Features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, designer furnishings, one-of-a-kind art. Looks onto a beautiful garden and dedicated deck. Only 1.5 blocks from the city's main transit artery (10 minutes to downtown) as well as grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, and parks (Duboce and Dolores). Walk to 'Gourmet Gulch'. Charming Edwardian property originally built in 1904, but remodeled in 2012. The flat displays pride of ownership throughout - we live on site.
Avid gardener and cook. Crazy about Trooper Larry, the resident Tibetan Terrier and bon vivant. We live on property.

Quiet solitude but walking distance to two of the hottest areas in the city - 'the' Castro and 'the' Mission. On a quiet one block street but an easy walk to public trains/streetcar/buses. 10 minutes to Union Square, Embarcadero, Moscone Convention Center, City Hall, and the financial district. Nice outlook to garden. Designed with your comfort in mind. Leave your car at home and take public trans/UBER/Lyft/ZIP. Street parking is a hassle in this neighborhood and commercial parking is quite expensive.
Our stay was wonderful. The location allowed us to easily access public transportation, walk to good restaurants and shop at Whole Foods. The house was immaculate and well stocked if you chose to cook (we did not!) There is a wonderful backyard and sufficient space for our family of 5. In short it was a gem of a place and we had a gem of a timne.
Our family loved staying in San Francisco because the house is very comfortable, quiet, well located in the city and Rhonda and her husband were very generous and sympathetic! We loved it! Very good memories of holidays!

We stayed here summer of 2015 for almost 2 weeks and found this place to be absolutely perfect for our family. The kitchen is ideal for the family that wants to eat in or do a bit of cooking. Everything we needed was available.
Our Granny has lived on Sharon street for 30 years and we wanted a place not too far and we still can't believe we found this gem right across the street. Rhonda was so helpful and we are returning this summer! Our kids walked everyday to Delores Park and all over the city with us taking in the Pacific air and attractions.

We stayed 4 nights with our 2 kids early October in Rhonda's beautiful 3 bedrooms apartment. The flat is a beautiful victorian style flat in a quiet street. We had everything we need in the bedrooms and in the kitchen (huge kitchen with modern amenities, very good for cooking meals). The small garden outside is lovely. We had lots of space for our family. It is 5 min walk from the metro F which brings you directly downtown in 20-30 minutes. Safeway and Whole foods are 5 min walk as well. I strongly recommend the place ! Thanks Rhonda !
We loved staying in this beautiful home in central san fran! It had everything we needed and more - kitchen was very well equipped, the host provided us with loads of information on where to eat and what to see locally and we could sit out on the deck in the morning eating breakfast and drinking our coffee! Loads of space for the whole family! Would recommend! We found street parking fine and used a parking house nearby when we needed longer parking options during the day! Great place!
