We had a really nice time on Anna Maria island. The home was perfect for us. We had plenty of room and the "Beach Nest" is located in a very quiet area of the island. It is a very close distance to either the bay side or the gulf side beaches. The hot tub and pool area was very nice and we spent a lot of time outdoors. This was our first trip to the island and it was a very relaxing vacation. It is a very kid friendly vacation destination and I would recommend the area to anyone who needs to just get a way. Liza was very helpful and I would certainly recommend her services. All in all a great trip.
Fabulous house! We didn’t want to leave.
The house is great, spacious, comfortable.
The pool is gorgeous and only steps to the dock where you can fish or kayak. Heated pool and hot tub were amazing!
We had such a lovey stay at the Beach Nest. The décor is so happy and comfortable. There is everything you need there to cook and entertain. We only cooked meals a few times but pleasant to cook and look out at the beautiful pool. We had plenty of hangers and the beds are pretty comfy. You are really close to the beach we walked over and it only takes 5 minutes. There are plenty of chairs and coolers to take along. The outdoor shower was a real hit. We used it after the beach and pool. Laundry room is great and I brought pods but there was detergent and softener there. You are close to lots and restaurants and cute shops. No need to go anywhere unless you just want to explore. We love the Blue Marlin and Waterfront, Harry's is great and reasonable. Sandbar is fun but the prices for Grouper have gotten ridiculous. The only thing I would like to see added are minor. Hooks on the backs of the bathroom doors for towels would be great. Fan out on back deck under seating group need the motor checked. (hard I am sure because of the salt air to keep them going). We did have trouble with getting the hot tub to heat up. One day it would work then the nest not get hot. The owner is so sweet and came to get it going for us. Fabulous place and hope to come back. You will love it!!!
Charming, cozy home in great location.
Beautiful home with wonderful amenities. Located on a very quiet street on the north end of the island, it is close to beach, restaurants, shops, and local parks for hiking, and biking. Property owner was gracious and very accommodating. Beach Nest was the best vacation we have had in a long time.
This is one of the most well-appointed homes we've ever stayed in. Beautiful furnishings and extremely well equipped. Did not need a car to get around town or to the beach. Liza was extremely responsive, communicative, and welcoming. Would highly recommend!
Beach Nest is a charming, warm and functional cottage on Ana Maria Island. We found the house exceptionally well maintained, kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal, make margaritas, and relax alongside a beautiful pool or soak in the adjoining hot tub, and take in the lush landscaping. It is a short walk to the beach and easy to launch the kayak off the house's bayside dock. Grandparents loved the setup of the house, parents on one side with toddler and grandparents on the other, couldn't have been more peaceful and relaxing. We were a party of five adults and a toddler and all resided in comfort, and enjoyment of the property. we'll be back next year.
