Best location for your visit to San Francisco. Enjoy the convenience of an easy walk to Financial District, Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, Union Square, the theater District, or just simply take the Cable Car.
This is the ideal place to have the quintessential experience of living like a local in San Francisco. Have a nice cup of coffee in the morning with the Cable Car bell sound outside your window. Explore the many famous sites around the city, then come home to a quiet evening. The use of 2 transit cards are included to make exploring the city easier.
The apartment has been recently renovated to luxury standard with new kitchen, bathroom; Granite kitchen counter, hardwood floor through out.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a 4 story building. It is extremely quiet and conveniently located. The bedrooms have a wonderful bay and Bay Bridge view. You will have a great night of sleep on the queen sized beds with 800 thread count sheets.
The living room is next to the bedroom, with the option of pocket doors to separate the rooms. The living room is furnished with comfortable couch and leather sofa, as well as a 40' flat screen.
The dining area is furnished with a table for 6.
The kitchen is stocked with cooking pots, pans and utensils, as well as basic spices.
The full bathroom has a shower over tub.
I love San Francisco. I grew up here. I enjoy taking a bike ride or run, and eating at our great local restaurants.
Mike & Amy purchased this apartment in 2003
It is centrally located. You can walk every where, or take public transit. Our world famous cable car is just right outside of the building.
Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Financial District are all within an easy 20 minutes walk, or take the Cable Car.
The apartment couldn't be in a better location! The cable cars are just below and serious, we never heard them, except for a bell or two. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped! Beds are comfortable. Highly recommend!!!
This is a great location, easy to get to a lot of the attractions and popular areas. Cable car stop is just a couple of doors down, very convenient. The apartment was very clean and modern. The only thing lacking, which is minor, is the walls a bare. It would be nice to see some art or pictures on the walls. Overall it was a great apartment and I would certainly stay again.
We had a great experience in San Francisco and found this flat to be the perfect location, central to everything! We stayed for nine nights and were actively sight-seeing the whole time! Having the cable cars right outside the front door was so convenient! We put the included cable car/bus passes to good use and either used public transportation or walked almost exclusively while we were there. The flat was in great condition and nicely furnished and stocked. We would definitely go back!
Enjoyed our stay here. It is in the city with a garage (a big plus). We had a Toyota Yaris rental and it barely fit in the garage. The issue is the width so you must have a very small car for this to work. It's nice having a designated parking garage.
View was great -- could see the Bay Bridge, Pyramid, and Coit tower.
The place is furnished modestly which we liked. Beds are firm but comfortable. Kitchen could use some additional plates/bowls but all was clean and there is a dishwasher. Didn't use the washer/dryer but looked new.
Overall we loved the place and would stay again. Transit cards are great -- make sure to download the MUNI and NextBus app. You will be set with these 2 and there is no need for a car in town.
This place was perfect. We were two couples vacationing for a week. We wrre able to walk everywhere. It is close to the sites and great restaurants. Mike and Amy are there and give wonderful recommendations. Would definitely stay here on a return visit.
My family stayed in this home during our daughter's wedding weekend. The house is beautiful, as was the property. The pool was a lot of fun with a beautiful rock slide and jacuzzi. The house came fully equipped with all the necessities you can imagine and then some. It's on a street that runs through Glen Ellen, making it convenient to local shopping and area events. We would definitely stay there again!
