Standing air conditioned villa in a beautiful family residence with large green zone and community swimming pool, close to Creixell's beaches, little maritime promenade and centre.

Spread over two levels, this villa is spacious, bright and very functional.

On the first floor, it counts with three double bedrooms, the main one in suite with double bed, complete bathroom with a shower and a private balcony and the two others with individual beds, as well as a second bathroom with bathtub.

On the ground floor, you'll find additional independent toilets, very practical so that you do not need to systematically go to the first floor, a modern and well equipped independent kitchen with a big fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, cooktop, etc … as well as a pleasant living room with dining area, comfortable sofa as well as a wide picture window allowing direct access to the house's terrace, fitted out with table, chairs, barbecue and a sun blind as well as a little get to reach directly the residence's community area and swimming pool.

Each house also counts with a large private garage, on the ground floor, ideal to park you car peacefully.

Ideal for a comfortable stay, this house makes available to you quality furnishing, complete household appliances, much storage area, a fitted out outdoor area and includes the integrated air conditioning running through all the rooms as well as a Wifi Internet connection.

Creixell is a little village in the Costa Dorada, called “Mirador de la Costa Dorada” for its amazing panoramic view.

Its privileged situation, surrounded by a more preserved environment, offers 2 kilometres of fine sand beach, combined with an almost virgin mountain landscape, ideal for hiking with the famous route, for example, called “Ruta dels Masos”.

In the village there is a XIth century castle, very interesting to visit, and about 4 kms from there stands the village of Torredembarra with its many summer activities (bars, nightclubs, restaurants, sailing port, etc …).

About 30 kms from Creixell, you'll find Salou, Costa Dorada's tourist capital, with its long sand beaches and smaller creeks, connected to one another with a footbridge which was fitted out a few years ago, its beautiful Jaume I maritime promenade with palm-trees, fountains, shops and restaurants, and its famous Port Aventura theme park.

Endroit joli au calme super soleil piscine un peu petite vu le nombre début personne

La maison est moyennement équipée pour cuisiner très mal insonorisée le lit 2 personnes inconfortable et BEaucoup trop petit pour dormir à deux.

Dommage aussi pour l'accès à la plage car on doit traversee la voie ferrée et obligé de prendre la voiture.

Personnel très agréable piscine sympa un peu trop petite selon le nombre début vacanciers par moment.

Pas besoin de faire le ménage en partant Ca cest top

Malgré le fair de ne pas avoir bien dormi 13 nuits nous avons quand même passe de bonnes Vacances ensoleillées
