This apartment is located in the 8th arrondissement, 50 meters away from the Avenue des Champs Elysées. It is on the 7th floor of a recently renovated, security-monitored building with an elevator.

The 220m² space is made up of 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, an open living room/dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The living room is spacefull and has 3 ambiances:

- Sofa and television for 3 people and 2 sofas + 2 armchairs;

- quiet area with 2 armchairs nearby windows, nice to read after a hard day visiting Paris and its areas;

- dining area for 8 people maximum.

First master bedroom: this first bedroom is giving onto the living room. It has a high range decoration and a comfortable king size bed. The terrace of the apartment is in this bedroom and it looks over the Arc de Triomphe.

This bedroom has its own dressing room and bathroom. The bathroom is large, around 12 sqmt with a bathtub, a marble italian shower, 2 sinks, the toilet and a bidet. There is also a television with international channels as the one in the living room.

The second master bedroom (or first depending on tenants) has the same configuration with king size bed, dressing room, full bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet and 2 sinks.

This bedroom gives onto the courtyard and is also very quiet. This bedroom has also a television with DVD reader only. International channel can also be added instead of the first bedroom

The last bedroom has a double bed. It also gives to the courtyard and is quiet.

The kitchen is full equipped. There is also a laundry room between living room and kitchen (to keep it quiet) with a washing machine and a dryer.

Minutes from the city's most famous monuments, museums, and shopping, the apartment epitomizes Parisian luxury.

The location cannot be better. Restaurant and Metro access is exceptional.

The property is in an extremely secure building on a very good street. There is no noise and light into the flat is very good. All of the amenities are available. A nice kitchen, fully equipped, and a washer-dryer.

Just a few hundred meters to the Champs Elysees and numerous restaurants, bistros and shopping opportunities. The George V Metro station is just a few steps away.

Highly recommended!

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendars and periods.

- LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: after 7 pm/before 9 am (+ Sunday & holiday check-in): 50€.
After 10 pm, the extra fee is 75 €
- BABY COT RENTAL: 50 €

Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night (except for children under 18)

The final cleaning is included in the price.
There is a mid-term cleaning included for 11 nights or more.


MINIMUM STAY:

- Low season: 4 nights
- High season: 5 nights

Payment by cheques, credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, CASH), traveller's cheque are accepted.
(2,5% bank fees VISA & MASTERCARD, 3,5% AMEX).
