When we travel we like Comfort, Warmth, Sunshine and Ocean Front Living. South West Florida provides all of that and more. For over 18 years we have called Ft. Myers Beach our Beach House Community. It's a place where we can enjoy every minute of the day and night any time of the year and feel safe.

This property is special to us as it has been a part of our family experience for the past 18 years. The Terra Mar Building and all of its owners and visitors have been extremely friendly and welcoming. We have made many friends and acquaintances over the years. Good people are naturally attracted to this area.
The most unique advantage to the Terra Mar building is its quiet location and proximity key amenities. You have all that you need for your memorable vacation at your door step. You simply enjoy every day!
We spent almost a month at the Terra Mar and it was more than we could've hoped for. The unit is located right on the beach with amazing gulf views. With two children 2 and under, going out for meals is next to impossible, so we made use of the generously stocked kitchen. It has all the appliances, cookware and tableware you need. The condo is located in a most convenient spot on the southern part of the island - within walking distance to 7 Eleven, CVS and Santini Plaza directly across the street that hosts many shops, restaurants, and ice cream! The pool was our favourite afternoon pastime, and we enjoyed many hours at the local community centre's pool and playground. Staying at the Terra Mar in Fort Myers beach was truly living in paradise!
Beautifully decorated condo, very comfortable & excellent location. Favourite spot - sitting out on the Lanai for breakfast, lunch & in the evenings. Great view & a short walk to the beach. A little cool to swim at the beach so the heated pool was a nice bonus. Very friendly people in the building. Mark & Barb have thought of everything to make this a perfect vacation rental. They provided great information on where to eat & also some things to do. Very good restaurants are just across the road making it very convenient. Also used the trolly for a trip into the downtown with lunch on the dock at Nervous Nellies. So many things to do in this area, but not enough time. Would love to return!! Beautiful, comfortable, well- equipped condo. Loved the sound of the waves and the sight of the Gulf. Although it is on the beach, it has all the amenities - restaurants, show, grocery store, small shops, very close by. Also, the people in the building are very friendly and helpful.
just had 2 weeks in this condo and could not have been happier with it. Kitchen very well equipped, owner super easy to work with, beautiful view and great location. Sure NOT looking forward to heading back to the cold & snow!
We can definitely recommend the apartment after enjoying a two and a half week stay in December 2013. The location is great; close to a quiet and beautiful section of the beach, next to convenience stores and restaurants. The area is well suited for walking or bicycling and the day-to-day need for a car is limited.
The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers unobstructed view to stunning sunsets from the balcony. We found everything we needed and the apartment is spacious enough to accommodate at four persons easily and six if you don't mind sleeping on the sleeping couch (which we also used for a shorter period).
The owners were nothing but friendly. We received information before we arrived and the owner was helpful and quickly got back to us with any questions we had during our stay.
Overall the apartment is a great choice for anyone considering a relaxed vacation around Fort Myers or South West Florida. We would love to come back!
We arrived at a clean, beautifully decorated condo and immediately opened the sliding doors to enjoy the breeze off the beach....one of my favorite things in life. The view from the 7th floor was spectacular. We didn't lack for anything we needed in the kitchen or anywhere - by the way, great light beach chairs were available which we enjoyed daily.
We spent lots of time at the beach and pool with family and friends and enjoyed many good meals at local restaurants - a few within walking distance. Our farthest venture from our home-away-from home was to Everyglades City for an airboat ride (something I've wanted to do for quite some time), and a lovely lunch at the old rod and gun club in Everglades City. On the way back we stopped to see the church and community at Ava Maria college. All in all, a great 2 weeks in Ft. Myers Beach.
We spoke to the owners before and during our stay, and they were nothing but friendly, open, and readily available to answer any questions we had. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone.
South Ft. Myers Beach is an oasis of sun sand and surf. Our Condo is about serenity and simplicity. The Terra Mar is directly across from the islands Santini Plaza on the south end of the beach which provides all the amenities any beach vacationer could expect. Fantastic Restaurants like Sports & Tiki Bars to Fine Dining all short walking distances from our condo.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Must be in writing/email. Subject to $100 process fee.
If cancelled greater than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date- 50% of rent will be returned.
If cancelled greater than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date- 25% of rent will be returned.
If reservation is cancelled less than 30 days no refund is made available.
ALL REFUND WILL BE PAID WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CANCELLATION
Reservation Policy: Confirmation of agreement requires 50% deposit of total rent & Fees. (USD$) by cheque on monthly and Bi-Weekly terms. Balance of all rents are due in-advance of 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Monthly Rental required to pay for mid month additional cleaning fee. Pay cleaning company directly (Tenant to arrange time and day) preferably after 14 days of taking occupancy.
