The apartment has 3 bedrooms; one double with ensuite bathroom, one double with 2 single beds and one room with bunk beds. There is a second bathroom, kitchen with bar, and open plan living room with panoramic mountain views and access to a large private balcony. The chalet contains a laundry room, sauna and personal ski locker.

There is free WiFi and satellite TV with endless channels in multiple languages.

Leisure Activities and Local Transport: More than 20 rides, sports and activities from June to October can be used freely with the free access card..

Get a free access card for unlimited tennis, swimming, ice skating, local buses, mountain trains, cable cars and childrens train, crazy golf, and guided walks plus major discounts on nearby tourist attractions. (Card is obtained by paying local tourist tax).

Very Nice Apartment

Really nice spacious apartment, very well laid out and well equipped. It even had little sledges which were put to great use by our two six year olds on the hill just opposite the apartment. The apartment building and surrounding area were very quiet and relaxing with good views of the mountains. Everything was very clean and Beverley (the owner) was very helpful in responding to any questions we had before, during and after the holiday. Although the apartment is a bit of a hike to either the Gondola, which is closest, or the railway station it was uphill on the way and downhill on the way home so did not detract from the skiing experience. We liked Villars itself and particularly enjoyed being able to get away from the usual fast food outlets and find quality restaurants on the slopes. The Auberge Col du Soud was very nice and L'Etable not to be missed.

Notre séjour à Villars était fantastique.

Notre séjour (10 jours) à Villars-sur-Ollon était fantastique. Nous n'avons pas été déçus par la qualité et le confort de l'appartement ni de sa situation. Très belle vue sur les montagnes et à quelques minutes à pieds de la piscine et la patinoire (et le bowling!). Mes enfants ont eu beaucoup de plaisir et nous nous réjouissons de revenir cet été pour faire de la randonnée et visiter les abords du lac Léman.

Great holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in this apartment. It is within easy walking distance of Villars village centre where there are plenty of places to shop and eat. We did quite a lot of hiking and especially loved the lakes in Bretaye. We travelled around the area quite a bit and all the transport was free with the 'free access' card you can get from the tax office. Even the swimming pool was free. The apartment is really well equipped, very clean and comfortable, lovely views and plenty of peace and quiet.

We will definitely go again.

Villars is a traditional Swiss Alpine resort, with year-round activities. The unspoilt village is located high in the tranquil Alpes Vaudoise and is renowned for it's south facing situation, long sunny days and panoramic views of mountain ranges.

Our beautiful apartment is situated within walking distance of the village centre and the ski train taking skiers up to over 200 km of ski slopes. Villars is famous for it's family friendliness and children ski for free up to the age of 9. It also caters for singles, couples and groups with a variety of restaurants, bars and a nightclub.

Villars buzzes all year round; in winter for the skiing and summer for the sports, hiking and/or mountain tranquility. The shops, bars, restaurants, ice skating rink, swimming pool, golf club and bowling alleys are just a few of the popular attractions. During the summer months, many of these attractions in addition to transport are available throught the 'free access' card.

If driving to Villars, the journey is an uncomplicated drive from Geneva Airport taking only 75 minutes or 3 hours from Zurich Airport.

If traveling by train, there is a direct rail service from Geneva Airport to Aigle or Bex where you can change and take the mountain train or coach to Villars. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Villars is perfectly located for day trips to Lake Geneva and the region including:
