Main room with private bath. 2 individual beds with common bathroom.

This brand new property is just off the beach, the pool is amazing!. There is a beautiful landscaped garden with meandering pathways to a BBQ area, pool, beach, Isla Mujeres and Hotel Zone. You will be secure behind a guarded gate, with constantly patrolling security personnel. Property features a private beach, and is within minutes of downtown or the Hotel Zone. There is a Superama Wal-Mart about 5 kms and a Mexican traditional food & fruit market just 3 blocks away. Convenience store across the street and several beachfront restaurants just minutes down the road.

The ferry terminal is a half a block away too! This is a fantastic location!

Notes:
Oceanfront : You can see the pool and ocean from the bedroom, living room and balcony. Our building is about 170 meters walking from the pool and a little over 200 meters from the beach • There are two sets of public restrooms at the pool area, one set is handicap accessible. There is an activities palapa hut next to the pool with chairs tables and counters for group activities or meetings.

Great Week in Cancun!

We really enjoyed our time staying at the condo in Cancun. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to the ferry to Isla Murejes as well as close to the fruit and veggie outdoor market. The condo is clean and well kept. Nice to have a a washer and dryer as well. Rogeiro met us at the condo, gave us some excellent tips and suggestions for nice restaurants and was very accommodating. The beach is not the best but we were able to go for short walks along the beach when the tide was out. The pool area is great and it is nice to have a snack bar that will serve drinks and food around the pool. Overall a nice week and we would consider staying at the condo again.

Excellent Host....

It's too bad that I can't rate the owner separately from the property. Rogeiro was VERY responsive to our needs and went over the top to make us comfortable. 5 Stars for sure.

The property itself is very nicely kept. The common areas are cleaned daily, there are gardeners working every morning, and there are security guards everywhere. The pool is beautiful and the small on-site restaurant is cheap with mediocre food. For the US traveler that is not fluent in Spanish, there are challenges with this location. I could find no security or staff that spoke English - except in the restaurant. There is no lobby area or concierge. If you are coming to Mexico to walk the beautiful beaches and be pampered in the luxury of the Hotel Zone - this isn't for you. This is a very quiet location that appears popular with the locals. Right outside the main gate, is a small convenience store that has many of the items you may need. Otherwise, Walmart is 50-80 pesos away by taxi.

This area has no beach to speak of - not even within walking distance. You will have to drive (not recommended) or take a taxi from here - buses do not run in this area. You have to walk out of the complex and hail a taxi to either take you to a public beach or to the bus stops for the Hotel Zone. Print a copy of the Hotel Zone public beaches - I would recommend Choc Mool. If you don't know what to look for, you would walk right past the public access. They are small and hidden among the buildings. Cost is 50-80 pesos to bus stops and 200+ pesos to hotel zone. If you take a bus into/out of the Hotel Zone it is 10.5 pesos per person. Taxis from the Hotel Zone to the condo are MUCH more expensive. I recommend you take a bus out of the Hotel Zone and then cab it to the condo. Buses are very crowded during certain times, so you may have to wait a while for one or stand in a crowded bus. Taxis and buses drive CRAZY here, but you get used to it. There are cops everywhere in the Hotel Zone + CRAZY drivers = non-recommended to rent a car.

There were a few issues with the condo upon arrival, but Rogeiro was very apologetic and responded immediately with a plumber to rectify them. I cannot say enough about Rogeiro - he was wonderful.

Great location

This condo is great just perfect for the 4 of us. The owners Rachel and Rogeiro are very nice and easy to work with! it has everything we need , feel like home away from home: wifi, washer, dryer and nice beach towers. The ground around the complex is really nice and the swimming pool is clean, big and beautiful . It has a swim-up bar.. Don't forget to take a ferry to Isla Mujeres, it's quite and has beautiful beaches (ferry is a very close to the condo) we went Playa del Carmen and Tulum. We had a great time there!

Great accommodation with spectacular views

Great accommodations with spectacular views. Rogeiro and Raquel are wonderful hosts and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The condo is clean and well equipped. The property is also very clean and well maintained. The pool is huge and great for kids as there is no really deep end. Our only dissapoinment with the property was the beach. The condo doesn't maintain the beach and it wouldn't take much for the staff to clean it each morning and maybe supply it with some beach chairs which would make a huge difference for its tenants. The condo next door does maintain their beach and we hung out there but were told we couldn't use their beach chairs.

Excellent location

The apartment was just great, with a really nice view, quiet and safe.

The flat is completely furnitured, kitchen equipped, Wi-Fi, laundry...

We had lunch one day at the restaurant and food was tasty at a real good price. Swimming pool quiet and really big even for some excersising.

It was the perfect option for one week stay because we could combine the apartment and all services as well as moving around the whole Riviera Maya, Tulum, Cozumel...

Ferry for Isla Mujeres is just 5 min walk.

I really recommend this apartment for either short or long stay...

Perfect Apartment. Nice panoramic view

The Apartment was perfect, just as the pics describe it.

Feel like home and more. ( Giant pool right next to the caribbean sea )

Beautiful Panoramic view to the bay.

Perfect size for cooking, having a breakfast, watching tv at night.

Nice shower.

Even in a hot day, I didn't turn on the air conditioner, just open the 2 big windows right next to the balcony and the little window at the other side next to the kitchen and you have a strong flow. neat.

5 minutes walking to the Ferry to Isla Mujeres.

Rogeiro was such a nice person to show me the apartment and the pool.

Definetly I'll come back.

SHOPPING

Malecon Americas, one of the newest malls in Cancun, is located about 6 kms/ 3.7 miles from our condos. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, movie theaters, high end boutiques and even a supermarket. There are also quite a few malls in the hotel zone as well, for example Plaza Forum By The Sea, Plaza Caracol; Plaza Kukulkan is acclaimed for its upscale section, “Luxury Avenue”, where you’ll find the best boutiques and designer jewelry. And La Isla Shopping Village is a charming place set on the lagoon which offers the visitor everything from high end boutiques, coffee shops, gourmet gelatos, elegant restaurants and jewelry shops, to fast food, movie theaters, souvenir shops, and even an interactive aquarium with a dolphin show.

Nightlife

At the moment you walk out of one of the world-renowned bars or clubs in Cancún, you can safely take a taxi back to Amara Cancun Beachfront Condos, due to the fact that the nightlife area of the hotel zone is safe enough to walk around at any hour, day or night. Coco Bongo, Dady’O, Mandala, and many more places are ready to welcome you in. You can also check in to one of our local bars downtown. Some are located in Malecon Americas and across the street from it; you won’t regret it!
