2 bedroom + loft room, 3 bathroom, vaulted ceilings, pool, no better location!

There is no better location to enjoy the NEW Park City Resort (combination of Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort to make the largest ski resort in the USA)! Step out the door and the Red Pine Gondola is right there providing you access to more than 7300 acres of ski terrain! Also right out the door is the ski beach and forum with the restaurants, bars, shops, and more. Enjoy concerts spring and summer. Summer enjoy the new Canyons Golf Course, ziplines, mountain biking, hiking and much more.

And this is one of the best units at Sundial, the unit is on two stories, with vaulted ceilings, expansive oversized balcony running the full length of the unit (much larger than typical for the property and including Weber grill (summer only, shared grills by pool available other times of year), table for dinning al fresco, etc that other Sundial units do not have), and many many upgrades.

Living area with fireplace, door to balcony, flatscreen TV with DirecTV including HBO, Showtime, NFL Sunday Ticket, internet TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), DVD, music w/ ipod/mp3 dock, sofabed, seating at both table and bar, oversized windows, vaulted ceiling.

The full kitchen features granite countertops and slate floors and is fully stocked with everything to enjoy eating with family and friends.

On the main level you will find two bedrooms, one with king, fireplace, door to balcony, the second with queen bed. Both have extra high ceilings, extra high windows, and 42' flatscreens.

On the main level you will find two full baths (3rd bath upstairs) featuring natural stone, heated floors, deep soaking tubs, and rainshower shower heads. The master bath also features a jacuzzi tub.

Upstairs you will find an open bedroom/loft looking down on the living area, with two twin beds (can be pushed together to make king). There is a flatscreen and DVD player. The third (upstairs) full bath features heated floors and deep soaking tub.

Balcony is larger than with most Sundial units, running the full length of the unit and unlike most Sundial units that have only chairs on the balcony, such is outfitted with chairs, table to enjoy drinking and dinning al-fresco, plus a Weber gas grill for your cooking pleasure.

Moreover you will enjoy little luxury touches that make a difference --from luxury robes, to luxury L'Occitane amenities, to luxury high thread count luxury linens -- little things that are unique to our unit as we try to go to the extra mile and deliver a superior experience.

Property amenities include year round heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs (both pool and roof level), relaxing gas firepits (both pool and roof level), gym, ski check with boot dryers, bell service, complimentary wifi, complimentary underground parking and more.

Immediately out the door you will find your skiing/boarding (Red Pine Gondola right out the door; heated Orange Bubble Chair just beyond), main resort ski shop and rental (located right in Sundial, ground level with exterior entrance), ski school, restaurants (from the top rated The Farm, to the casual Umbrella Bar, to The Bistro at Canyons which features a Kosher menu), etc. In spring and summer free concerts, and the new Canyons golf course which is NOW OPEN to fantastic reviews.

And while you have the largest ski resort and the Canyons base village at your doorstep, if you want to venture beyond (Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, etc.) note that free bus/shuttle stop is conveniently located just a few steps from Sundial.

We own at very select premier ski in ski out properties in Park City, Telluride and Jackson Hole (as well as in Cabo) and take pride in offering premier ski in ski out destinations at great owner direct rates. No middle man, you are dealing with the owner who knows the property better than anyone, yet while owner direct we take pride in offering a professional approach, we are fully licensed to offer lodging in all the destinations we offer and our goal is to offer services and amenities that in fact go above and beyond that you would receive if booking through the resort. Great time in comfortable condo!!

The condo met all of our expectations. The location is fantastic and within minutes of leaving we were on the gondola. Very nice having ski valet downstairs and having dry warm boots in the morning. Brad was very responsive with our questions from renting the property and throughout our stay. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place for a week!!

Beautiful property

We rented this property for a week in January 2016 and it was exactly as described. Very clean and looks almost brand new. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms, perfect for a big family or for three couples like we were. View from apartment is beautiful.

Very conveniently located. Ski in-ski out. Restaurants and a small grocery store just steps away from the building. If you want to visit Park City, outlets, shopping etc there's a gondola that will take you to a bus stop where you can catch a bus that will take you to all those areas, free of charge.

Communication with owner was very good and professional. Replies were very prompt.

We would definitely go back and we recommend this property 100%.

Absolutely Outstanding!

My family and I stayed in this beautiful and cozy unit at The Canyons. It is in a prime location and easy to get to downtown Park City and other shopping areas. The ski in and ski out is a huge plus. We had an amazing time and can't wait to return! Brad was extremely easy to work with. He was quite accommodating and professional as well.

Park City beauty

Throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location; beautiful accommodations; comfortable furniture and beds; well supplied kitchen; heated floors in the bathrooms were amazing; were able to ski right there from the property. We put together all the puzzles and played the games that were available. Would definately recommend. Brad went the extra mile to bring some supplies for the condo when needed.

Our stay at the Sundial Lodge this late summer/fall was outstanding. The location is so central to the Canyons and Park City as a whole. The actual condo we rented was very nicely appointed, and had all the amenities that we expected. The underground parking was very convenient and having a bike storage locker worked out great. Even though we prefer to ride at Deer Valley the riding at the Canyons it great also (albeit a bit more advanced). We would certainly recommend this property to anyone, whether it be summer or winter. Thanks Brad! We plan on returning next summer
