Why deva chose Tennessee

We have had family gatherings in this area in the past. We watched our grandchildren run around and play in the grassy backyard. We sat on the porch and spent a Thanksgiving there cooking a turkey and spending time with our family.

Furnishings and this property are tired

  • 2 of 5

We stayed at this property two years ago and had a great experience this year all of the furnishings are tired. The foldout bed in the living room was not usable. The furniture on the deck was not usable. The dishwasher only works on the pot and pan cycle . I would not rent this again

We had a wonderful stay here. We had a little problem with the dish washer couldn't get it to wash dishes . The biggest problem I see is you need some shower mats to step out on . Cabin was nice and clean . Was easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again . Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Absolutely loved this rental, I have stayed in many cabins in the area and this is by far my favorite cabin. Great location, plenty of room, very clean, pictures don't do this cabin justice. Love that the yard is flat and not on a hill side. Can't wait to stay in this cabin again.

We stayed here in April and we loved it. My boys loved that they had an actual yard to run around in. The cabin was super clean and the beds were so comfy. At night, we loved the huge hot tub! The best part was we didn't have to go up any steep hills to get there. We did have to call maintenance for some remote batteries and then our coffee pot was acting crazy. Within minutes they had what we needed. We go to pigeon forge every year but this was by far our favorite cabin. Thank you for allowing us to vacate here!

Wonderful Trip!

  • 4 of 5

My 70 year old mother, 4 teenagers, my 5 year old, and I spent 3 nights at Marvelous Mountain Memories earlier this week. We had a wonderful trip and were very pleased with the cabin. As all of the other reviews state, it is a beautiful cabin and very clean. I love the location of it - about halfway between Pigeon Forge and Townsend. The kids LOVED the hot tub and air hockey table and the kitchen has pretty much everything we needed to use to cook while we were there. The only two negatives were: There is only one rocking chair on the porch. More would have been nice so that I could have joined my mom out there enjoying the view. The beds are so high that I had to go to Dollar General to buy a step stool so that my mom could get up and down off of the bed. They are beautiful beds, but you have to get a running jump to get up there! These were very minor drawbacks though and we were very happy with our stay here.

Needs some attention

  • 2 of 5

Well the house was nice and spacious however we had issues with the hot water, (also the master bath needs some attention around the shower bottom, the caulking is very gross with black mildew ) we could only get about one hot shower every 4-5hours which for us didn't apply because we left very early in the am and returned late at night. So after coming in on Saturday night very late from a full busy day we all wanted a nice hot shower before bed however one person got one but no one else so i thought well maybe it's a fluke, but then when My daughter and I got up to shower on Sunday morning early she got only a few mins of a hot shower before ringing to cold water, and I again didn't get one by this point I relized there must be a problem however it was also check out day so after checking out and not having a shower again, I send a message to Deva the property manager explaining the issues she replied that she would have someone look at it , a few hours passed and I received another message back from Deva confining Her person had indeed found an issue, however I was not compensated at all for my huge inconvenience it caused my family through the weekend very disappointed
