Great getaway from the city

  • 5 of 5

Imagine the setting for next Macklemore video: 90's paraphernalia aplenty, VHS tapes, overstuffed chairs, hunting trophies, and real wood paneling encapsulate this cozy space. Nestled next to the Columbia River with a gorgeous view overlooking the colorful bluffs and the sounds of nature rushing by. Everything you could need is neatly packed into this comfortable space. Clean, quiet, and an abandoned in-ground pool.

Very comfortable with great Columbia River views

  • 4 of 5

This cabin is a small collection of homes along the Columbia River, about six miles south of the I-90 bridge crossing at Vantage. It has an amazing array of eclectic furnishings, decor and kitchen equipment collected over many decades. The property is right on the Columbia, with about a 100 foot walk down to a gradual slope to the River. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very clean and well kept.

  • 5 of 5

Dick was incredibly helpful even after I had trouble with my online booking. He fixed it and it went great. This is a great cabin for a nice stay. It is very well set up and there are lots of little extras to make you feel at home. It is really nice to not have to worry about condiments. I will definitely return for another stay in the future. I am definitely recommending this property for anyone staying in that area.

We had a wonderful time in this rustic little cabin. It was comfortable and cozy and we loved the woodstove and videos in the evening.

Great cabin!

  • 5 of 5

What a great find! My group and I had a really awesome time at the cabin. I agree with reviewer Jeff W. - it really was like stepping back in time. Everything was clean (dishes, cups, linen, appliances) and my group and I felt very comfortable here. The view of the Columbia River is amazing. Dick was also very quick to respond to my messages and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
