Deerfield Mediterranean Manor is a luxurious oasis that sits just off Deerfield beach. The shops, dining, and nightlife lead to the golden sand and provide you with everything you could need within walking distance. You are just a short drive to Atlantic Avenue and Boca Town Center. The home is fully stocked with everything you could need from beach chairs, games, toys, and family necessities like high chairs or cribs.

Located only a few blocks from pristine Deerfield and Hillsboro beach on a charming street, you can enjoy the beautiful sand and Atlantic Ocean or the privacy of your own saltwater pool. Restaurants, nightlife, shopping and other activities are a walk, bike ride, or short drive away and within 2 miles you will find grocery stores and retail to fulfill all your needs. Marina's are only minutes away and provide a multitude of activities from sport fishing and diving or snorkeling, to windsurfing, jet skiing, and parasailing.

No expense was spared in building this custom built home. Completed in finished marble, vaulted ceilings Venetian plaster, granite and onyx counter tops throughout, Brazilian wood flooring built-in entertainment units, the finest Irpinia kitchen cabinetry with custom wood trim, highest quality appliances and top of the line heated salt water pool.

Kitchen- Gourmet custom Italian kitchen well stocked with cookware and tools necessary to prepare food, plates and silverware for maximum occupancy, a blender, coffee maker, Keurig, pots and pans, spices, glassware, plastic ware, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances.

Bedrooms- The spacious master bedroom has a West facing private terrace that is perfect for enjoying the sunset, a King bed, and a stunning ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a Queen bed. One bedroom is furnished with two twin bunk beds that can be combined to make one cohesive bed if you so desire. There is a Double sleep sofa in the enclosed office and a sleep sofa in the living room, and one in the den as well that accommodates additional guests.

Bathrooms- The exquisite ensuite master bathroom is complete with a glass enclosed steam shower, dual vanity sinks, and large soaking tub. All other bathrooms are updated and furnished with glass enclosed standing showers or bathtub/ shower combos.

Exterior- The heated pool and exterior patio provide great morning light. The large picture windows in the dining room overlook the exterior, great for groups traveling with children. The soaking tub and cozy exterior furniture create the perfect paradise. Walk half a mile to the Deerfield beach side with dining, nightlife and shops, and golden beaches are there for your enjoyment. Gas BBQ grill and propane provided.

This was a beautiful home for our extended family (nine people) in which to spend spring break. The layout was fantastic, with everyone having an area to socialize, or retreat to. The location was perfect. It's in a quiet, residential area, but is only a 5 minute walk to the shore. The house was very clean and is well-maintained. The only negative in this regard was the garage. There is every conceivable pool/beach toy and accessory imaginable- all for a client's use. But, it was all over the place, in large, jumbled up piles. Desperately needs a good "sort & organize"! Having said that, we found what we needed and had loads of fun. Customer service was top notch. They responded immediately to any questions we posed. Highly recommend Mediterranean Manor!

Deerfield Beach House

We spent the month of February, 2016, at this house. The house is roomy, the pool is nice, heated, and very private; the area is quiet and a short walk to the Deerfield Pier and Beach. However, the people who own the house apparently cannot decide if it's for their use or they want to rent it. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were a complete mess when we arrived--I spent an entire morning cleaning and reorganizing them; many of the cabinets were full of useless bowls and other stuff and there was no place to put pantry items because the owner locks the cupboard in order to keep her stuff from being used. And there was at least a month's worth of smelly dog food--open--in one of the cabinets. The owners left an enormous amount of personal things throughout the house--magazines, photographs, extra lamps, and other junk that took up space and had to be removed in order for us to use the closets. The garage was loaded with toys and bikes, and whatever anyone felt like putting there, but the stuff was strewn about to the point that it was almost impossible to know what was there.

The ice maker didn't work and neither did most of the "upscale" extras in the kitchen--neither the rotisserie nor the touted espresso machine worked. Nevertheless, the kitchen was laid out very well and fun to cook in.

Outside, there were 2 grottoes around the pool that no one thought to clean and empty of dirty, standing rain water; hopefully, now that the Zika virus is here, someone has cleaned them.

