We love our St. George get away! You will love staying in this luxurious, (completed 10/12) townhome...an amazing place to spend your vacation!
The two-story home boasts two master suites with high-quality king beds and flat-screen tvs in each. The additional bedroom is fitted with two sets of bunk beds--great fun for kids! The upstairs loft has a queen-size, leather sofa sleeper for additional guests. For those who don't like to share beds, we've purchased two fold-our, twin-size floor mattresses for additional sleeping options.
The fully-stocked kitchen has plenty of room for 10 people to eat at the table and granite island. The family room and upstairs loft allow spacious gathering areas for TV/movie viewing (some DVDs provided), game playing (several games and puzzles provided) or just hanging out.
The backyard and patio area includes space to play and visit as well. With a gas BBQ, dining tables, seating, and gas fire table you can enjoy dining and relaxing outdoors.
On-site enjoy two pools, hot tubs, practice putting green, fitness room and spacious clubhouse with kitchen. Adjacent to the property is a park with large fishing pond and picnic area.
Complementary wi-fi and long-distance phone service are provided in the home.
Our family has rented in the St. George, Utah area at least once every year for the past 17+ years.
Our kids love to hang out here in every season--even the hot summer months--with days spent hiking in Zion National and Snow Canyon State Parks, fishing at the local pond, going to plays at Tuachan and spending hours at the pool. Now that our kids are older, cliff jumping at Sand Hollow State Park has become a favorite activity--same with paddle boarding at the sandy beach part of the lake.
My husband and brothers particularly love the year-round golf. It's been their dream to have a place of their own in St. George.

In August of 2012, we happened to walk through a model home in the area we were staying and fell in love with the place. We decided to combine forces with other family members to purchase our shared home.
We've loved vacationing in this development since there are lots of fun, on-site activities. And, the homes are high-end with granite counters, wood doors and trim, and many other extras that make it a luxurious place to stay.
We LOVE all the activities available in the surrounding area for every member of our family. From my golf-loving husband to babies and teens to my older parents, we can easily find fun things for everyone to do every day.
When you rent with us, you get to stay in a great, comfortable home located in a development with many on-site activities for adults and children. Plus, this location is fabulous! It's so close to all you'd want to do in the St. George area.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Every single amenity you could possibly think was included! It is close to Zion National Park, Cedar City, St. George and Ivins. Overall, the town home is clean and modern in appearance. We were able to enjoy our stay and did not experience any issues.
We had a great stay in a beautiful home and the owners were fabulous. The house was fully stocked with all the little extras and everyone loved the pool! We'll be back.
We had a wonderful time! As two families travelling for Spring Break, this property was the anchor and home-away-from-home for an epic trip. We visited Bryce Canyon, Zion and Arches, as well as Las Vegas, all coming home to this condo, exhausted, happy and comfortable! Thanks for a great experience!
Having just completed a 30 day stay in the Townhome our opinion is that you could not ask for a nicer place to spend your time. The Townhome is well kept and equipped with all the necessary utensils, dishes, pots, and pans that anyone might want in a kitchen. The pantry was stocked with various necessities such as flour, oil, sugar, salt, spices, and various condiments in the refrigerator to get you off to a great start on your stay. Towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent and fabric softener were provided including towels for the pool and hot tub (if you desire to utilize them). Rooms are spacious and comfortable with ample room for 8 persons without counting the sofa bed upstairs and the couch on the first floor. Each floor has a Master Bedroom; the upper floor has bunk beds for four people and a sofa bed. TV's are available in both sitting rooms and Master bedrooms. A DVD player is also available. First floor has 1 1/2 bathrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor. For the kids, there are various games in the cupboard as well as basketballs for outside play. On the back patio you will find a large barbecue, several chairs to relax in, a fire pit (for the winter stay folks). Table and chairs are also available on the patio. Having never stayed with a rental from Homeaway.com, Julie was super at directing us through the entire rental process. Julie also checked up to ensure that we found everything in good working order during our stay. Instructions for all appliances are available in the pantry and departing instructions are posted on the garage door. The Townhome is very nicely located directly off I-15, Exit 16. You are within 7 miles of any store you may need including 3 movie theaters The garage is certainly a plus to protect your car be it summer or winter. After a 30 day stay our opinion is that we would definitely recommend you consider this as a excellent place to stay. Comfortable and well kept place. The two on-site pools and hot tubs, practice putting green, fitness room and spacious clubhouse with kitchen provide lots of room for fun right in the development. Razor Ridge Park has a beautiful fishing pond and covered picnic areas adjacent to the development. In addition, this property is conveniently located near all the amazing activities the St. George area has to offer.
The development is located on Coral Canyon Golf Course, one of the most beautiful courses in Utah. There are 12+ quality golf courses within 30 minutes of the town home.
Red Cliffs Mall, Zion Factory Stores, local shopping, boutiques, movie theaters and a broad-range of restaurants are located within a 15-minute drive. For stocking up on food and supplies, two Wal-Marts, Costco and other retail stores are about a 7 minute drive away.
If you are looking to spend time in nature, Zion National Park is just 33 miles away and Snow Canyon State Park is 20 miles away. Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Lake Powell and other recreation areas are within a two- to three-hour drive. If water sports and fishing are your thing, Sand Hollow and Quail Creek are within 10 miles.
Children and adults alike will enjoy checking out the dinosaur tracks and fossils at Dinosaur Discovery just 9 miles away. Rosenbruch World Wildlife Museum, St. George Art Museum and homes displaying the area's pioneer heritage are within a 15-minute drive.
If you would enjoy theater performed amidst majestic, towering sandstone cliffs, check out Tuacahn Center for the Performing Arts which is 18 miles away. Cedar City, 45 miles away, hosts the annual Utah Shakespeare Festival.
