This beautifully furnished duplex was the original Showhouse. It is a perfect place for 6 people to holiday in absolute luxury. With a very large terrace for relaxing, sunbathing, alfresco dining and BBQ on a top of the range gas bbq, and just a lawn between you and the beach. There is a large lounge/diner with full width sliding doors to the terrace giving 180 degree sea views. There is a large flat screen Bang and Olufsen tv and sound system.

Also on this floor level is a very large, fully German equiped kitchen with every apliance you could wish for a perfect holiday stay. This floor also has a toilet. The first floor has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and access via

sliding full width sliding doors to a terrace. Bedroom and terrace have 180 degree sea views. There is another double bedroom with full width sliding doors giving access to the terrace, and again giving 180 degree sea views from the bedroom. There is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a spacious family bathroom

Set in beautiful gardens with two access gates directly on to the beach, with a very large pool. Plenty of paved area around the pool with sunbeds to enjoy the all day sunshine.You can walk on the promenade to a salt tower and beach bars in one direction and to Estepona Port in the other. It has underground reserved parking places and the urbanisation is gated for security.There are shops, restaurants, and beach bars in walking distance. A bus service going to Estepona, or Algeciras in the other direction passes the property.The popular marinas of Duquesa and Estepona with their shops, restaurants, bars and discos are just a short drive away. Marbella and Puerto Banus, for upmarket shopping or just Star spotting a 20 minute drive. Gibraltar is a easy 30 minute drive, not to be missed the Apes and Dolphin and Whale watching.

You can take the train to Ronda, described by the BBC as one of the top 5 rail journeys in the world. This 1 hr 40 min trip is through the most spectacular scenery.

Large terrace and sunbathing area around pool with sunbeds provided. Also picnic area near pool. Large beautifully manicured gardens with 2 access gates to promenade and beach. Please note ball games are not allowed in gardens.

Stunning views from this lovely clean apartment

Really lovely clean apartment with stunning views. A little bit too far out of town for us even with a car. We needed to drive everywhere and the road back from Estapona is very dark at night as no road lights. Location wasn't ideal with teenage children I think it would suit younger families though as bedrooms on a separate floor so you can relax without disturbing the children and plenty of room. Great wifi which is a must with teenagers!

Comfortable, luxurious & peaceful

The apartment has great views of the sea, the gardens below and the pool area towards the other side of the complex.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.

Living areas both inside and out are comfortable and relaxing. The outdoor furniture and BBQ were fantastic. Never come across a BBQ so easy to clean.

Beds were comfortable, and the master suite was spacious.

This location requires a car. Plenty of parking onsite. Found ourselves driving into Estepona for better beaches and eating choices.

Loved our stay and would book again.

The perfect place for an instant 'chill'

This is our second visit to E16 and we will definitely be booking again. Just take a look at the view from the balcony for an instant 'chill' and let the sound of the sea take all your troubles away. Relaxed and enjoyed!

Luxury, Beautiful, A very happy holiday.

We stayed in E16 for 10 nights. 2 adults and 13 year old twins.Lots of room.The apartment was very clean, well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. I could see the children in the pool from the balcony. The pool area was very clean. We had a rented car and easy to park at the apartment. We had an amazing holiday and would recommend this apartment to anyone. We would defiantly go back again

Amazing location. Lovely apartment.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this apartment. The view from all the balconies is amazing. A wonderful place to unwind just sitting and watching fisherman, yachts, diving, Gibraltar........every direction you look has a changing scene. The apartment itself is very well equipped. Everything you need to create wonderful meals. It really is home from home. Furnishings are of a good quality & one of the best BBQ's ever! You do need a car here but it is situated in such a beautiful part of Spain that you want to tour & enjoy so not a negative. Some lovely golf courses & marinas nearby. We were only two but would comfortably accommodate 6 as advertised. Would recommend.

Le positionnement de la location est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce et nécessite une voiture (commerces à 4 km et le centre ville à 7 km).

La location est très propre, très grande et très bien équipée. La résidence est très bien entretenue (piscine, jardins, nettoyage).

La résidence est aussi très calme.

Les sanitaires sont très propres et tout fonctionne très bien.

La terrasse offre une vue splendide sur la mer méditerranée, sur le rocher de Gibraltar et parfois sur les côtes marocaines quand il n'y a pas trop de brume.

Donc pas besoin de voiture pour aller à la plage !

L'appartement dispose de 2 terrasses, une au niveau des chambres, l'autre au niveau du séjour. Elle est très grande et bien équipée : salon de jardin, transat, plantations, table pour manger à l'extérieur.

Bref, super séjour !

Seul bémol, l'éclairage extérieur de la terrasse est insuffisant.

The old town of Estepona is just a five minute drive away with its pedestrian shopping area, beautiful old square where you can chose from a big selection of restaurants and bars. There are two marinas within 5 minutes drive one very popular with the British( Duquesa) the other a little more Spanish (Estepona) both have many shops, restaurants, disco's and bars. Just 20 minutes drive away, Marbella and Puerto Banus, offer opportunities to star spot, go upmarket shopping, or party all night. You can take the train to Ronda, described by the BBC as one of the top five train journeys in the world. This one hour forty minute trip takes you through spectacular scenery to this famous old town perched on top of a huge gorge, it has the oldest bullring in Spain, fantastic views over the countryside and lots of special churches. Gibraltar is a gentle 30 minute drive away with its British shops and old red telephone box's. Don't miss the apes or the Dolphin or Whale watching.
