It is light and airy in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter with a multi fuel stove in the living room. It has been refurbished to a high standard and retains many original features including Minton flooring and sash windows. It is a perfect retreat for a family holiday with a tree house, swing and slide in the garden.It is close to all amenities with shops, restaurants, a pub and Post Office less than 5 minutes walk and the sandy beach 8 minutes walk . It is less than 2 miles from the spectacularly located Nefyn and District Golf club at Morfa Nefyn.

My husband, myself and 3 daughters aged 12, 10 and 6 live in Manchester and bought this property as we have always loved the natural beauty and quiet charm of the Llyn Peninsula. For us it is the perfect place for a truly relaxing family holiday. We get to Nefyn regularly and hope you like the 'home from home' we have created.

Comfortable, well provisioned, conveniently situated, with a great garden for the children.
We had amazing weather so spent a lot of time visiting beaches on the north and south side of the peninsula, which are all easily accessible. Although we had 3 cars, parking wasn't an issue. The children, twins of 7 and a boy of 4 loved the garden with its tree house, slide and swing. Loads of toys and games in the house but we didn't spend much time indoors. Also really useful having the 3 bathrooms. There was plenty of room in the kitchen for all of us. Altogether one of the best places we have stayed.

Well equiped and spacious property
We rented the property whilst golfing in the area and it is very well located for a number of local courses. The house itself had plenty of space for the 6 of us and we found it to be well equipped for all our needs especially the kitchen. The utility/drying room was also very useful when we got back from playing golf on the very soggy Nefyn links. The local village in the immediate vicinity has a Spa, pub/hotel and takeaways and we used all these at various points. All the communication from the owner Clare was excellent and as we play golf in the area most years I am sure we will look to rent the property again.
A lovely relaxed family home with many welcoming features.
We loved everything about the house: lots of space,cleaned to a very high standard, a very well equipped kitchen,comfortable sitting room and bedrooms.,close to Spar supermarket which stocked everything we needed. Our girls loved the garden and really appreciated the piano. The Beach Hut was a real bonus and enabled us to make full use of Nefyn beach in spite of mixed weather. Lots of walks on the coastal path and also at Mynnd Mawr near Aberdaron . Had Sunday lunch at the Nanhoran Arms 220 yards from the house. We visited Morfa Nefyn beach and played Golf on the stunning cliff top course there. Had a lovely family meal at the Cliffs Inn.-Staff very welcoming to children. Less than half an hour away is
the Plas Glyn Weddw Art Gallery in Llanbedrog -not only a fantastic Art Exhibition but equally fantastic cakes in the Cafe!

Nefyn is a former fishing village on the north shore of the Llyn Peninsula. The Lleyn is designated an 'Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty' . With unspoilt sandy beaches, 84 miles of coastal paths, woodlands and hill walking it is easy to see why. The house is 8 minutes walk from the nearest sandy beach at Nefyn which offers a sheltered bay for water sports and swimming. Only 300m to the cliff top for unrivalled sea and mountain views. Glan Aber is in the heart of the village of Nefyn with local grocery shops, a pharmacy, post office, newsagent, cafe, pub and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Garn Boduan rises behind the house with one of the largest ancient hill forts in the British Isles on its summit. Golf, horse riding, surfing, quad biking, clay pigeon shooting , go kart racing, indoor swimming pool, steam trains all within 30 minutes drive.
