Welcome to the beautiful Villa Malaga, the very essence of Andalusian Spain and Santa Barbara. Imagine stepping into the light filled great room, with its polished Spanish tile floors and white washed stone surfaces. Banks of windows in each room overlook the private courtyard, lawn and rose garden. With the windows open (or standing out on one of your 4 decks) you can hear the wonderful bubbling of the grand fountain, day and night.
This luxurious villa has over 2,000 sq ft of living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths with a Queen sized bed in both the Master Suite and the second bedroom, with over-sized bunk bed in the third bedroom. The master bath has a large walk-in shower and an extra deep Jacuzzi tub. There are four levels in the Villa. All bedrooms are on a second level of the house while kitchen and living room are on a third one. All floors are accessible by elevator besides roof deck.
There are three fireplaces, flat screen television, surround sound and internet access. All linens, towels, furniture and artwork are of the highest quality. Villa Malaga is located well off-street and is surrounded by lush landscaping and greenery that obscure other buildings, providing a special sense of privacy and security.
The roof deck, with sweeping views of the American Riviera and glistening Pacific Ocean, provides that extra outdoor living space for fresh-air dining or just relaxing and enjoying the sun and sea breezes. There is an outdoor fireplace on this deck inlaid with a hand painted Spanish mural, a separate fountain and 360 degree views of all that Santa Barbara has to offer.
Villa Malaga is located in Cinque Terre, a stunning building just two blocks from the beach and four blocks from Stearn’s Wharf in the heart of the Water Front District. It is completely gated and has a private garage with a dumb waiter that will whisk your provisions to both the sleeping and living levels.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked, featuring custom cabinets, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, 6-burner commercial grade Viking range and an over-sized GE convection/microwave.

Villa Malaga was the first place where we stayed during our summer holidays in Santa Barbara five years ago. We had such a joy in Santa Barbara and particalur in villa Malaga so my husband and I, our three daughters moved to Santa Barbara from overseas about three years ago.

Our family of six (grandparents, parents and two teens) had a fantastic time in Santa Barbara, staying at the Villa Malaga. After an initial glitch which was dealt with quickly, we enjoyed all the amenities that this property has to offer. The rooms are well appointed and the Villa has wonderful spaces to relax - from the bedrooms, to the bright & open living space, to the fantastic rooftop deck. Would highly recommend this location to anyone. It is convenient to everything and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and downtown.
We loved the condo. It is beautifully furnished, has a great rooftop deck and is close to the harbor and numerous restaurants. I highly recommend the condo for a family vacation.
Our family had a fantastic stay in Villa Malaga! The home is beautiful and spacious. We are anxious to return to Santa Barbara and would absolutely look to stay here again.
With a short walk to the pier and a variety of restaurants, we enjoyed our stay. The home has a very nice rooftop deck with great views. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, and the bedrooms are very nice. A fine place to stay in Santa Barbara!
