This 1100 sq foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor unit is located at the Hololani Resort on Kahana beach (between Kapalua and Kaanapali). Our completely renovated unit is the best in the complex! It is a perfect spot for families with children and older guests since you can literally walk steps to enjoy the outdoor paradise!

As soon as you enter there are amazing views out to your private lanai, lush green grounds, heated pool and ocean! The kitchen has new appliances and fully equipped for all your needs or use the pool-side gas BBQ to prepare your home cooked meals. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, desk if you have to catch up on any work(WIFI in the condo), TV and newly renovated ensuite with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom is decorated just as beautifully as the master with 2 twin beds, comfortable chair for reading and beautiful view out the sliding doors to the lanai. If extra sleeping space is required there is a sofabed and queen aero- inflatable bed available with extra pillows and comforters. The living area has flat screen TV/DVD and sliding glass doors that open up to the private lanai with new patio table and chairs as well as two lounge chairs.

Enjoy FREE unlimited calling to the US and Canada, free internet/wifi in the condo, and a free designated underground parking spot. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, and beach toys all available to our guests.

It is a short walk to many restaurants, coffee/internet cafe and great shopping at the Kahana Gateway Centre or explore the sights of the island. The towns of Lahaina, Kaanapali and Kapalua are very close by. There are world class golf courses, amazing snorkeling and surfing, awesome beaches like Kapalua, Napili, Flemings, Kaanapali, and Honolua Bay, whale watching, sea turtles, Kapaulua Zipline, sport fishing, sunset cruise, Lanai Dolphin Safari, and don't forget to experience a Hawaiian Luau.

Did we ever love the condo! It was a pleasure going back there after our beach time (we hit the beaches every day except Mother's Day when it rained all day). I loved the is almost identical to mine at home. The underground parking was a real bonus. Very comfortable mattresses. It was fun watching the sea turtles swimming in front of the condo. .

We loved and appreciate the improvements you made, and especially liked the orange wall and the decorations. Good job. We took your advice and had breakfast at the Gazebo one morning. Good choice. Dollie's pizza is good too and just a short walk down the street. We hit a lot of the beaches near the condo and found that was really convenient, although we did make it to Big Beach two times, one on a day they had huge waves coming in, so didn't get to snorkel or swim that day, but it was fun to see the waves.

We took good care of your place, so not to worry. We hope we can stay there again.

Very nice unit

We were very happy here for the week. It's in a great spot close to all our favorite places. Easy in and out. The unit was clean and had way more stuff than we could ever need on vacation. The patio in the morning was my favorite place and the sunset was amazing too. We would definitely stay here again. Others had complained about privacy with the location. It's such a small condo association unless you went to a house I don't know how you do it better. It really was not an issue for us and you don't have to leave the front door open if it bothers you but since we used the patio in the back so much it really wasn't an issue.

The condo was as promised!

The west-facing view was spectacular, the ocean waves were heard at all times, and it was located in close proximity to shopping, coffee shops and beaches. We were especially grateful for the beach accessories as well as stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. A very safe, uncrowded, clean area of Maui. It is about 20 minutes from the town center of Old Lahaina, but the drive is pleasant with idea of the ocean. Kathy even provided a narrative of local venues to guide our daily activities and dining plans. No air conditioning so the master bedroom was very warm at night, though ceiling fan helped. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent location and host

It was our first time in Maui, little nervous due to so many options

Kathy was amazing..She answered all our questions honestly before booking the condo and after, a very smooth check out.

The location is great, beautiful view, sunrise and sunset.

what made it excellent was that is was on the ground floor, convenient parking and easy to take luggage

The guest room view is gorgeous

Enough bedding for lot of people

A big plus esp if you're travelling with family, laundry was on site.

Everything was neat and tidy, clear instructions

Definitely will be renting it again when in Maui

Comfortable home-away for family with young kids!