The manager could not have nicer; he took great efforts to ensure that all of the many things that were broken or not working correctly got fixed, but unfortunately, it was just one thing after another to the point where we got tired of calling him. We didn't even bother to call about the couch in the main living area which is broken and really uncomfortable. He couldn't do anything about the constant malfunction of the alarm system because he didn't appear to know the code. When one of the electrical circuits blew causing the washer to no longer operate, we couldn't get into the closet with the circuit breakers because the owner hadn't provided the key to the manager. We bought an electrical cord at a local hardware store to plug the washer into another outlet.

The weather was absolutely wonderful for the month and we love the area; we will return this year, but not to this house.

Sleepless in Deerfield Beach

The home makes a great initial impression - large, impressive home. It is convenient to the beach. However, the main couch was broken, entertainment cabinet doors hanging off hinges, and no ice maker. The owners left many personal items in closets and drawers. We had a large party in town for a wedding. Naturally people were coming and going at all hours of the day and night, causing the alarm system to beep and wake the occupants in the master BR every time an exterior door opened or closed. We were waked constantly by the late nighters and early risers. Taking a nap was impossible as well. The rental company would not give us the code to bypass the alarm beeps, nor were we given a code to arm or disarm the system for our own security.There were only adults in our party. The owner left a personal vehicle parked in the middle of one side of the driveway, leaving barely enough room for 2 rental cars. ALSO steep staircase to get to bedrooms.

Owner's Response: We would like to take a moment to address these past guest concerns as they are not the sentiment shared by other guests as you can see by our reviews and its our goal to provide every guest with a 5 star experience. Condition of home-We do have a full time handyman that is constantly working on our homes. The guest did not express negative sentiment regarding the cabinets or we would have sent him immediately to address the issue. -The home does in fact have an icemaker and side by side refrigerator and freezers. If there was an issue with this we would have offered to pay for any ice purchased by the guest. Personal items in closets and drawers-This home is a vacation home for the owners as well. We leave common conveniences in drawers to make guests feel at home. Personal items are locked away in a private owners closet. This is in fact someone else's home and most of our guests love that they find items they would have in their own home. Alarm-The alarm is a safety and security issue and the guest was in fact provided the alarm code in the check-in instructions as all guests receive. This is standard so they can deactivate the alarm upon entry. The beep also warns of children going out to the pool area which is a safety issue. the house is built to meet current code requirements for safety. Car in Driveway-As you can see by pictures there is a large driveway. The owner does n fact leave their car when not in town, but at minimum you can fit 3-4 cars not including the owners car. 1 behind the owner, 2 to the left of the owners car and 1 parallel parked behind if needed. Staircase-The staircase is beautiful and stunning and meets building code requirements. As managers we take all guest feedback and do our best to improve within reason and regarding issues we can control. Unfortunately we cant control the staircase or the mandatory alarm system. As future guests can see this is a highly rated property with virtually all 5 stars and these issues are certainly isolated to the guest and not typical in the feedback found in the reviews by other guests. We do value all of our guesats opinions and will take this info to improve the experience even more in the future! We look forward to hosting you.

Visit to Deerfield - October 2016

Our visit went very well. Property was clean and high-end as advertised. Only issue was the owner's truck was in the driveway limiting our parking spaces to two instead of 4. Very convenient to town and beach. Trayce stopped by when we arrived to show us around and recommended some good places to dine.

The home is a 45 minute or less drive from Fort Lauderdale International and West Palm Beach International airports and approximately 1.5 hours from Miami International. Within a 30 minute driving radius you can find virtually everything you are looking for whether it be relaxation, casino's, arts and entertainment, sporting events, and more. Marina's are only a few minutes away and provide a multitude of activities from sport fishing and diving or snorkeling, to windsurfing, jet skiing, and parasailing. This locations offers someone for everyone!


Rates & Availability


  • RENT PAYMENT & SECURITY DEPOSITS: The initial security deposit and first payment for the Reservation is due at the time of electronic booking. Any balance of Rent due shall be paid at least 30 days prior to Guest arrival unless the subject property will be occupied by Guest within 30 days or less following the making of the Reservation in which case the entire rental amount shall be due.
    All correspondence between owner and rental agent and Guest shall be via electronic means. Guest will automatically receive an invoice when payments are due. All payments shall be processed through vacation rent payment with both credit card any check options available. Please note there is a $50 charge for all returned checks and chargebacks plus the cost of collection. Guest agrees the use of the rental agreement acceptance and payment processing system through vacation rent payment processing service or other service acceptable to owner without an original signature. Guest agrees payment authorization cannot be revoked.
