Set in beautiful gardens with two access gates leading directly to the beach. There is a large swimming pool, with ample paved areas to soak up the all day sun on the provided sun beds. This 3 bed. duplex penthouse has a very large terrace off the lounge, with outside dining table and chairs, sunbeds and a gas barbecue.The spacious lounge/diner has 3 sofas, a wide screen TV. DVD and Video. The very large kitchen is fitted with German appliances and marble work tops, it has ceramic hob oven, microwave,dishwasher,washing machine,fridge/freezer and electric toaster. Also on this floor a drying area and downstairs toilet.Upstairs the main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, with bath, shower attachment, bidet, sink, vanity unit and toilet. Full width patio doors give uninterrupted sea views and access to a terrace. Great autumn holiday
We had a nice, large apartment in the complex Sinfonia del Mar. The balconies were huge and with great sea views. The decor was great, well maintained and we felt very comfortable. The care - even with questions on the spot - worked great. This applies both to the booking phase as well as for billing after the holiday.
Beautiful view, high quality property, great location!
My family of 5 spent a week in mid-June at the E2 property. The inside of the apartment was high quality, in terms of furnishings, kitchen and cleanliness. We spent most of our time while at the apartment on the large patio space with amazing views of the Costa Del Sol, Gibraltar and even Africa on a clear day.
We have stayed in properties all over the world and this one rated for my family as one of the best. The location was close to many of the benefits of the Costa Del Sol but also far enough away if you wanted to just relax in quiet. Thank you for your hospitality and we had no trouble with internet access, my kids were pleased!
Amazing 2 weeks holiday
This is a really spacious apartment with excellent views over the sea from the upstairs balcony or lower sun terrace. If you want to chill out this apartment is for you. Yes you will need a car but ample car parking and many places to visit not too far away. We visited Casares, Estepona, Marbella, Gibraltar and many of the ports and villages nearby. There is a chiringuito just a short walk down the beach serving excellent food and drinks. Sunbeds are always available around the pool and the beach is quiet with lovely evening walks. The beach side walkway is still being developed but good for the evening stroll or early morning jog if that suits.
We are in the process of booking Sinfonia again for our 2017 holiday. We met some lovely people here and would thoroughly recommend
We stayed in the appartement for 13 days with 3 adult and 3 children really we enjoy our stay.and everything it was same as the picture,only thing I suggest that the car is must,I recommend the appartement for my family and friends and for every one looking for clean appartement and professional customer service
We stayed at the apartment for 16 days. Overall we were very satisfied but have to note the absence of internet. Under facilities it states that the apartment has internet ...(which was a requirement from our side). It it not very clear that the internet can be added at an extra GBP 25. As it is now, you have to move your mouse over "internet" under "facilities" in order to see that it is an extra cost). We bought the internet but it never worked so wee contacted the caretaker which came and checked and just agreed with us that it did not work. I informed the owners but we were not reimbursed.
Other than that I can recommend the location and the apartment.
Beach, pool, sun and a wonderful apartment
The property is situated at the far end of the building. The moment you open the front door you feel relaxed. The apartment is clean, spacious and airy. The terraces are enormous, overlooking the beautiful sea with the constant sound of the waves. The pool is to the right of the apartment so there was no noise if people were using it. We did use it but it was a bit on the cold side! We were lucky enough not to have any neighbours and so spent most of the days on the sunny terrace, moving down to the beach late afternoon. There was hardly anybody around so we had it to ourselves. Although the apartment backs on to a dual carriageway there was no evidence of this once you were inside. It also made it straight forward to drive anywhere. The apartment has a folder with information in and the one occasion I had to call Tony (who manages the apartment), he was most helpful.
A brilliant place for a total relax.
The old town of Estepona is just a five minute drive away with its pedestrian shopping area, beautiful old square where you can chose from a big selection of restaurants and bars. There are two marinas within 5 minutes drive one very popular with the British( Duquesa) the other a little more Spanish (Estepona) both have many shops, restaurants, disco's and bars. Just 20 minutes drive away, Marbella and Puerto Banus, offer opportunities to star spot, go upmarket shopping, or party all night. You can take the train to Ronda, described by the BBC as one of the top five train journeys in the world. This one hour forty minute trip takes you through spectacular scenery to this famous old town perched on top of a huge gorge, it has the oldest bullring in Spain, fantastic views over the countryside and lots of special churches. Gibraltar is a gentle 30 minute drive away with its British shops and old red telephone box's. Don't miss the apes or the Dolphin or Whale watching.

A non returnable deposit of £150.00 GBP per week is payable on booking to secure the reservation. the balance together with either a £350.00 GBP returnable security deposit or accidental damage insurance waiver this is charged at £4.50 GBP per person, (this will give you £100.00 GBP cover per person for any accidental damage, this does not cover you for willful damage and negligent behaviour, this payment is non returnable), is due 6 weeks prior to commencement of hire. Hire commences at 16.00 hours on the date of arrival and terminates at 10.00 hours on the date of departure. All prices include final clean and a linen and towel change after 7 days on all stays of more than 10 days. A beach towel will be provided free of charge for each member of the travelling party. The following items can be provided at extra charge.. Air conditioning/heating £60.00 GBP per week, Travel cot £30.00 GBP per week (linen not included) High chair £20.00 GBP per week Extra bed £70.00 GBP per week (pillow, linen and towels included) 5% discount is applicable for bookings of 14 nights more, 10% discount is applicable for bookings of 21 nights or more.
