About altcapital@gmail.com

I own an international technology business and although I have called Park City home for 20 years my work calls me to serve the best of Silicon valley, New York and Europe.

When I am not in Park City surrounded by my modern art collection I invite you to enjoy my home.

I love to entertain and invite you to enjoy the kitchen, bar and dining area while hosting family and friends in a warm and casual environment.

I especially enjoy cooking in my kitchen and made it larger than life so that you can congregate there and enjoy the flavors of the season. The seasonal farmers market is right across the street and Whole Foods is a short distance away. I’ll leave a bottle of wine, leave me a family recipe!

Why altcapital@gmail.com chose Park City

I am an architect and an artist, daily in software but also in interior space and oil paintings. I have done my best to create a warm atmosphere that will both relax and stimulate. Come and vacation in my home.

What makes this townhome unique

I have done my best to create a warm atmosphere that will both relax and stimulate. Come and vacation in my home.

I renovated this property with relaxation in mind for the entire family. It is a large property that allows you to have your private space while entertaining.

I choose the location to be able to walk to the lift or jump on the bus to get to Park City, Deer Valley, the Outlet Malls or Redstone. We all know there is no parking in Park City and the cost of the second vehicle rental is exorbitant.

Having the option of walking or using public transportation gives you a lot of flexibility in your vacation.

Nice place

  • 4 of 5

We had a great time. Location was perfect just across from Canyon Resort. Plenty of room for everyone. Convenient being right by the bus stop. The only issue was we couldnt get a couple of the TV's to work upstairs. My one suggestion would be to put up a nice line of coat racks when you come in the front/garage door.

I would recommend this place to both families and trips with friends.

Spacious and Comfortable Accomodations

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay at the Art House! Niels and Caleb were beyond helpful. The house is very comfortable and so close to Canyons. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Better than our own home!!!

  • 5 of 5

This home is just as see you in the pictures and then some. For our family of 3 adults and 4 kids, it was perfect! The layout is very friendly for the large gatherings in the dining room and living room. And the basement was a pefect hangout for the kids with the ping pong table and xbox. Thankfully there was only one game there to play so the kids did not spend too much time on it. The steam shower was huge thing and everybody wanted to use it each night! The decorations are bright and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. The basement bedroom tended to be a bit cold even with the heat on but thankfully my brother in law, who slept there, likes it cold! The loft bedroom on the top floor was very fun for our 2 boys and they loved it. We were there from Dec 23-Dec 30 which is a bit early in the season and there was not as much snow as some years. We never did walk to the canyons lift because it was closed. The best snow and most trails open were at Solitude and Brighton, a 45 minute drive, which we did almost everyday and it was not a problem. We took advantage of the bus stop near the canyon lift to get into town one day. Its a short walk and once on the free bus, all the shopping was just one stop away. Very convenient! Niels was a pleasure to deal with and the local house manager, Caleb, was very responsive towards anything we needed. We hope to ski Utah again and get some of that Utah powder and this is definitely where we hope to stay again! Thank you Niels for opening up your lovely home!

Great place, Excellent and accommodating Owner

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful house across the street from the access to the Canyons (aka Park City).

Extremely comfortable and Niels is a real pleasure to deal with - very accomodating and reasonable.

We had 4 guys for a week, and no one felt short-changed by their individual rooms.

Couldn't recommend more highly.

Great House for Sundance and Skiing

  • 5 of 5

Great house for a group of people whether going skiing in Park City (right across the street from Canyons) or for an event like Sundance. The bus stops right around the corner so its very convenient to get to Park City. The house is very clean and has great entertainment options from the kitchen to the fireplace to the hot tub to the big screen TVs. Niels is very responsive and accommodating. Our group had a great time and will definitely book again if we come to Park City!

Fantastic Place

  • 5 of 5

Niels is a great person to deal with and the place is even better than it looks online. It is huge and he has done a tremendous job updating and decorating the interior. It was one of the best ski vacations we have had, partially due to looking forward to the end of the day spent enjoying the place as we hung out by the fire and just had fun talking about the day's adventures. I hope to get the chance to visit again sometime.
