Features a luxurious master bedroom suite with great ocean views and king size bed and bathroom. Second bedroom has a king bed. Third loft bedroom also has a king bed and a bathroom. The unit can sleep 6 adults. Private tropical villa condo with gorgeous panoramic ocean views. This second-level beachfront condo has a spacious interior, large living room, and fully equipped kitchen.

You are only a 2-block walk to Lahaina’s famous Front Street to enjoy dozens of restaurants, shops and galleries. You’ll enjoy quick trips to the nearby markets and the convenience of cooking your favorite island recipes in our full size kitchen with all the amenities. Gas grill BBQ’s are located just a few feet away, next to the pool. Dine-in and dine-out, all the options are at your fingertips.

The location offers easy access to Maui’s best harbor activities, including whale watching in season, snorkel and scuba tours, surf lessons, kayaks, jet-skis, parasailing, submarines, sport fishing. We enjoy morning strolls on the soft sand beach, combing for seashells just a few paces from our front door. Enjoy a pleasant open-air breakfast reading the paper, drinking fresh Kona coffee and eating island fresh Papaya. The smell of plumeria flowers is carried by tradewind breezes.

The whale watching is incredible! These huge animals can be seen just a few hundred yards away.

The evening sunsets can be spectacular as the sun slips into the ocean or fades behind the neighbor island of Lanai. Enjoy cooking fresh caught fish on our outdoor gas grills. And don't forget your favorite tropical itch (cocktail).

General housekeeping, bed linens changed, towels replaced, bathrooms and kitchen cleaned, trash emptied, etc. on 7th or 8th day for stays of 14 nights. Perfect location!

5 of us (2 couples, one single) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We rented paddleboards from an outside agency for the week (info provided in condo notebook), and the almost immediate access to Baby Beach made the vacation effortless. The decor is slightly dated (especially master bath), but in excellent condition. There were thoughtful supplies stocked such as “to-go” coffee cups that made daily morning walks on the beach a ritual. Shopping and restaurants (including the Old Lahaina Luau) all in easy walking distance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The third bedroom is in an open loft over the living room, and it has its own full bath which was perfect for our group.

This condo is well worth the investment for a great week of vacation in West Maui. Excellent amenities located in easy walking distance to Lahaina Town. We would definitely stay here again. Owner and Property Manager very attentive and responsive to your needs.

We couldn't have imagined how beautiful it was until we walked in. My wife was amazed and thankful.

After we left Puunoa Estates we stayed at the Four Seasons in Wailea. All we could think about was the condo. It had everything you could imagine. One of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed. It was close to everything within walking distance. The ladies in the office were also very sweet and helpful. If it is in your price range don't give it another thought. Book it now. Also, Brian is great and a gracious owner, wanting your time there to feel like home away from home.

Perfect Location and Perfect Accomedations

I highly recommend this condo. It is absolutely perfect. The location is phenomenal, just steps away from the beach and a short walk from downtown Lahaina. The pool, hot tub, and barbecue area is fantastic. The condo itself is clean and luxurious. It comfortably fit 3 adult couples.

Standard payment terms are 1/2 deposit at time of reservation. Balance 60 days prior to scheduled arrival or you can request 1/2 deposit at time of reservation and balance 1/2 60 days and 1/2 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Choose which payment terms you prefer.
Cancellation 90 to 150 days depending on season and length of stay.
