Crashing Waves Cabana LLC, welcomes you to Newport Beach, the most beautiful beach in California. Two houses from the sand, this newly remodeled, 1200 square foot three bedroom, two bathroom luxury condominium is ideally located west of Pacific Coast Highway and is a 15 second walk to one of the top rated beaches in the United States, according to the Men's Journal Magazine. Many celebrities have beach homes in the area, used to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood.

Some of the most exclusive hotels in the world have developed world class five-star resorts in our community to take advantage of this beautiful beach paradise. Having traveled extensively around the world, we worked diligently to think of everything you will need to have the best vacation ever, in a cost effective manner. We designed our home to be peaceful, romantic and yet cozy. The main living space offers beautiful Italian tile, a gourmet kitchen, artwork by local artists, a 55 inch LCD screen TV and a very comfortable couch that turns into a beds.

The kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you will need to cook wonderful meals, and the dining area seats four and offers spectacular white water and sand views.

The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with finely appointed 500 thread count linens and a flat screen TV.

Our second and third bedrooms also offer beautiful tile floors and flat screen TVs. The bedrooms have two twin beds that can be combined to form a King bed.

Our location is ideal, with everything you need close by. There are over 40 casual to upscale restaurants, boutiques and art galleries within a five minute stroll.

The world famous art colony, Laguna Beach, is a few miles to the South. The surfing capital of the US, Huntington Beach is a few miles to the north. Catalina Island is a 1-hour ferry .ride from our harbor. Super close to the beach & great home for rent!

Me and my friends stayed here, and we had no complaints about the place! It is just like the pictures and descriptions! It was very comfy, and seeing that it was right by the beach had a great atmosphere. The owners provided almost everything from the utensils, and pots and pans, to blankets, and even an air mattress that came in handy! Great home overall, and would stay here again! :)

Close to the beach, but not super comfortable

The pros are the proximity to the beach and the easy to work with owners, and the garage space. The cons are the tile floors and lack of rugs. Also the furniture is all glass or plastic. The only place to get cozy was in the beds. The couch and chairs were not comfortable to lounge in. If you choose to go here, bring slippers!

so much potential but rough around the edges

The location was good we enjoyed the beach. The house amenities are bare minimum and the bath towels are poor quality and stained. Bring your own. Unfortunately, it took a month to get our deposit back after several emails and calls. This was discouraging.

Amazing beach house

This is an amazing beach home just steps away from the beach. Parking was a breeze all weekend for myself and any guests we had for the day. The owners of this property were beyond professional and helpful from beginning to end. When I arrived we realized there was no propane tank for the BBQ, I advised the owner via email and had a response in minutes. They were willing to reimburse me any funds needed if I had to go buy a new tank. I found that gesture very awesome and shows that they truly care about their home and keeping their guests happy. I have already recommended this property to all my friends and family and will definitely be back next year.

Steps from the sand

Location is great. Great having a parking space in the garage. Beds were comfy. Rental comes with just the basics. The beach was great. Location is near a inlet right on the border of Newport and Huntington so it was so relaxing. Location was pretty quiet. I've stayed near the pier and it's pretty loud over there. Living room tv and one bedroom tv didn't work so we had to move a bedroom cable box to the living room. Landlord picked up the broken one but never came back to replace it. This place is all about the location of the beach and the chill lifestyle. If you want the party time life, stay closer to the piers. We loved the location.

As with most condo's at the beach in Southern California, this property does not have air conditioning. Because day time temperatures are normally in the low 70s and night time temperatures in the high 50s in normally unnecessary. The sea breeze also tends to act as a natural coolant.
