Very central location for this apartment fully renovated by an architect. This is the perfect location in the historical heart of Cannes. You want to be closed to everything within a walking distance ? This apartment is for you !

BEACH ? BEACH ? Beaches of la Croisette or Plage du Midi are 300 meters.

SHOPPING ? SHOPPING ? You are 5 minutes from Rue d Antibes where you can find all the international labels or you can go for the famous La Croisette for luxury boutiques ( Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci ...).

RESTAURANTS ? RESTAURANTS ? You want the most romantic atmosphere for diner and the best restaurants ? They are all next door , in the Suquet Street, offering great price.

The old town is the most charming area of Cannes. The only place where you forget that you are in a big city. You can taste a real Mediterranean accent. You feel like being in a Provence village. The famous Forville market is next door : start your day buying your fruits, fish or flowers !

The Suquet was the highest tower to protect Cannes from the invadors. Go to the Museum and go up the stairs of the Tower : at the top, you discover the most incredible view of the bay of Cannes. The Palais des Festivals and its red carpet are at your feet.

And yet, even in the heart of the city, it is very quiet street. Quiet enough that at the small typical gymclub in front of the apartment , they're running in the street !

This luxury apartment has been fully renovated in 2012, 70m2. Situated at the second floor (level number 2) with no elevator.

The atmosphere is sophisticated and contemporary. It is very luminous with high ceilings. The two bedrooms are at the back of the apartment which make them quiet.

The living room is large and luminous with a high end kitchen.

You have Air Conditioning in the living room and also in the two bedrooms.

The Italian bathroom is very modern in dark gray tones with a very wide sink. Behind the bathroom, you have a small room where you can use for your comfort washing machine and dryer.

One separate toilets.

You also can come with many luggage ! There is a very spacious dressing in a separate room, big enough for a family of 4 guests.

The two bedrooms have both electrical blinds.

Absolutely no car is needed. Yet, if you wish a car, please take note there is no private parking. But you can park in the street of the apartment or use the Forville or Palais Festival parkings.

St Tropez : 1h15 by car

Monaco : 1 h by car

Eze Village ( no question the most beautifull village of France !!!) : 50 minutes

Cannes is my favorite city in France.

I am totally in love with the Frech Riviera an and Cannes is just the jewel of the Riviera.

I vacationed in Cannes during 20 years when I was a child. Now I want to show my children why I love so much this area !

What makes this apartment unique

I fall in love with the perfect central situation of the apartment and its wonderful brightness. I love also the contrast of the modern and design interior versus the Bourgeois Building that dates of 1900's. Its is very charming !

The location of the property is excellent : in the heart of the old town, beaches, restaurants and shops are in a walking distance.

The apartment is gorgeous, extremely comfortable and well equipped with A/C, WIFI, DISHWASHER, WASHING MACHINE, CLOTHES DRYER ....We got everything we needed !

We have fantastic souvenirs and we would recommend this property to our friends.

Great vacation rental!

Tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped, Stephanie’s apartment was exactly what our family of three needed for a week long stay in Cannes. Its location is great too; 5 min walk to the beach, and maybe 2 min, even less, to a street lined with good restaurants and souvenir shops. The stairs by the castle (another 3 min walk) were the prime point of viewing the firework in the Old Port and going down on the other side from there, you are in another area bustling with activity and restaurants. We also walked to Hotel Martinez area and beyond, all easy and pleasant. Needless to say, after our busy days, coming back to the apartment was a pleasure. Besides being a pleasure to the eyes, the beds were super comfy and the cleanliness of the place left nothing to be desired. We loved it! Add to all of this the super-easy communication before and after the rental and you have a gem to consider.

Stay @ this lovely Cannes apartment

This apartment was excellent for a central; stay in Cannes. Very reasonably priced, lovely, fresh and modern decoration.

All aspects of the apartment were very carefully thought out, and the owner was very considerate and helpful throughout the stay. We will definitely book again and would highly recommend renting this apartment.

Absolute Perfection

We stayed at this wonderful apartment in late July 2013 and stayed for one week. We are a couple with two children (9 and 10). The apartment was perfectly suited for all of our needs. The location is near the top of the historic Suquet in Cannes. It is two blocks from the beach, two blocks from the central pedestrian walk in the Suquet which is lined with outstanding restaurants and shops. Two more blocks at the bottom of the hill you have the Forville Farmers Market every morning where you can buy any type of fruit, vegetable, fish, or meat product you would ever need. The kitchen is very well equipped and had all modern appliances (stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher) so you can easily make very good meals at home if you decide not to go out.

In walking distance you have your selection of free sandy beaches or any number of paid umbrella/chair beach options as well. We had a car (Forville Parking Garage is very close) so on a few days we drove past Theoule Sur Mer to several hidden coves as well where the kids snorkeled and saw an array of sea life. On other days we ventured to Provence and to Grasse where the kids were able to make their own perfume.

Stephanie and her management company in Cannes were both wonderful to work with. She was very attentive before our trip in preparing us for everything and when a minor issue came up with the air conditioning on our stay, both she and the management company jumped on the issue and got it fixed very quickly.

We wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Cannes.

Wonderful Unit In Amazing Location

We were in town for the Cannes Creativity Festival and this unit was a great find. It was only a 10 minute walk to the Palais, beach and the shopping on d'Antibes, and being steps from the incredible restaurants of the Suquet was amazing.

Having a washer and dryer was a life saver, as was the A/C throughout, the wifi and the modern finishings.

The woman who dropped off and picked up the keys was also extremely accomodating, even when flight complications made it difficult to meet. So that was very much appreciated.

The only negative throughout the entire week was that we had to kill a very large bug (perhaps a roach) in the closet on our first night. But I believe that must have been an anomaly because we didn't see any other bugs of any other kind for the entire remainder of the trip.

Overall it was an awesome unit and I would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Stay

It is located in the very center of old town and yet in a quiet and marvelous position. We loved the gourmet street just at the corner , full of charming restaurants, all of them exquisite. At night we used to walk by the harbor to admire the gorgeous yachts by night. You can do everything in town without a car, such a luxury !

It is a modern apartment with all the comfort that you may need. You can see the apartment has been recently renovated and everything is done with good taste. We stayed there 8 days and we hope we will come back next year ! We highly recommend this perfect apartment.
