Booking was so easy, I even got a follow up call after I began the booking process but didn't get time to complete it. House was perfect for our needs. Fireplace was devine (gas) and easy to flick on and off when coming in and going out.
It accommodated everything we need and the kitchen was well-stocked with necessities. Games and blankets in the closet. The hot tub was nice to have for our own. The village is in riding distance. All around a very good house.
My only note would be if you need a nice bed with back support this isn't the best option.
This home is located perfectly with surrounding areas close by. Inside the home, the floor throughout could use a facelift. Carpet was quite dirty and stained. No A/C, with fans provided we tried our best to keep home cool, but I would probably consider visiting at another time of year as it was quite loud and a bit of a nuisance to try and maintain. Deck and patio area could be better as well and more comparable to surrounding homes. Would consider staying again because of great location.
There is space for 2 cars at most to park.
No Air conditioning and right near train tracks. We had a mid August visit. Leaving the windows open at night barely got the home cool by morning and you are rewarded with the unmuffled sound of passing trains.
Upon arrival, hot tub heater element broken and wireless router not working. The management company was able to fix these - the hot tub just before we left.
Overall, nice clean home. Would have liked a garage for storing bikes and air conditioning since the home was fairly exposed to the sun and tough to keep cool.
We loved the location to this house. We could walk to the village and the Sharc. It was a quick and easy bike ride to the park. The house was clean and my oldest daughter was pleased to have a t.v. in her room with cable (we don't have cable at home). Plenty of room for my family of four and comfortable beds. The house was in a quiet cul-de-sac, but we could hear the train at night, but with the fans in the bedrooms, drowned out most of the noise. It was a hot week while we were there and this house was hard to keep cool. Fans were available in each room but, none of the front windows opened up to help move the air out at night. This place would benefit from ceiling fans at least. Nice BBQ that allowed us to grill at night, since too hot to cook inside. The kitchen had everything we needed.
