flight no doubt you will be tired. I can arrange through my Property Manager a welcome pack of food just to tide you over your first night before venturing out the next day to do your own shopping. Upon booking if you would like me to organise this for you just let me know what provisions you would like and I will ask Gayle (my Property Manager) to get the provisions for you. This is an extra cost to the apartment rental but is not very much and it will I am sure help you settle in more seamlessly. Gayle will leave a receipt for the goods on the worktop and all you have to do is leave the money for her to collect on departure or if you see her during your stay you can pay her direct. She is English, lives 2 villages away and is always on hand to assist you should you need anything. She is very helpful. Additionally we now have living on the Complex one of the owners who with his Partner has taken on the Managing Caretaking role for the site, so again if there is anything you need while on holiday then please ask.

Why Mr Graham Freeman chose Larnaca region

The apartment is on a lovely development of 81 Units, centred around the Main Swimming area where there are two Pools and Sun Terrace. There are changing rooms, A Sauna and Gymnasium.

The complex is I would say during the summer months about 40 % full, so apart from the fun and frolics during the day around the Pool generally it is very quiet. My apartment is infact away from the Pool area and looks out over fields and is very quiet . So those wishing to while away a lazy summers afternoon on the terrace reading a book and enjoying a cold beer can do so without interruption.

What makes this apartment unique

The Apartment benefits from the fact that it lies inland 5 Kilometres from the hustle and bustle of Larnaca Town, yet is only 15 minutes drive form the International Airport. Tersefanou is a quiet hilltop village where there has been some development and the Golf Course is eagerly awaited, however the Centre of the Village still retains its traditional charm. Here can be found 2 Supermarkets, A Taverna and numerous specialist shops. In Kiti or Menou just down the road are the larger shops, Bakers and supermarkets which cater for your every need. Tersefanou is an ideal centre also for those wishing to explore the islands rich tapestry of Historical sites and spectacular scenery. A visit into the Troodos Mountains is not to be missed especially in the summer when the Hot Air of the coastal plains gives way to the cooler clarity of air in the Mountains. It is a nice change. Beautiful little villages nstle in the valleys and you can visit many of the religious monasteries all of which are set in wonderful surroundings.

  • To enable you to get Hot Water it is necessary to switch the switch in the Hall on with the Red Light. Allow about ½ Hour for the water to come through (this is dependant on hot you like it) I would ask that in order to conserve Electricity that the switch is turned off when you are away from the apartment.

The Lounge/Kitchen area are open plan to give the maximum usage of space for your holiday. The apartment is very tastefully decorated throughout with luxury furniture and finishings to give you that relaxing holiday that you deserve. All modern conveniences are provided for you to enjoy your holiday and take advantage of the everlasting Cypriot sunshine which shines for 340 days per year. To enable you to do this why not eat out on the large terrace and relax taking in the beautiful views. While you do this you can watch the spectacular sunsets. there are two Swimming Pools on the complex. One for the adults and a smaller Child’s splash pool. Sun loungers and Parasols are provided around the Pool for Sun worshippers to take full advantage of the warming Cypriot sunshine. For the more e energetic guest there is a fully equipped Gymnasium, whilst the children have an indoor playroom, whilst for the older children there is an outside Play area. Adults why not spoil yourself in the Sauna.

Sunny Cyprus

We had a lovely holiday in Cyprus. The weather was brilliant, the apartment had everything we needed, we weren't disappointed. We were able to totally relax, enjoying the sun on the good size terrace until midday and sightseeing in the afternoon.

The complex was quiet, which you would expect for the time of year, but this suited us.

The apartment was in ideal position for exploring the southern part of the island; very close to Larnaka airport and the motorway network.

Graham recommended a local car hire company, excellent service, collected us from the airport and took us to the apartment and from the apartment to the airport for our return. He also arranged for a welcome which was very much appreciated as our flight arrived late in the evening.

Fabulous Holiday Will be back again.

Had a fantastic time in Cyprus and it was all I had hoped for.

I had contacted Graham, on the advice of a friend, and booked his apartment directly with him for my holiday in Cyprus.

His apartment was exactly what I wanted for two adults and lived up to all expectations. It was clean, airy, big balcony and had all that was required for daily living

I would like to thank Graham who was a tremendous help in answering all my questions and providing options for my stay.

The complex is fantastic with 2 pools, Gym, gardens and the best part it was not busy.

Location wise I could not fault it. 10minutes from the airport, access to Larnaca town in 15 minutes (with all its diversions, nightlife, etc)

Tersefanou village is a nice 'country' village with a number of places to eat. There is even a place 'Itaste' where you can eat in or get food delivered, or collect its only 200mts away.

Also nearby is the small town of Kiti which has a substantial selection of shops including coffee shops, ice cream parlours, etc.

I would recommend Tamalas bar which has great food at very good prices.

It was also great to see that many places had free Internet access.

Although I didn't see much of the island on this short visit I had a fantastic relaxing time. I hope to return again next year and will most certainly be booking with Graham.

