The ideal Florida Cottage just 3/10ths of a mile to The Village, and across the street from the #1 Beach in the US. This 3 Bedroom 2/Bath cottage has a nice open living area with lots of windows, wood floors and cypress walls. The kitchen has been completely renovated with all new cabinets, tile, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. New washer and dryer, new sofa and chair and queen bed. Covered lanai. New fence and landscaping, with new pavers and outdoor shower. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Lots of character. Part of a duplex. The one bedroom unit around back has its own yard and private entrance.
We have been coming to Siesta Key for years. We finally decided to buy a home hear and came across this great cottage in the perfect location. Easy walk to the Village, yet far enough away to find peace and quiet.

This property had lots of character. Just needed some updating, which we really enjoyed. We love it. It is great for 2 families or groups of friends, since there are 2 separate units on the same property.
The cottage has a great Florida feel. Ocean is across the street in one direction, the canal is on the other side. Lots of dining options. The neighbors are great.
If you are looking for a clean well equipped cottage with a great location go no further. The cottage is cute and very user friendly. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of towels and sheets. This lovely home also has a washer and drier, central air and dishwasher .
We loved it so much we already booked a month for next year
Only area for improvement was the WiFi. It was weak and went on and off. I read from above the owner is addressing this.

My husband and I spent the month of February in your adorable, comfy cottage and look forward to returning again next year. You have thought of everything to make it feel like home.....the only problem was the Wi-Fi which I know you are working on and can be fixed with the help of Comcast.

You name it, this cottage has it. This 3 bedroom impeccable cottage across the street from the world famous white sand beach, has just been remodeled with very snazzy appointments in the full service kitchen (granite counters, microwave, stove, fridge etc). The beautifully new outdoor shower is sublime. Front porch with a ceiling fan & furniture. Even a free washer/drier on premises which was very handy as wifi & TVs were also. Beach towels, chairs (the works) all provided. Easy walk (very short) to town of Siesta Key with a market, restaurants & shopping of most kinds. Even a farmer's market once a week.
I found it very easy to drive to Sarasota center, museums, movies, botanical gardens & more.The owners are super nice & accommodating. Without hesitation I would recommend staying there. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Nice beach feel. Great location...walk to village & beach. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable.
We found this cottage to be extremely clean, well supplied and very comfortable. The location was perfect, 5 min. walk to town and 60 seconds to the beach. The owners were very pleasant to work with and my security deposit was returned promptly. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone that is planning a trip to Siesta Key, FL.
Siesta Key Beach was rated the #1 Beach in the United States. Baby Powder Sand. Super Clean. Great Sunsets. This property is located across the street from the beach. On the other side is the canal, which is great for boating. 'The Village' is an easy 5 minute walk to numerous restaurants, bars, stores, etc. Free 'cab rides'. Sarasota is know for its beautiful downtown, and lively Arts scene. Tampa is 1 hour and 20 minutes away.
