Cute apartment in a little family residence with a pretty swimming pool and community garden, standing less than 100 metres from Cambrils' beach and maritime promenade.

It is a very well maintained and functional apartment which counts with a double bedroom, an open-plan kitchen with bar, opened to a living room allowing direct access, thanks to a large picture window, to a furnished terrace (table, chairs and rolling sun blind) with direct view onto the residence's swimming pool and garden.

This apartment is completely equipped to have a pleasant stay, with a special area for laundry, many storage closets and it includes an Internet connection as well as a private garage to be found about 100 metres from there.

In the residence, you'll find a big community swimming pool, outdoor showers and a prettily maintained garden with lawn and palm trees.

There is no elevator in the residence but this apartment is on the third floor with short staircases.

Cambrils is a very charming family seaside resort, standing about 100 kms South from Barcelona, 10 kms from Tarragona and 5 kms only from Salou and its famous Port Aventura theme park.
