Two houses from the sand, this newly remodeled, 1200 square foot three bedroom, two bathroom luxury condominium is ideally located west of Pacific Coast Highway and is a 15 second walk to one of the top rated beaches in the United States, according to the Men's Journal Magazine. Many celebrities have beach homes in the area, used to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood.

Some of the most exclusive hotels in the world have developed world class five-star resorts in our community to take advantage of this beautiful beach paradise. Having traveled extensively around the world, we worked diligently to think of everything you will need to have the best vacation ever, in a cost effective manner. We designed our home to be peaceful, romantic and yet cozy. The main living space offers beautiful Italian tile, a gourmet kitchen, artwork by local artists, a 55 inch LCD screen TV and very comfortable couches that turns into a beds.

The kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you will need to cook wonderful meals, and the dining area seats four and offers spectacular white water and sand views.

The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with finely appointed 500 thread count linens and a 42 inch big screen TV.

Our second and third bedrooms also offer beautiful tile floors and 42 inch flat screen TV/DVDs. The bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined to form a King bed.

Our location is ideal, with everything you need close by. There are over 40 casual to upscale restaurants, boutiques and art galleries within a five minute stroll.

The world famous art colony, Laguna Beach, is a few miles to the South. The surfing capital of the US, Huntington Beach is a few miles to the north. Catalina Island is a 1-hour ferry .ride from our harbor. As with most condo's at the beach in Southern California, this property does not have air conditioning. Because day time temperatures are normally in the low 70s and night time temperatures in the high 50s in normally unnecessary. The sea breeze also tends to act as a natural coolant.

Beautiful location with beach steps away!!!

Our experience was great. Kids loved the closeness to the beach and really loved the fact that it was a dog friendly beach. They loved seeing all of the dogs play together. The place was great and the deck was a great addition. We had a great time and highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Great stay!

This house was perfect for two families to eat and sleep in. The kitchen area was open to the living room with plenty of room for the kids to play. We did have the bottom unit and the people above us were not very considerate about noise once it got late. In the future we would try to rent the upper unit. The owners were great about any needs we had and they were addressed quickly. The only downside to this rental was the location on the beach. We have four small children and the area just outside the house was too rough for them to play in. We ended up packing our beach stuff up and parking near Newport Pier for the kids to play in the water.

Great Property, Awesome Location!!

We had a great time there with our kids and my parents.

Highlights about the property:

-Garage was so nice to park in and have for bike & toy storage

-Patio/BBQ above garage

-Good Looking/Functional IKEA remodel

-SO CLOSE to the sand

-Quiet end of the beach, we had the beach to ourselves

-Coded/Keyless entry was sooo nice

Owner was accommodating and easy to deal with.

Great Beach Home

Our stay here was very nice. Everything worked the way it should, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. We appreciated the garage parking spot. Would stay here again. Had trouble getting a hold of the owners prior to our stay (to get the address and entry info) but had everything we needed by check-in time and they responded quickly when we had a question about the wi-fi.

Spring Break and Easter Vacation

I spent 5 nights and 4 days here at this property for spring break with my kids. We occupied the bottom unit so everything typical to being in a bottom unit is no different here. Our unit was clean, just like the pictures, kitchen was equipped to my satisfaction and "as advertised" it is steps to the sand which I loved. It is a "dog beach" which you should know. Dogs were never an issue, it was never to crowded especially during the week. The unit had a private garage, washers and dryers. It was Spring Break and Easter so lots of people came out to the beach but the beach was never over crowded. Parking was typical beach parking...first come street parking and there was a parking lot down the street for my guests who came down for Easter. There is a closet full of umbrella's, chairs, and other beach supplies. I did not use any of it; my son used the flat board but it's there for your use. Can't describe what was in that closet in detail or provide you with quantity...sorry. I brought my own propane just in case as recommended but I never used the BBQ.

The roof top is equipped with chairs, table, bbg and lounging seating. Much bigger than expected - no ocean view but very serene. There is a water hose there so we rinsed off but never used the shower stand - not sure if it worked.

Location: it was at the No. side of the beach, so literally the last life guard station about 2.88 miles from the pier. I thought it was too far but then we walked to the pier, rented bikes and kept them at the house, it was quiet, the sand and waves were so nice...and for those who love to exercise on the beach or go for a nice walk or bike ride it was perfect. We drove to other attractions, restaurants...all local. The neighbors were permanent residence so that was pleasant. It was very peaceful.

Any questions I had about the unit Jason responded timely which I appreciated. Comments and recommendations I sent to Jason during and after my stay were well received by Jason.

I definitely would stay there again.
