Fully loaded, deluxe stay

Just right size and really appreciated the amount of things available to utilize. Kitchen had great dishes, pots/pans, and utensils. Great drawer with everything you need --- scissors, reading glasses, cards, etc. Nice decor. Hot tub good for four.

Wonderful get away

  • 5 of 5

While attending a conference we stayed at this wonderful condo. The amenities were over and beyond what I would have expected. The condo is spacious and enjoyed the fireplace and hottub after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect and only down the road from the resort which was a welcome distance from the hustle and bustle. Multiple places to eat just around the corner.

Summer fun in Big Sky!

  • 5 of 5

Family of four stayed for four nights. We all had ample room and the condo was clean and very well-appointed. We enjoyed the scenic drive (about 40 min.) to Yellowstone and loved the walking/bike trail right outside the condo which led to a beautiful park/waterfall. Great restaurants and shops 1 mile away. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great place to stay for skiing at Big Sky

  • 5 of 5

This was our first time skiing Big Ski and we loved it. The lift lines were almost nonexistent and we were there during Christmas week. We rented our equipment in town which is known as Town Center from a shop named East Slope. Their rental rates were half of what Big Ski charges. East Slope was a suggestion by our property manager and it saved us substantial money.

Now about the unit we stayed in. Most important for us was how were we going to get to the mountain. Fortunately, the shuttle bus picks up roughly three doors away from this unit. That is very close as far as we were concerned. No one ever complained about the walk with their equipment.

In short, the unit is nicer than the pictures portray it. We have been disappointed in the past with other units. There is plenty of room and the Wi-Fi speed is good. We streamed movies with no trouble. There’s a long entryway with a bench and plenty of room to put boots on and take them off. This unit has three full baths and the kitchen is fully furnished. The lighting is good as are the furnishings. The unit was probably remodeled recently because everything inside is in excellent condition. The hot tub worked well with plenty of heat and powerful jets.

To our surprise there was laundry and dishwasher detergent and paper towels so do not purchase that in advance. There were plenty of bath towels too.

The only item to be aware of is the third bed is in a room that is a den or office with a bed that is a hide-a-bed sofa. The listing clearly indicates this. The owner provides an air mattress to place on top of the sofa mattress. We did not open the hide-a-bed to try it or the air mattress. My daughter decided to sleep on the closed couch, since she was not sharing the bed with anyone. Therefore, I cannot comment if it is passable sleeping. I have been camping before with an air mattress on the ground and survived. With the air mattress placed over the folding mattress it might be o.k. for adults. It definitely is acceptable for kids. My adult daughter is 21 and did not complain.

The property manager was professional and a delight to work with. She always responded quickly when contacted by us.

Overall this is a winner. We hope to come back to Big Sky and stay in this unit if it is available.

Great stay for ski trip

  • 5 of 5

Five of us stayed here for a long weekend at Big Sky, and we're glad we chose this place. It was clean and in terrific condition when we arrived. The owner/manager responds right away to any emails or questions, and she's easy to work with. For us, the hot tub was the highlight of condo. The sweeping mountain views from the hot tub are hard to beat, especially after a long day skiing. The fireplace was also a huge plus, and stacks of firewood are supplied. The bedrooms are large and each has its own bathroom.

A couple things that might be good to know: The condo is near Big Sky Town Center, which is about six miles from the ski area. The Town Center is where you'll find restaurants, stores and the grocery stores. A free shuttle picks up right across from the condo and goes to Town Center and the ski area. If you catch the 8:27 a.m. bus, you'll hit the mountain by 9 a.m., when the lifts open.

If you're visiting the summer, the walk to the Town Center is probably quite pleasant. In winter, you're in for a bit of a slog through the snow with no clear trail, and it's really farther than you'd want to go in ski boots or shoes that aren't water resistant.

All in all, you probably can't find a better place at a better price than this one.
