Fully updated and newly remodeled, this Spinnaker Condo is one of a kind. Located in the most desirable and quieter parts of the property, D123 backs up to a spacious garden setting. The Bedroom features a queen size Westin Heavenly Bed with luxury bedding. The bathroom has tile and a nice size tub with a rain shower head and luxury towels. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your entertaining and dining needs, and well appointed with granite counter-tops, name brand stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher that makes it easy for all when on vacation. The living room area joins the kitchen harmoniously with a large flat screen TV, chaise lounger and a large sofa with a comfortable, memory foam topped queen pull out bed.
Aloha! This is Sne (pronounced Snay) and Tabatha, owners of Spinnaker D123. Thank you for looking at our condo and considering it for rent. We are both originally from the Midwest and have lived in Maui for over 13 years. Our growing family needs a bit more space, so we are now having to rent out this lovely space. Over the years we have remodeled our condo, always using quality materials and appliances. We hope you enjoy the features as much as we have.

The joy of travel is what brought both of us here and the magic of Maui is what's kept us. The Spinnaker has been our home for the last 6 years and we have truly loved the convenience of living so close to town. As fellow travelers we know what comforts of home we miss when trekking around the globe, so we have furnished accordingly. Since we have lived here for quite sometime, and one of us is a hotel concierge, we are more than able to answer any questions you may have about staying on Maui. Whether it's a special request for the day of arrival or help in booking activities and tours, we are always available to help. We hope staying in our condo will give you the true Hawaii and Aloha experience.
Location and convenience is what made us originally select the Spinnaker for our home. The large pool and jacuzzi tub also helped. Living here allowed for us to have a great balance between something that was family friendly with the option of getting a sitter and enjoying the night life the town has to offer. It's a hidden gem not to be overlooked.
I stayed 10 nights here back in December with my boyfriend and this place was excellent. Location was awesome for grabbing a bite to eat or going out at night and not having to worry about getting a ride. The pictures are accurate and no tricks whatsoever. Very clean as well. If you're looking for a nice clean place to stay this is it.
Right across the street was a taco stand and Baya bowls which made for a fun lunch and breakfast spot. Up the street was Maui Grown Coffee which was also very good. If you're looking for breakfast, Lulus has the BEST loco moco and pancakes.
Tabatha and Sne kept great communication and made this trip doable for two college students. Cant thank them enough and I will definitely be staying with them again in the future.
We stayed in the condo for 4 weeks during the month of October 2015. The best thing going for this older apartment complex is that it has a great location at a reasonable price. I would recommend this condo for a couple because it's a cozy one bedroom, one bath with a family room/kitchen combo. The property was clean and the apartment complex pool, grills, and laundry room were easily accessed. We were a couple of blocks off Front Street but had to drive one mile to Baby Beach. We could have walked to the closest beach but didn't want to lug all the beach gear through crowded downtown streets. Anyway, it's not fancy in the least but the location is killer.
We spent 8 wonderful nights here. The condo had everything you need: parking, pool, AC, comfy bed, ALL kitchen needs (and very good quality). Kit and Bath were very nicely updated. We enjoyed being able to walk to lively harbor/Front Street in just a few minutes. Though it's close to other units, it was quiet during day and night. They also had beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler which came in handy. The hot tub and pool were a nice treat after our day trips. Owners were great in answering questions we had. We would definitely come back here again. On our last morning we got a text that our flight was delayed. We happily took one last walk around town to see some of the historic buildings we we had missed. Make sure you watch the sunset from the harbor--at least once if not more since you can be there so quickly.
We stayed here for 8 nights and had a late flight out. They were nice enough to let us extend our stay and pay for a half day to accommodate our red-eye flight. The air conditioning was awesome because it was in the high 80's and 90's while we were here. We could come in, cool off and relax with a beautiful view of green gardens out back. They had all the dishes and utensils we needed to eat in and save tons of money. The Uliliani shave ice location was a 3 minute walk and the best parts of the Lahaina store fronts were the same short distance. Foodland grocery store is less than a block away. Bed was super comfortable and living area comfortable. HDMI cord allowed us to hook up our personal devices to big screen tv. We are marking this unit as a favorite for our next trip to Maui. PS. Try Grindz Cafe near Foodland for an amazing local breakfast. Hard to find because sign is only on glass door but it is in front left building in parking lot. Yum
My wife and I stayed at this condo for 7 nights. The location is excellent - walking distance to restaurants, shopping and local sightseeing (e.g. - the wharf: whale watching, deep sea fishing, etc.) but we still rented a car for out of town sightseeing. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped if you decide you want to eat in. The owners were great to communicate with in advance of our stay and upon our arrival.
There is a nice small patio area opening onto a back yard. The only recommendation we would make is to increase the thickness of the curtains in the living room which are currently made of a sheer material as you may find workers or neighbours crossing the back yard at some point in time. The living room backs on to the yard.
Fantastic condo right in the heart of Lahaina. The property has a fantastic kitchen, fully loaded with amazing appliances. Bathroom very clean and modern and great towels. Great area to sit outside after a day at the beach. Pool area very clean with a BBQ. Also had boogie boards and a floater to bring to the beach. The only thing I can say is that it needs another mirror, 1 in the bathroom is not enough, and the sofa bed has a tilt to it so not the most confortable to sleep on. I really recommend this property don't think you can get much better.
