Small private yard with deck & 4 top table that leads to one car garage. Blocks to parks, many great eateries, Starbucks, bike routes & bus lines.

I hate talking about myself, but I have bought and sold many properties over the years bought my first house at 21 in Portland. Since I grew up in Portland and can't imagine living anyplace else. Ok, Well I could see myself living in Germany, only because it's so much like Portland beer and all. I have watched Portland change all for the good. I can also offer some suggestions of places to go and things to do. I spend most of my time outdoors, jet skiing, biking, running, skiing and snowboarding in the winter. I keep very active in fun runs, IE Warrior Dash, Marathons, Triathlons and anything else that might sound interesting at the time. Clean, comfortable, new, and conveniently located

We rented this townhouse for three people in Portland for a family visit. We hd one person in each bedroom and one sleeping on a fold-out couch. It is new construction, everything is in great shape, the furniture is nice, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the small patio in back and street parking was easy. We wished that we had time to use the bikes in the garage. The location is excellent, there is a convenience store on the corner, a supermarket down the street, and many other bars and restaurants not far away. I would definitely rent this townhouse again.

Great place!

Brian's townhouse was perfect for our family of 4 for an extended weekend visiting our daughter who lives in the city. It was a great location. Upon arrival the house looked just as advertised. It was clean and vacation ready. We used the grill and all kitchen amenities were there! We had everything we needed and then some! Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The window air conditioners in the bedrooms was much appreciated since the weather was perfectly warm and sunny during our visit. Loved the soft, silky sheets! Great touch! Parking was never an issue. We always found a spot right in front of the door. Don't hesitate to book this lovely's pretty wonderful! Would stay again in a heartbeat! ❤️👍

Very nice place to stay

Nice house, good location, comfortable beds, nice layout, well appointed.

Plenty of dishes and cooking pots/pans and appliances, dining table, nice to have 2 1/2bathrooms and an outside patio.

The reason for 4 stars is there is an office next door and garbage trucks every morning at 7, quite loud and the tv/cable you need a computer genius to figure out 4 remotes that all do part of it, and wifi is not great.

But would we stay there again YES!

Owner's Response: Sorry you feel like there are garbage trucks every morning. I stay there very often and it may seem like it but In Portland we have 3 different trucks that come for garbage, recycle and glass Once a week. The office building next door is a medical office. As far as the remotes. I have tried to use one remote for the cable, tv, blue ray player, and Stereo and people have a hard time with the one remote so yes there are 4 remotes for each system even though you might not use them all someone else might want to use. Especially the dvd player for kids. As far as the internet I'm not sure you were on my network or the open network next door. I have the fastest residential comcast has to offer. Brian

Convenient. Manageable size.

Comes with all necessary cooking equipment, ice machine, coffee maker, iron, etc.

Only thing I would recommend is a more comfortable bed/convertible in the living room.

Amazing Portland experience

This was the first time I've used HomeAway and I am very impressed with it. Brian's home was very clean, updated and in a great location. Brian accommodated us from way before our trip; he allowed us to check in early and check out late. He always kept me updated with the property and responded promptly to any inquiries. We will be staying here every time we visit Portland. Thank you so much Brian!!!!
