Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a strong background in hospitality management, sales, and marketing. In addition to operating Mammoth Five Star Lodging, Megan often advises other resort management companies as a consultant. Her husband Jason also holds a Bachelor's degree from UCSB in Film and Media Studies and has a background in real estate finance and transactions.

The unit is very nice - very comfortable bed, minimally but sufficiently appointed kitchen (I cook whenever I can). The afternoon sun into the living room is absolutely delicious!
This unit is right in the heart of the village. We enjoyed that tremendously during the day - had the door to the deck open and loved hearing the live music being played in the village as well as children and families having a wonderful time. But the sounds of the village turned to drunken groups late into the evening - people whooping and hollering until 2AM. If you are part of the night scene you will love this. If you are not, plan on closing the windows - when they were closed the sounds were pretty well muted.

On busy village side of building and restaurant Bar noise is noticeable if windows and door is open
It was Warm summer day and this unit got warm inside (upper floor or facing sun in afternoon?), no AC.... had to open windows and doors to cool off, not a bad thing and usual for mammoth condo but this allowed noise from village to creep in.
Parking garage was tight... if you have large SUV it can be tricky to maneuver into parking slots
I have stayed in this unit 4 times now and it is perfect for the weekend getaway! Great location, walking distance to all your needs, grounds are kept clean, and parking is secure!

Place is perfectly located in the village and equipped with everything you needed. Plus, it's located conveniently just above (a) Starbucks and (b) Lakanuki, a good apres ski spot. The space is big enough to fit an additional air mattress or roll-away in addition to the king bed, and pull out couch. A little strict on the penalties for leaving something amiss, but easy enough instructions to follow!
