Renovated in August 2011 an open floor plan with fully updated kitchen with breakfast counter. A comfortable King size bed in the Master Bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom, which was completely renovated in 2016.The MB has a TV and walk in closets.
Two double beds in the 2nd full size Bedroom and en-suite bathroom with plenty of closet space.
The Living Room has a queen sleeper-sofa, plus love seat couch with cable TV and DVD . The enclosed storm window/screened-in Balcony with dining table & chairs is so relaxing to dine while watching a million dollar sunset , for just pennies a day!
It was love at first sight!! This building built in 1969 has been renovated and is maintained to the highest order. Recently the elevators were refurbished as well as the pool, generator and community recreation room with kitchen facilities for owners/guests use. The building is on beach front property with private beach on the gulf all for your enjoyment.
You can enjoy 'paradise' for a month or more. Meet up with the most wonderful warm and friendly people in the building. Join in parties which they hold monthly; play cards or just relax around the pool area and chat! You will find that many of the guests have been returning to this 'gem' year after year for 5,10...Years.
WE FOUND THE CONDO TO BE MORE THAN EXPECTED. CLEAN, LOVELY FURNISHED AND FULLY EQUIPPED FOR OUR NEEDS. THE VISTA OF THE GULF FROM THE ENCLOSED BALCONY IS GREAT. THE HEATED POOL AND CLOSE PROXIMITE TO THE PRIVATE BEACH MADE THE VACATION WONDERFUL!
ALSO THE TOWN OF VENICE IS ALSO QUAINT AND MOST ENJOYABLE. AND PLENTY OF GOLF COURSE TO PICK FROM!
We are retired seniors who spend ~ 3months in Florida each year. We have rented from George for two years now and each visit has been exceptional. George goes out of his way to assist, inform and be involved as needed to ensure a great visit ( as well as to coordinate to make the contract completion pleasant and prompt). The condo is wonderfully located on the beach close to the Jetty and so one can often see marine life just by walking on the beach - we often walk the beach early morning on our way to buying a coffee in town). Sunsets are wonderful and right at the patio - swimming in the Gulf or in the heated pool is always a pleasure. We can walk to town to go to a restaurant, shop at the Farmer's Market or go to the Venice Theater - all excellent features of Venice. We hold a Florida Annual State Park pass but our favourites are Myakka, Oscar Scherer and Stump Pass (each within ~ 20 minutes drive from the condo) for hiking, biking, bird watching etc. Excellent grocery stores (Costco, Publix, Winn Dixie) all within 15 minutes drive of condo). This is a great condo location for day to day activities with a great owner and a clean, quiet, well run, well managed facility. We are planning to return and repeat our visit there for this year. Highly Recommended!
Great Condo! Great Location! Everything was clean and well maintained. The owner was very accommodating and willing to please. We recommend this rental to anyone that loves the beach.
The apartment matched everything that was said about it on the web site. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained with excellent facilities and we could not have asked for more. Hopefully we will be able to return in the future to enjoy this bit of paradise once again.
Truly a home away from home. Beautiful views, conveniently located, super clean, well furnished, superbly appointed. Just bring yourselves and settle in for a truly enjoyable stay. We always do! Can't think of any other place in Venice that we'd rather stay.

Great view and wonderful place to stay. Condo well supplied even with tissues. We both got colds and were greatful. Will stay here again.

St Armond's Circle 45 mins away. DisneyWorld 120 miles: Busch Gardens 75 miles away. Tampa & Ft Myers Airports each approx 45 miles away.
