Welcome to Maui and our Luxury class 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo, with absolutely gorgeous ocean views. Conveniently located on Lahaina’s beautiful “Baby Beach” and a short walk from Front Street.

Features a luxurious master bedroom suite with great ocean views and king size bed and bathroom. Second bedroom has a king bed. Third loft bedroom also has a king bed and a bathroom. The unit can sleep 6 adults. Private tropical villa condo with gorgeous panoramic ocean views. This second-level beachfront condo has a spacious interior, large living room, and fully equipped kitchen.

The winter months bring the site of humpbacks whales frolicking just a few hundred yards off-shore. The weather in West Maui is unbeatable.

Absolutely lovely!

Having never been to Maui, it was a bit overwhelming to find what we hoped would be the "perfect place", but our family all agreed that we did! We loved the location; short walk to shops and restaurants while having a lovely beach only steps away. The property is immaculate and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We would book this property again without hesitation. Highly recommend!!!

Gorgeous property

This is perfect for a family. Great location, wonderful kitchen, beautiful property right on the beach, with amazing views from every window. My daughter especially loved her loft bedroom. Would come back here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful condo, great location!

Just finished a 9 day stay on Maui in Brians beautiful condo. the location is great, walkable to downtown Lahaina, and a few other great places to eat, AND its right on the ocean with a nice view, and really nice beach with decent snorkeling.

Everything went very smoothly, from the initial rental to the whole check in process, no glitches and all was exactly as advertised.

I would definetly stay again when I need 3 BR's!

It was everything I had imagined!

For my 60th birthday, I had imagined a quiet place on the ocean that would accomodate a few of my best friends and family. This place fit the bill perfectly! The condo is very spacious and each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The condo is well equipped and some of our best meals were made right there in the beautiful kitchen! The laundry was helpful as it isn't necessary to pack heavy. The town of LaHaina was a short walk (up to a mile) with all sorts of things to see and do on Front Street. Much quality time was spent on the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Sunsets were anticipated every evening. We felt very safe, since the complex is tucked away in a cul-de-sac and is gated. The cleaning crew did a fantastic job on the 4th day of our stay. Baby Beach is beautiful and a great place for snorkeling and sunbathing or relaxing on the beach. There is plenty of shady areas, too, for those that can't take the strong island sunshine. Highlights were that one day a Monk seal came up onto the beach in front of the condo to sun herself, and off in the distance we saw a whale spout and then the whale jumped straight up out of the water! Bring binoculars! Brian was a great host and gave us some great advice on things to see and do. He has impeccable taste and the artwork alone in the condo made it an enjoyable experience!

If you do not like the crowds and the large highrise hotels in Ka'anapali, then I highly recommend the Puunoa Beach Resort!

Great location! Beachfront location with amazing sunsets!

We were a group of 3 couples. This home was perfect with 3 bedrooms each with a king size bed and its own bathroom. Tastefully decorated with an open floor plan. Small, quiet gated community. We had the pool to ourselves on more than one occasion. And the beach was just steps outside. The home has a great kitchen that we used for breakfast and lunch. It is within walking distance of plenty of dining options. Brian is a great host and met us at the unit to walk us through the unit and provided recommendations for restaurants and activities. Highly recommend this home and would love to go back!

Fabulous Vacation HOME - Spectacular VIEW - Best LOCATION!

Our vacation at Puunoa Beach Estates could not have been any better. This home is comfortable and clean and easily accommodates three couples. We all slept well in the king-size beds with luxurious bedding and personal baths. Coming together for meals and hanging out on the balcony was ideal! The kitchen was very complete with room that allowed all of us to join in the meal-making, and dining either inside or on the balcony was special with spectacular views! We saw whales and rainbows and families beach-combing and playing in the shallow warm water. Wonderful and safe neighborhood. Walking to town is a breeze and so beautiful along Front Street and views to the ocean. The Host, Brian, was very responsive while making our reservations, and he met us at the property to show us the amenities and made great suggestions on places of interest and dining. We have stayed on Maui for many years, usually in the Napili area, and we found that this area was just as beautiful and a bit drier and sunnier. Easy 8-mile drive to the beaches up north at Napili and Kapalua. And when you return after a day in the traffic around that area, you really appreciate the peaceful calm of Puunoa Beach. We will definitely return. Thank you!!
