An absolutely charming rental. The only thing you could possibly regret about staying here is not being able to stay longer.
I took the house for a long-term rental over the winter, and it was a great decision! I'm new to the area and knew that I wanted to live in or near Rehoboth, but didn't know enough about the area to make any more informed decisions, so this was a great start for me. The house is comfortable and well-maintained, it feels like a home without feeling like you're in someone else's space, and it's an easy walk to the lake, the beach, and downtown. And dog friendly! I highly recommend it.
We loved staying at the 320 Laurel house, the neighborhood was great. We enjoyed the pool and it was great to have beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach. Loved the bar on the patio! It was also nice to have the family pets come on vacation with us. The only complaint everyone had was that the mattresses need to be replaced (all of them), it didn't make for a comfortable night's rest.
This is our 3rd time staying at 320 Laurel and we are 3 for 3 and just booked for 2017. The house is great and the new beach wagon was perfect addition to make things even better. The house is perfect for my family of 5 and would recommend this to anyone
Very nice house. The pool was amazing. The Magnolia Tree in the backyard was beautiful I'm glad they built the deck around it. It provided wonderful shade in the backyard area. It was a nice walk to the boardwalk and Rehoboth Avenue. There is a charming park just 2 blocks away which was great since we brought our dog with us. We had a wonderful stay.
My husband and I stayed with our son and his family and had a wonderful time. The house was lovely, beds comfortable and service from the rental agent was great. Having a pool in the back was a huge plus.
Our family LOVED spending the 4th of July week at the house. The open kitchen/living room was great when preparing meals. The screened in porch was a welcome respite for grandma/grandpa & our dog to relax while the grandkids went through their evening routine w/mom & dad. The pool was refreshing after a day @ the beach & great for a warm summer night dip. We didn't have correct # of beach chairs or umbrella as listed - but a quick email resulted in the owner promptly delivering. Will definitely re-book🌞
