This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom 11th floor unit is located in building 'A' at Summer House in Orange Beach (1104-A). Summer House is a gated condo complex with a ton of amenities for you to enjoy during your vacation!
Enjoy the large balcony as you sip your morning coffee or while you dine al fresco. Look out at the sparkling Gulf of Mexico and watch the dolphins play!
This unit has flat screen tv's in all bedrooms and living room, a microfiber sectional with queen sleeper in the living room along with an amazing leather recliner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. There is a glass top dining table that seats six inside or a patio table for six. Take your pick!
The master bedroom has a king size bed and sliding doors leading out to the balcony. Look out at the ocean from your bed-what a way to wake up each day! Another bedroom has two queen beds and the last bedroom has another king sized bed.

Owners, Spencer and Jennifer Stephens, are from Hoover, AL. They are both pharmacists and graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, AL.

We knew we wanted something on the Gulf Coast. The people of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are so friendly and laid back. You truly feel relaxed and at ease anytime you are in the area.
We fell in love with the view! When you walk through the kitchen and look out toward the balcony it will blow you away.
This place was super clean and well stocked. We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. Great view and nice people all around. Will Definitely be staying again!
Booking this property was smooth and easy ~ the entire process, from booking, to arriving, our stay and departure were flawless! We will definitely be staying here again! The property was secure, safe, and very well maintained. The unit was immaculate, comfortable, and very accommodating for our blended family!
We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach. We liked our condo very much. It did have a few things that need to be taken care of, just from daily wear and tear. The view was amazing and we enjoyed seeing the dolphins every morning and evening. We would definitely return again!!
Our first visit to Orange Beach & this property, but hopefully not our last. The condo was everything advertised & we enjoyed all facets of this property! We had 5 adults & 2 children in our party & our stay was very comfortable. The various utensils & other kitchenware came in handy since we cooked several meals during our stay. The washing machine & dryer saved the day & next time we won't bring as many clothes. The TVs in the bedrooms also came in handy for our varied viewing needs. The patio outback was great for morning coffee & evening drinks with a beautiful scenery.

Condo had an excellent location with prime beach real estate. It was perfect for our girl's weekend. No complaints! Highly recommended.
WE ARRIVED ON SUNDAY. OUR FAMILY IS BIG SO WE HAD TO TRAVEL WITH 3 CARS. I WAS TOLD 2 WEEKS BEFORE WE GOT THERE THAT WE COULD ONLY HAVE 2 PARKING PASSES. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THERE WAS OVERFLOW PARKING FOR GUEST ACROSS THE STREET. WE ARRIVED AND PARKED 1 CAR ACROSS THE STREET. A SIGN SAID DO NOT LEAVE OVERNIGHT OR BE TOWED. I CALLED ALBVR AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO OVERFLOW PARKING. I SAID SOMEONE TOLD ME THERE WAS 2 WEEKS A GO. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND SAID THAT HE DID NOT KNOW WHO IT WAS BUT COULD ASSURE ME THAT THERE WAS NOT ANY OVERFLOW PARKING. WELL THE STAFF ACROSS THE STREET WAS VERY NICE AND GAVE US A COMPLIMENTARY PASS FOR THE LOT ACROSS THE STREET. THAT IS IN NO WAY A REFLECTION ON OWNERS. JUST THOUGHT THEY NEEDED TO BE AWARE OF HOW THE MANAGEMENT CO IS TREATING THEIR GUEST. WE HAD A GREAT WEEK AFTER THAT. CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO.