Very well equipped, clean and comfortable

We stayed in Graham's apartment for 7 days and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment is really ideal and we had the pool to ourselves for much of he time. Graham was very helpful and was able to put us in touch with another apartment owner in the same complex such that my son and his girlfriend could stay with us. He also arranged for a hire car to pick us up and drop us back at Larnaca airport. Highly recommended.

Trips to Mackenzy beach were very enjoyable, where the water was warm, clean and inviting, and there were loads of places nearby to buy food and drink at reasonable prices. Don't forget to use sunblock!

We stayed in Grahams apartement for 10 days . I cannot fault Graham and his organisation in any way , the whole booking was a complete pleasure . The apartment is modern and very comfortable , very quiet but thats what we wanted , in fact we had the pool to ourselves for 10 days . It is well situated for travelling around the area , but you do need a car . Teresfanou village is nice , we ate in one taverna up near the church on our first night . Food was fabulous as well as the welcoming . Kiti and Pervoilia are close by , again lots of pretty tavernas in Pervoilia , I recommend Soutous in Pervoilia . We would definately contact Graham again about rented his apartment . It is very close to Larnaca airport but we flew in to Paphos . An hours drive but easy drive and the apartment was easy to find through Grahams fab instructions !

We had one of the best holidays in Cyprus and we travel out there every year to visit family , we can fully recommend this apartment .

Thanks for a lovely stay

We stayed for one week in this lovely apartment in Tersefanou. It is in an ideal position for exploring the southern part of the island; very close to Larnaka airport and the motorway network.

There is ample parking right next to the door of the apartment, which is fantastic for loading and unloading - perfect when you have to fill your car up each day with stuff for baby twins, as we had.

The apartment has a good sized terrace. The view is not great, but it is excellent for outdoor meals and Graham even provides a small BBQ.

Graham was extremely helpful leading up to our visit to Cyprus. He always responded promptly to our questions and requests and really helped to make our holiday a success.

Thanks again Graham for a lovely stay.

Our Two Week Family Holiday in Cyprus

The four of us (myself, my wife, 22 year old son and 19 year old daughter) spent a really enjoyable fifteen day holiday at the beginning of September in Graham's apartment.

At the planning stages of our holiday, Graham was most helpful in providing information on what to take with us, and what to do while we were there.

Even though we flew in to Larnaka airport in the wee small hours of the morning, we found the apartment very easily by following Graham's detailed instructions.

The apartment was very clean, well appointed and as described in the information.

It was our first visit to Cyprus, and certainly one we will remember for the rest of our lives, for all the right reasons. There was plenty to do, beautiful places to visit and breathtaking sights to see, all within a short driving distance of the apartment, to suit all ages and tastes. We tended to alternate full and half days out, so we could take advantage of the lovely swimming pool. Our favourite places were Mackenzie Beach, The Camel Park, The Ancient City of Kourion, Waterworld at Agia Napa and the lace making village of Pano Lefkara.

We generally ate out on alternate days, and there were many really good tavernas either within walking distance in Tersefanou, or just a short drive away, so we were spoilt for choice. We liked The Cyprus Tavern in Tersefanou (Greek music and dancing on Friday and Saturday nights) and Pyrgos in the lovely village of Perivolia (Greek music and dancing in the taverna opposite on Thursday and Friday nights). When eating at the apartment, I found the barbecue ideal for cooking fish wrapped in tin foil - the bass and bream tasted really good!

We found everybody very friendly and helpful, both Cypriots (most of whom speak English) and Brits - there were lots of retirees out there.

The apartment made an excellent base for exploring southern Cyprus, and we will certainly recommend it to our friends.

On a luxury development of 80 apartments of differing size, set in beautifully landscaped gardens, the apartments are centralised around the Communal Swimming Pool with all its Communal Amenities. Ideal for families and also those looking for a break in quiet surroundings. Tersefanou is a little village 14 kilometres from Larnaca. Set slightly inland it is cited on a hill overlooking the unspoilt but developing resorts of Kiti and Perivolia. A new Golf course is under construction and is anticipated to be completed at some stage in the future.. Tersefanou itself has its own Bars, Restaurants and shops but for a more comprehensive selection their is everything you require in the established village of KitI and Perivolia both a short distance drive away. The surrounding area is very picturesque, Traditional villages nestle in little valleys and atop the hillsides surrounding Pano Lefkara, and the Monastery at Agios Minas is not to be missed.

Other Activities: Child's Activity Centre: Dreamland

Golf: There is only one Golf Course on the island currently and that is near Paphos which is about an hour and a half drive from the Village. However another luxury Golf Course is planned to be built on the outskirts of the village .

Ski: I believe that at certain times of the year it is possible to Ski in the higher reaches of the Troodos Mountains, but not being a skier myself I am unable to confirm this fact.

Scuba Diving is avalable in Mackenzy Beach and Larnaca. Explore the underworld marvels of the roll on roll off ship wreck out in Larnaca Bay.
