Welcome to Estero Island and Fort Myers Beach, with miles of beautiful, white, sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy spectacular views and direct beach access with a stay at this 7th floor, 2BR/2BA beachfront condo.

The condo sleeps 6 (including children), with a King size bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a new Queen sleeper sofa (surprisingly comfortable!), in the living room. Both bedrooms have been updated with new mattresses and bedding, and new furniture, including flat screen TVs. All other furniture in the condo is new, and we just completed a kitchen renovation, with new tile throughout the kitchen, living and dining rooms, and the hallways. All new GE appliances have been installed, and beautiful white beadboard cabinets, with granite counter tops finish off the renovation!

The condo is located at the “quieter” and widest (south) end of the beach, perfect for families with young children, or visitors who just prefer to stay away from the main crowds. However, that does not mean you will lack things to do. Charlie’s Boathouse Grill and the Beach Theatre (movie theater) are right across the street. The Outrigger's Tiki Hut, next door, is a great spot for cold daiquiries and live music. Down the street, you’ll find the Santini Marina Plaza, with restaurants (including the fabulous Fish House), shops, and the Fish Tale Marina with boating and fishing opportunities.

Of course, with this beachfront condo, you may choose to just “stay in”. Enjoy lazy days at the beach or the pool, and relax with a frosty drink on the Lanai, while watching the most perfect sunsets!!

Married in 2009 at a resort near Fort Myers Beach. Oldest son arrived in May of 2010, and the newest boy arrived in February of 2012. This is the perfect place to have small children, because Sunset is such a quiet community!

Why John Piehl chose Fort Myers Beach

Our family has been coming to Fort Myers Beach for over 40 years, and this has been a holiday destination for my wife and I since we first met, 15 years ago. My brother and his wife were married on the beach out front of the unit, and my wife and I were married at a resort nearby.

What makes this condo unique

We have a corner unit, which faces the west and north. From our unit, we can see all the way up the island, the Fort Myers Beach pier, the causeway to Sanibel, and the Sanibel lighthouse. The view is absolutely amazing, and you can hear the music from the tiki hut next door!

Prior to guest arrival, an email is sent to each renter explaining specifics of building and unit access, all required passwords, and check-in/check-out details. Keys are typically mailed to each guest prior to arrival, and spare keys are kept in the kitchen for guest use.

Me and my wife had the luck to stay at this condo unit for several weeks. Great weather every day a few pm showers.It could not been better. Great views from the unit looking at the gulf in the morning & having breakfast. The pool is large and cool. Great respons from the owners. The unit is as the owners listed. We would absolutley come back.

Everything we could ask for!

Vacationed with our family and 2 small children the middle of April. The place was impeccable- clean and comfortable. The kitchen remodel is beautiful and there is everything you could ever need (utensils, cookware, spices, everything!). The beds are extremely relaxing; plenty of space for everyone to rest their head. Great location for dining and shopping, close to local attractions (pier, Lovers Key park, fishing, etc). Beach is just outside your door. The pool was very well maintained. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming, including the condo staff. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially with the corner view! We would love to come back again!

Great Location & Condo

We very much enjoyed staying at this condo unit. The location is great and the condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen was recently upgraded and was well equipped with everything you would need. The weather was terrible during the two weeks in January when we were there so we spent a lot of time in the condo because the pool and the beach were cold and wet. The property was exactly as listed and the owner was very easy to work with. We would stay here again.

We stayed at the sunset for two weeks during Christmas, the place was great. The condominium was very clean, and up to date. The beach view was awesome, and the property and pool area was well maintained. The Sunset was located close to Grocery stores and great restaurants.

This was a really nice condo the first time we stayed 2 years ago...but the owner has renovated and made it even nicer! Honestly if you're looking for a clean, updated, fully equipped (and then some) place to stay right on the beach, look no further! You won't be disappointed. The owner is great to work with. The building manager is always on the property, always pleasant and always working to keep the grounds immaculate. I would recommend this place with enthusiasm to everyone I know.

Great Stay!

My family and I just returned from our stay and I can't say one bad thing about the place. The condo (Unit #705) is comfortable, clean and has everything you could need for a stay at the beach. The grounds are immaculate, the pool is clean and surprisingly cool (a lot cooler than the gulf waters) for this time of year. All of the condo owners we met were gracious and helpful. The location is great as well...a quieter end of the island without all of the traffic, yet just a short drive (or trolley ride) to the center of Ft Myers Beach. The beaches are well maintained and huge.

The owner of this unit was easy to work with and accommodating as well. Overall it was an awesome vacation experience and I would recommend this place without hesitation.