Kathy's condo was an excellent location for our very young family (2 kids, 3.5 and 8 months)! Close to beaches and a nice park 2k south. And, oh! The POOL! Steps outside the lanai, it was amazing for quickly getting a newly potty-trained child quickly out of it and into the washroom. The lawn, and small "beach" of sand for quiet time was excellent for the preschooler.

Having laundry in-suite was perfect for our busy family, a well stocked kitchen (You don't need coffee filters!), comfortable couch and seating area was much appreciated. The bedrooms were both large - our preschooler slept so well in her own room - and the master was PERFECT for having a baby napping in a quiet space. There was zero noise in the condo when the doors were closed. EXCELLENT.

I would recommend this for everyone, with one exception - they are really strict with the no loud noise/rough housing/pool games rule. The joyful shrieks of my child were fine, but some pre-teen/teenagers did get reprimanding for diving/splashing/yelling in the pool. Fair enough! The rules are pretty clear.

Kathy was so lovely to work with and the whole Island was an amazing, relaxing vacation!

Awesome location, great price for oceanfront property in Maui!

We loved the convenience of ground-floor condo close to pool/patio with awesome views of the ocean right from the lanai and guest bedroom! The location was great being so close to many different beaches to see ...quick drive to Lahaina and Kaanapali for shopping, dining, and nightlife but nice to not stay in that busy touristy spot. The condo is well equipped, appreciated having beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler bag so we didn't have to bring along. Beach décor was cute, details make it unique and stand out from all the basic hotel rooms that over charge! Recommend the coffee shop at Kahana gateway and Java Jazz for coffee/ drinks and live music at night. Free WIFI, long distance calling and parking was a bonus (other accommodations we stayed in charged extra for this). Super spot for our family of 4!

Nice unit but needs some maintenance

This is a nice corner ground floor unit, very close to the pool and BBQ's. It is in need of some maintenance, we had to borrow some tools from the maintenance man, Glen, who is a very nice person, to do some repairs to the cupboards. The sliding doors and screen need to be repaired also. It could use a good cleaning and a new vacuum that will actually pick something up. We had to clean and wash the floors when we got there and there is a lot of other cleaning that could be done. The beds were a bit hard for our liking but some people like that. It is well stocked with most everything you will need for your stay, just buy your groceries. You will always find things along the way that you could have used but there is a small grocery store just a 1/2 block away. For your major grocery shopping, we found that the Times Supermarket down the road had the best prices. Make sure you visit Java Jazz in the same strip mall for some good food and entertainment after 7:30pm. The owners themselves were wonderful to deal with. The road to Hana is something to take in and if you have the time, I am told, do the complete drive all the way around during the day and see the black sand beaches and other things. The points of interest are not well marked so make sure you have a guide map and set your odometer. Other than that many of the owners suggestions are very worthwhile. There is no actual beach here anymore but what there is is a good place to see turtles especially around the low tide times. The view from the Lanai is wonderful and you can see whales playing from there. The traffic noise is something you will have to put up with but it is not to bad at night.

Owner's Response: Thank you for staying with us at our vacation condo and taking the time to submit a review. It's always great to hear how our guests enjoy the condo and all the amazing things they experienced on Maui! It is unfortunate that you did not contact Sheryl (the cleaner) with the number you were provided to let her know your concerns. The last thing I want is for our guests to clean up things that are missed, I’m very sorry about that! I am investigating further because we actually had the condo carpets and upholstery cleaned on Friday February 10th, one day before your arrival… so it seems odd that there would be anything for your to tidy up. The lawn maintenance crew does come around and use the blower at the doorways so it is possible some debris may have blown under the door before your arrival. Sheryl brings all her own cleaning equipment with her so the vacuum in the condo is just a back-up. Again, my apologies that the lanai doors were needing some attention. We do complete regular maintenance as some of our guests can be a bit rough with them. If we were made aware of issue at the time someone would have come out to make any necessary repairs. I appreciate your points and the recommendations regarding grocery stores, coffee shops and sights... always helpful for future guests.
