Main level is open with real hardwoods, quartz counter tops & eating bar, stainless steel appliances, big dining area, laundry and half bath on main level living area, has convertible bed to easily sleep 6. Small private yard with deck & 4 top table that leads to one car garage. Blocks to parks, many great eateries, Starbucks, bike routes & bus lines. VRBO just stared service fees. I hate talking about myself, but I have bought and sold many properties over the years bought my first house at 21 in Portland. Since I grew up in Portland and can't imagine living anyplace else. Ok, Well I could see myself living in Germany, only because it's so much like Portland beer and all. I have watched Portland change all for the good. I can also offer some suggestions of places to go and things to do. I spend most of my time outdoors, jet skiing, biking, running, skiing and snowboarding in the winter. I keep very active in fun runs, IE Warrior Dash, Marathons, Triathlons and anything else that might sound interesting at the time. Wonderful Week

We had a great time in Portland and this rental was one of the reasons. We had everything needed for our 8 day stay. No problem with street parking so we didn't need to use the garage. Lots to do close by. Family loved Hopworks being within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Nicely done

This property was very nicely done. Not only was it clean and comfortable, but it was well located to restaurants and shopping. We especially appreciated that each bedroom had a full bathroom of its own. Worked great for two couples. Just one caution...street parking is easier than trying to use the garage. The alley entrance of the garage is very tight.

Great Place!

This was everything that we wanted. Kitchen was well stocked; every kind of appliance available; super comfortable beds; great decor; and quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy. Location was great. Would definitely stay there again. We did have a bit of trouble with the heater thermostat controls but finally did an override on the system and manually set the temperature as we needed. The booklet provided was not easy to comprehend.

Great Portland Property

Convenient to a lot of good restaurants. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Property was clean and well thought out. We didn't use the kitchen but it everything you would need to have a nice meal.

Great neighborhood in Portland!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property on 33rd place off Powell...there are so many

great restaurants nearby! Everything was great in the townhouse! Brian was available

if we needed anything. We would highly recommend staying here...and will definitely

stay here again!

Could move in today and have everything I need!

My wife and I and our two daughters (14 and 17) stayed here Oct. 14-17, 2015 to explore Portland and see a few things up the Columbia Gorge. With 2.5 bathrooms nobody had to wait, there was plenty of space and the unit was very clean and comfortable. Everything needed is there and everything worked. I didn't get there and find out I needed to go find salt and pepper and laundry soap... it's all there. If it wasn't I probably could have called Brian and he would have brought it over as he was responsive and great to deal with. My oldest daughter slept on the pullout downstairs which worked well because her and I both get up early for coffee. I couldn't find a grinder, but there's a Starbucks 4 blocks down the street. There's also a Safeway and the HUB brewery within a few blocks so a guy like me could truly live happily ever after right here. On-street parking was usually available and we did use the garage one night. I backed the car in as the approach into the garage is tight. We had stayed in another VRBO out at Rockaway Beach on this trip which was not managed so well, so we noticed the contrast immediately. Brian's place feels more like someone's home you are entrusted with than a just a rental. We would recommend to friends without hesitation.
