Very cool place with amazing views !! Dick helped us out to rent the place on and off for a couple weeks !!! Thank you guys so much for your hospitality !! We plan on coming back on phase two of our job over there and staying at the cabin for weeks at a time !!! Thanks Dick !!
Dick was incredibly helpful even after I had trouble with my online booking. He fixed it and it went great. This is a great cabin for a nice stay. It is very well set up and there are lots of little extras to make you feel at home. It is really nice to not have to worry about condiments. I will definitely return for another stay in the future. I am definitely recommending this property for anyone staying in that area.
We had a wonderful time in this rustic little cabin. It was comfortable and cozy and we loved the woodstove and videos in the evening.
What a great find! My group and I had a really awesome time at the cabin. I agree with reviewer Jeff W. - it really was like stepping back in time. Everything was clean (dishes, cups, linen, appliances) and my group and I felt very comfortable here. The view of the Columbia River is amazing. Dick was also very quick to respond to my messages and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
Mr. Cameron's cabin is situated in a great location for fly anglers or salmon anglers who enjoy the columbia basin and plateau lakes and creeks. Very scenic view, convenience store a short walk away. Boat launches close. He treated us very fairly with respect to some minor damage we partially caused (by accident of course). We enjoyed the stay and would stay again.
Beverly/Schawana, Wa is located on hwy 243 just 8 miles South of the I-90 Vantage, Wa bridge crossing the Columbia River. The Cabin is located across hwy 243 from the Schawana, WA Outpost gas station and convenience store.
It is located right in the heart of bird hunting, fishing, boating, water & jet skiing, and close to several wineries, 20 miles from the Gorge Ampitheater, ATV riding on the sand dunes within 1 mile, 10 miles to golfing at Desert Aire, and between Wanapum and Preist Rapid dams with a cultural museum located at Wanapum dam.
