Location...location. Everything you could want from Scottsdale at your fingertips. Fun and elegance are combined to give this condo everything you need to feel right at home. It is a quiet, inside location on the property close to laundry room, pool, hot tub and tennis court. All furnishings are new. The condo is very clean and well appointed. We are within walking distance to restaurants and the 22 mile green space.
The LOCATION speaks for itself. Access is what you are looking for. The green space entrance is across the street. The shopping center has a great grocery store and pharmacy. There are 7 or more places to eat within walking distance. Proximity to Old Town and the 101 is excellent.
Pool, hot tub and tennis court on property. Close by: Bike riding, Walking, Golf, Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball, Professional Baseball-Basketball-Football-Hockey-NASCAR-Horse racing, Fine dining-Huge variety, World class shopping, Art galleries, night life galore, fabulous thrift stores, just to name a few.
Nice one bedroom condo. Nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy to get to most area attractions.
We found the condo to be exactly as advertised and had a great stay. We had one issue with the internet but a call to Ronny resulted in a quick fix. The condo is in a great location with easy access to parkland where we could walk for miles. We found the area very safe. The pool is not heated but the hot tub was great.
My husband, adult daughter, and I spent a week at this wonderful condo...the location was great with easy access to highways. It is decorated so cheerfully, very clean, and there is everything you need - the bed was very comfortable. Convenient grocery store and restaurants nearby. Leanne was very helpful when I called with a question while there. And we appreciated covered parking, too! You can't go wrong staying here!
Excellent location and access to Scottsdale and Phoenix area attractions. Space delightful, very nicely appointed. Amenities thoughtfully executed. Very clean and inviting. Owner conscientious, checked in to be sure everything satisfactory and provided clear and precise directions from airport to condo. Owner provided list of local restaurants and services; was available if questions. Listing description accurate and accommodations very comfortable and well-appointed (fluffy towels, kitchen tools, etc.).
In addition to owner's recommendations, enjoyed the Paolo Soleri exhibit at the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, Cosanti and Arcosant site visits, Taliesian West, and walking the greenway mentioned in the listing.

Centrally located between Old Town Scottsdale and the 101.

99 cent store with great produce.
Dickies BBQ and fast food.
Entry to 22 mile green space. 1 block from Continental Golf Club and Old Town trolley pick up. Old town is 1.5 miles.
