Mar-May: $500/week, $85/night, Min stay of 2 nights
Jun-July: $725/week, Min stay of one week
Aug: $550/week, Min stay of one week
Sept-Oct: $450/week, $80/night, Min stay of 2 nights

After we visited many years ago, a seed was planted that we wanted to own a piece of paradise that is Myrtle Beach. This dream became a reality after several years of visiting many times! We couldn't be happier!

The quiet convenience of Magnolia North was very attractive to us. The residential 'Golden Mile' of beaches is just a few minutes drive away, yet SO close to all the Myrtle Beach has to offer.
If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach, then this is the place. Unit pictures are very accurate. Two mile walk to the beach. For the most part had the pool to ourselves. Unit was fairly clean. Nice to have had two bathrooms. Owner responds very quickly!
The condo was clean, nice and comfortable... The reservation and payment was easy... Will likely stay again...
The condo was very nice and was larger then what we expected. It was located in a perfect location close to the information center. Great for a couple or small family. The owner returned my emails promptly and was a pleasure to deal with.
We had a wonderful time staying here. The place is clean and nicely decorated. It's close to all the major attractions. We would definetly use Renee condo on our future return to Myrtle beach..

I was not there but my niece was overjoyed with the accommodations. Her and her husband were not able to get a babysitter for their two children.(Ages 4&2)
Since getting a "hotel suite "was not an option they needed a 1bedroom.I was able to make the reservation just days before their date. They were so excited to be able to spend the entire weekend in Myrtle Beach and not just a day(They live in Florence and was going to have drive back that same night)
Renee was very quick to respond via text and phone and check in was easy. "Aunt Lisa we love it ! ...The rooms look just like pictures" (per my niece via text)
The property was well maintained and customer service was excellent. This will most definitely be a repeat place!
