Bryan McClintock purchased this townhome in 2004
I have been vacationing on Kauai my whole life. It is been a life long dream to own a 2nd home on the north shore. Bryan picked the Villas of Kamali'i due to it's central location to north shore beaches.
The north shore of Kauai has the most beautiful beaches in the world. Many of them are remote and many times we are the only people on them. The surfing and snorkeling here is awesome and hiking the Kalalau Trail is absolutely breath taking! The atmosphere is that of old Hawaii. We are delighted to be able to share this experience with our guests.
Bryan & LoriWhat a place! My boys loved the view of the pool and beach babes! Went snorkeling in Tunnels. That is a must do. Becky loved the shops in Hanalei. We’ll be back!Rob & Becky Dieter, Evergreen, Colorado
Villa was well maintained and fully furnished and the price was very good. Very nice pool that is salt water and always clean and well maintained. Beds downstairs are big and very comfortable. Smart TV upstairs with wireless internet connection so we could watch our netflix account. We had access to body boards, snorkel gear, and beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. There was even a shop vacuum to get all the sand out of my rental car. My nitpicks are the villa overlooks a secondary access road for the Princeville complex and can get noisy when they open the gate at 5AM. It would have been nice if the villa would have provided a stock of hand soap and toilet paper. We stayed for a month and had to buy our own once it ran out. Some of the pots and pans need replacing as the no-stick surfaces are damaged.
Spacious condo, well-stocked with beach amenities, and conveniently located across from the pool. Plenty of room for us, our toddler, and one set of grandparents. A/C in the master bedrooms, but we didn't need it, thanks to the trade winds. Upstairs bedroom was a little warmer some nights, but open windows and a fan worked well to cool it down. Great location close to Princeville Market. Owner very quick to respond to my emails. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
This property is exceptional and very spacious. The home is beautifully decorated and well stocked. We were so grateful to be able to cook meals instead of eating out every day. The attention to small details was so welcome too, such as a wireless printer and beach towels to use. (Freed up room in our suitcases!) Having a full size washer and dryer was also a plus. Our overall experience was wonderful, truly home away from home. A big thank you to the owner who shared his home with us!!
First of all I want to say how much we appreciate how the owner Brian always responded right away to any questions we had, especially when we had some last minute problems with our travel plans he was vey considerate and got back to us right away. We love the home itself, it is very nicely decorated, and like one of the people said in our group, every time we thought of something we needed like magic we would find that Brian already had it there. The beds were very comfortable. The area itself is gated, quiet and well kept, with the pool and hot tub conveniently in front of the house, and some beautiful mountain views from the front door. We enjoyed the north shore area there were some nice beaches to visit such as Annini and Ke'e beach. The whole island itself has a lot of things to see so we did a lot of exploring and at the end of the day we were always glad to come back to this great home!
Fantastic! It is like walking into your own home. Everything is provided and you can just settle in and enjoy Kauai. Views from the front door are great-we even saw a rainbow! Bryan, thanks so much for making us feel so welcome!
Thank you Brian for a wonderful winter stay in your awesome townhouse. I really don't want to write this as we don't want other people knowing about your great townhouse. The only things we could say was that you need an extra chair or couch in the living room and new towels for the new season. When you had 5 or 6 people there wasn't enough sitting area in the living room. The bedrooms are more than adequate, the beds are so comfortable. The pool area and hot tub were great after a day of hiking. We met some really great people in the pool area. We enjoyed our walks in the immediate area and the other hikes around the island. In January and February the wave were really high so a lot of the beaches were for watching only. We had really good weather with hardly any rain. However we have heard that those two months can be very rainy. There are many grocery stores in the area and one you can walk to. If you have a Costco card that is your. Eat bet for stocking up before driving onto Princeville. If you happen to rent this townhouse you will not be disappointed.
