As of October 15th, our beautiful condo will be spectacular!

Once again IDC, Maui’s premier design firm, is helping us with a total remodel. We won’t lose the island feel that we all love but we are gaining custom teak cabinets and granite countertops throughout. The 180 degree view will be even better! New sliding glass doors, new louvered windows and a few tweaks here and there will improve not only the view but your total comfort--an island kitchen, spacious showers, and upgraded appliances throughout, are just some of the improvements. Our deluxe condominium provides every amenity for your vacation comfort, from a fully equipped kitchen, a Tempura-Pedic King mattress and deluxe linens in the master suite to a large comfortably furnished lanai with barbecue. 25 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, 2 pools, a deluxe workout room and the perfect sandy beach complete your experience in this gated Wailea community.

Confused about renting a beach front location or a view unit?? Comparing apples to oranges is hard--an ocean front unit in Elua Village may not offer our view, may be farther from the pool and could be a major budget buster!!

Recently retired, we love traveling the world--but when we want to relax, this is where we go! It has been such fun making new friends and sharing our vacation home. Our best memories have been made in Maui,and we love making new ones there with our two grandsons.

Wailea Perfection!

It doesn't get any better than this. Our family of 5 (2A/3 teens) stayed for nearly 2 weeks over Christmas break and could not have been happier. The condo is well appointed with comfortable beds, spacious closet & dressers as well as a cooler, 4 beach chairs and every possible kitchen gadget you could ask for. Even the pull out sofa was comfy for my 18 year old - and what a view to wake up to! The beverage fridge is convenient as is the friendly layout with lovely lanai including bbq, table and spectacular view. There's nothing like seeing whales in the distance while sitting on the lanai. The washer & dryer are top notch as is the entire renovation.

This is a great location if you don't mind a 5 minute walk down to the beach. The privacy and view are well worth it! The condo was very clean and well-maintained. Mark provided us with clear instruction for check-in and made everything welcoming. We travel every year and this is the first property that we all agree we would love to book again.

The shops at Wailea are just a few minute walk as is the beach walk. If you want more of a walk, you can even head into Kihei and take in breakfast at the Kihei cafe. It's about an hour walk but justifies the coconut pancakes with macadamia nut & banana. Another good restaurant is Monkey Pod. It's a good 15-20 minute walk (mostly uphill) so you can really enjoy the meal. Check out Happy hour at all area restaurants!

Since there were a few relaxing evenings, it was even nice to have a comfy couch with Netflix and a good stereo for local radio stations.

We stayed at "The Grand" our last night in Maui and were disappointed after our lovely home away from home at Elua. Thank you so much Mark & Pam for sharing your paradise . Memories for a lifetime.
