The house is quite modern and occupies a corner position with wonderful open views to the mountains. (fantastic sunsets) The village centre, restaurants and a choice of safe sandy beaches or secluded coves are just 5 to 10 minutes easy walk away.

There are 3 twin bedrooms, lounge, separate fully fitted kitchen, 2 bath/shower rooms and several patios and balconies so you can enjoy or shelter from the sun, also a large roof top solarium

The house is air conditioned, downstairs and in the two first floor bedrooms, with tasteful modern decor, it will be immaculate, as we have it professionally cleaned before and after your visit, clean bed linen & towels are provided and there is a washing machine, dishwasher & fridge freezer for our guests use.

You also have a large satellite Sony HD TV, DVD for your use and outside there are tables, chairs and sun loungers.

From here you can explore local towns, villages and the desert coastline with endless isolated coves and safe beache

Why Roger Lindon chose Mojacar area

The first time we visited San Juan, we just knew it was for us, we looked at loads of areas and honestly nothing came close. Without exception our guests say the same thing....The houses is based on an old traditional Spanish design, but with all mod cons, it is very spacious and airy, with several patio areas to choose from, depending if you prefer sun or shade.

You also have great, unobstructed views across to the mountains.

What makes this house unique

San Juan De Los Terreros is on the coast in a bay surrounded by mountains. Beaches are sandy and very safe and the area has a sort of micro climate, apparently with more hours sun per year than anywhere else in Spain. We`ve been on the beach in November!!

It is very `Spanish` and the locals are very friendly, the whole place has a special feel to it and is not `touristy` like so many costas. The bars and restaurants are excellent, reasonably priced and you have a great choice....Needless to say we absolutely love the place.

Lovely small town with Spanish atmosphere

San Juan de los terreros is a lovely small town by the sea mainly visited by the local Spanish people who go there after work and holidays. The main beach extending from within the city and two kilometers south is extremely nice with fine sand and lovely water. It is childfriendly, wellmaintained, with lifeguards. The town itself is very small, but has several restaurants, a supermarket, and a few small beaches, e.g. Cala Tranquila. There are also many beautiful beaches that can be reached by car 5 minutes North of the town. The house is modern and has several patios, situated right next to the community swimming pool. You can Watch the stars from roof terrasse during night. There are 1000 metres to the main beach. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the Spanish atmosphere. The spacious house close to swimmingpool is good for children.

A week is not enough.

On arrival we were greeted with an immaculately maintained and exquisitely clean property which matched its description.

Directions were spot on and we would certainly recommend this holiday to friends and family.

Great customer service with shops and beach bars easily accessible as described.

Beautiful beaches with stunning scenery. One of our highlights was to sit on the front balcony in the warmth of the dawn and watch the sun come up above the mountains. Simply stunning.

A week was not long enough. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Wonderful house beautifully decorated. Loved how close it was to the beach and the restaurants- great surprise that it was so cheap to eat and drink out.

Sea was warm and beaches lovely and clean.

We will definitely be back !!!

Lovely house in a great location

I have been visiting San Juan De Los Terreros for a few years now, and it has become one of my favorite holiday-spots. The sea is never far away, sun, untouched by mass-tourism. There are a few good bars and restaurants, and you have the city Aguilas on one side and the lovely village Mojacar on the other side.

The house is just great. It is located very well and with all these terraces there is a lot of space and there always is a cool spot out of the sun somewhere. Also it is very well equiped in terms of kitchen stuff, furniture, … and other things.

our stay in roger 's house was wonderful ,the proximity to the beach and bar was great,the home was clean and confortable ,as a family of five we had everything we needed ,quiet surronding and nice swimming pool.

The village of San Juan De Los Terreros is simply stunning, you have a truly magical mix of sandy, safe beaches & small coves with excellent bars and restaurants, many overlook the sea, all just 5 mins easy walk from your front door, It`s about as far away from the `Benidorm` experience as you can get. There are also a few specialist shops selling fresh fish, meat and veg, pastries and cakes plus a supermarket and delightful garden centre.

If you have a car the opportunities are endless, drive either way out of the village and you will discover more beaches, interesting Spanish villages and towns (Mojacar, Garrucha about 30 mins) even ranches in the desert where they filmed many of the spaghetti westerns

The nearest town is Aguilas, (15 mins drive or bus trip) which is a sophisticated medieval port town (now a marina) there are wonderful squares with pavement cafes and Moorish architecture and even an English steam train, restored as a monument.

This area is a truly undiscovered gem

Other Activities: The excellent Aguilan golf course is just a few mins drive away.

Golf: Aguilon Golf is just a few minutes drive away, fantastic views across the bay too, this is quite a challenging course and the rates are very reasonable.

Also there is Desert Springs close by which is fantastic but pricey.....

Bedrooms are clean, fresh and tastefully decorated, all bed linen is freshly laundered just prior to your arrival & additional sets are available on request during your stay, there is a washing machine for your use also. BABY EQUIPMENT There is a stair gate which can simply be fitted as required to the custom built secure frame at the top of the stairs, also we can arrange for a cot and other baby equipment if required, just mention this to us or include it on your booking form. The house was purchased, brand new in 2010, it is tastefully decorated, modern and very comfortable. You can walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops in literally 4 or 5 minutes. As it occupies a corner plot there are uninterrupted views across to the mountains that surround the village. There are two first floor balconies, large front, rear and side patios and a roof solarium, the house is also fully air conditioned and has a good quality iPod system... San Juan has its` own golf course a few minutes drive away. We have just installed HD Satellite TV and there is a Play Station to keep the children amused. Outside we have several patios and a roof solairium with tables, chairs and sun loungers, there is also a barbeque for you to use.
