About Claudia Fenton

My husband and I went on vacation to New Orleans and we took a drive along the gulf coast. We fell in love with Biloxi and didn't want to leave. So, we moved here from Westport, Ct. Our kids and grandkids love it as well and visit us often. My youngest daughter moved to New Orleans with her husband and son Django who is pictured fishing in the surf in front of Seabreeze. My middle daughter also left Connecticut and moved here. This is a picture of us in the condo enjoying Thanksgiving.

Claudia Fenton purchased this condo in 2012

Why Claudia Fenton chose Mississippi

We chose Seabreeze because it is right on the sandy beach with no streets to cross. The views were outstanding. It's quiet and peaceful as the condo units face the beach rather than the street. It's heaven.

What makes this condo unique

Seabreeze is situated close to all the casinos, golf course, Ferry, walking distance to restaurants and amusements and the streetcar stops right in front.

Guestbook comments from the owner

My husband and I and our two little ones stayed here for a week. We loved everything about this condo. The views of the water were beautiful, the pool and beach could not have been more convenient. The furnishings were gorgeous. The condo was immaculate and they provided some nice extras such as a book of menus from local restaurants, beach chairs and some d.v.d's for the kids.

The pool outside our patio had lights on until about 11 p.m. we took some nice late night swims. The owner even had some beautiful plastic wine glasses for us to use at the pool (they don't allow glass in pool area). We can't wait to come back to this condo.

Perfect for Our Visit

  • 5 of 5

Our son is in the Air Force attending technical training at Keesler Air Force base. Five of us were traveling to visit him, and he was able to get a pass to stay with us for the weekend. The condo was perfect for the 6 of us. It was was clean, well-decorated, steps from the beach and a few minutes drive to the base. Several restaurants in walking distance or easy drive if you don't want to walk back after a big meal. Claudia was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. If we ever go back to Biloxi, I would not even look for another place to stay. I would recommend guests bring/buy extra towels for the pool and beach and a small container of laundry detergent.

27th Anniversary

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I wanted to get away for our anniversary and could not have picked a better trip. The condo was perfect. I am a neat freak and it was clean, bed was comfortable not to mention steps away from the beach. I took the card so I know where we are going on next trip. The instructions to get there and to get into the condo where perfect. We also got a list of places to see and eat(which we used). The food that was recommended was great. Thanks to the owner of the condo for a great trip.

First timer on VRBO - Far exceeds expectations. 4 guests. Wife, Myself, and two kids (18 & 17).

Our first time using VRBO. We didn't know what to expect but took a chance. Claudia has created a great experience. She sent very detailed instructions on using the condo and facilities. We checked in and immediately went to the condo. Wow! Clean, well appointed, and much larger than most hotels. Two bedrooms as well as a pull out. Furnishings were very nice, beds were comfortable, and the condo was well stocked. Above average linens, hand soap, dish soap, and even a complimentary laundry soap for the included washer. Did a quick load before we returned to save on the laundry deluge when you get home.

We stopped at Wal-Mart on arrival and bought beach towels, water, snacks, and a beer or two. :-) Parking was reserved and easy to find. There was a smaller pool right outside the patio door. Best thing about it was the smaller pool was heated! Much warmer than the larger pool on the other side.

We didn't use the kitchen much as we are from the Midwest and we wanted seafood. We went out for dinner each night. There was a great selection of restaurants within easy walking distance. We never ate at the same place twice. Beach was wonderful. People left empty water bottles and food wrappers which was annoying. We picked them up and threw them away. Just wish people were more polite...

The Biloxi area is beautiful. Went on the ship island tour, drove to Louisiana, Jefferson Davis museum, Big Play Entertainment, Biloxi Visitor Center, visited multiple beaches. Favorite was Ship Island. Remote and beautiful. Second was Biloxi Visitor Center. Such history and a great movie about the City and Katrina. I remember watching the effects of Katrina but couldn't fathom the scope of damage and loss.

My final opinion is this. If I were to go back to Biloxi with my family my first choice would be staying at Seabreeze in Claudia's condo. It is so wonderful we actually looked into purchasing a unit.... Go into it knowing that you are renting someones condo. It is not perfect but is VERY nice. In my opinion much better than a hotel. Focus on your company and the beach. Your stay will be amazing. If you are worried about the patio being dirty please know the have sand fences. For those of you around snow it is the same thing as a snow fence but for sand. The is sand and debris EVERYWHERE! Not bad just part of the area. Lots of wind which I actually enjoyed.

Thank you Claudia. Even though we never met in person!

Home away from home

  • 5 of 5

This was perfect for our family! We loved that we had everything needed! The pool was perfect for our four young children, and we loved that we could walk to the beach without crossing streets!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. I'm so happy the family had a good time. I know that having the pool right outside your patio is a great convenience when you have children. Easy to get snacks, drinks, bathroom. We chose this condo because of the ease of getting to the beach, just walk down the steps by the pool, or take the elevator down and your in the sand. All the other condo buildings are across 4 lanes of traffic and not easy to get to the beach with or without children. That's why we chose to live here. Again, thank you and hope you come back again.
