Pretty air conditioned villa with private swimming pool, close to Miami Playa's beautiful beaches and centre.

Spread over one floor only, this is a well kept and laid out villa, functional for a stay with a family of 8 people.

It counts with 3 big bedrooms including two with a double bed each and the third one with bunk beds and two more single beds. All three bedrooms are clear and bright, with wide windows and integrated closets.

The villa also has a complete bathroom with bathtub, additional independent toilets, a big living room with a beautiful fireplace and sofa-bed, a dining area and an independent entirely equipped kitchen with complete household appliances (dishwasher, big fridge-freezer, oven, cooktop, microwave, etc …) and many storage cupboards.

In the living room and kitchen there are picture windows to get out to the pleasant porch-like terrace with a big dining area and view onto the garden of the completely private property.

Around the villa, you'll enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool (7 x 3 metres) with Roman stairs, outdoor shower, basketball hoop, games zone, a stone barbecue and all the necessary furnishing to enjoy as much as possible hot summer days ( tables, chairs, deck furniture, sun beds and sun shade). The property is completely fenced with an area to park your car.

The house presents typical architecture from the region, with all its windows and doors in shape of arches, and all the windows have steel guardrails.

Very complete, this property includes a safe, a Wifi Internet connection as well as the air conditioning and, if necessary, the linen (sheets and shower towels) can be provided to you as an optional service to be confirmed in advance.

The house is ideally located, in a quiet environment, perfect for holidays by the sea; it is close to the centre of Miami Playa's resort (about 600 metres) and to all kinds of facilities (restaurants, bars, shops, chemists, supermarkets, etc …).

The beautiful sand creek of Cala Bot stands only 1 km from there and the triangle formed by Cala del Pescador, Cala dels Angels and Playa Cristal is more or less 1,7 kms from the house.

The latter is completely fitted out with a maritime promenade shops, restaurants, playgrounds, beach huts in the sand, etc …

It stands only 10 minutes drive from Cambrils with its fishing port, restaurants, shops and activities, and 20 minutes from Salou and its famous Port Aventura theme park.

Lovely villa but BEWARE....

Villa as described, nice people and a lovely beach about a 15 minute walk away...but BEWARE...our holiday was ruined as we were burgled. We returned from eating out to find thieves had forced open the security bars on one of the windows and taken all our valuable belongings. There is a derelict property immediately behind the villa and other empty properties around it.

Excellent Property, very comfortable, great pool.

Overall, excellent holiday. The property had everything and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Close proximity to the beach...10 mins walk which was serviced by some lovely reasonably priced restaurants.
