'Traditional' Colina Branca Townhouse

The 'Traditional' Colina Branca townhouse has almost the same layout as the other Colina Branca townhouses. It has the same stunning sea view, and shares the same swimming pool. The difference is that this has the Traditional style Portuguese kitchen and slightly older style decor. Also the living area and sun terrace are a little smaller than in the other Colina Branca townhouses, hence lower prices. The house is equally clean and beautiful, with well-equipped kitchen with Washing Machine, Toaster, Grill, 4 Ring Stove, Refrigerator, Freezer, Hob, Oven, Microwave, modern bathrooms, Sky TV, bath towels and linen provided, maid service three times per week. The house comfortably sleeps 2 people in one bedroom and up to three people in the other. The property is a just a short walk to the large swimming pool, with ample sun loungers and umbrellas where you can lie and soak up the sunshine all day. Within 5 minutes walking distance is the centre of Carvoeiro.

Just 5 minutes walking distance from the lively Algarve fishing town of Carvoeiro, Colina Branca townhouses are the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve. The spacious townhouses sleep up to a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child, in two full bedrooms plus a 3rd smaller bedroom.

Prices quoted are for up to 4 GUESTS. Subject to availability, an additional guest may be accommodated in one of the bedrooms for a supplemental charge of £ 25 per week .

All houses have a family bathroom and an en-suite shower room. The houses are situated on a tranquil elevated position enjoying splendid sea and countryside views from their private roof terraces and balconies, and are only metres from the large communal swimming pool and lush landscaped gardens.

Colina Branca townhouse accommodation consists of a spacious living/dining room, well equipped kitchen, family bathroom and either 2 or 3 bedrooms, one of which also has an ensuite.

From the living room patio doors lead to the fantastic South facing terrace with a superb view over Carvoeiro and the ocean, ideal for al-fresco dining or lounging in the glorious sunshine. All houses have a car port for private car parking. Colina Branca has its own landscaped gardens in addition to the communal swimming pool, which are both lit up at night.

WiFi is included.

Baby equipment such Cot as High chair, and Stairgate are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire.

The property description was spot on - well written guidance notes in property which covered every aspect of stay, i.e. whether it places to visit or recommended eating places. Also guides with respect to all appliances within property and how to operate were clear and detailed and all emergency telephone numbers were to hand. No problem with following guide for internet. Property well maintained and clean. Out and about in car visited most places wthin 20 minute radius and had some very nice lunches/evening meals. Only thing that found resort had monopoly on was prices on sun beds at 17 euros - thought very expensive but however only used for one day so not really a problem, Would recommend to friends.

Merveilleux séjour à Carvoeiro

Vous pouvez louer en toute confiance. La maison est très bien équipée avec une vue époustouflante, notamment depuis le toit terrasse. La piscine est superbe et pas beaucoup de monde en ce début Juillet. Le village est de taille humaine ce qui change des autres villes aux alentours et proche des plus belles plages du Portugal, notamment "Praia dos Três Irmãos" qui pour nous est la plus belle. Si l'on retourne au Portugal, on reviendra à Colina Branca.

Magnifique location avec une vue superbe sur la mer ,ideal, pour 4 personnes ,chambres spacieuses , deux belles salles de bain ,cuisine et salon bien equipés, ,de plus une terrasse couverte pour prendre ses repas face à la mer et une terrasse sur le toit . Pas de vis à vis à deux pas du centre et de la plage,piscine commune de grande dimension avec parasols et transats.Le plus ,passage d'une femme de menage plusieurs fois dans la semaine avec renouvellement draps et ser viettes ( merci à cette charmante personne qui travaille pour nous) La region est superbe ,on recommande cette location .

Carvoeiro is a bustling Algarve village with a fantastic array of lively bars, restaurants and shops. The restaurants cater for all tastes, the local Portuguese specialities being fish and seafood dishes.

There are a selection of Algarve beaches close by, some large and busy with toilet and restaurant facilities, some smaller secluded coves, and amazing cliff top walks for those enjoying hiking and rambling. The Monchique mountain, which is the highest point of the Algarve, is just a short drive away, and the historic town of Silves, which was once the capital city of Portugal, with it's ancient castle and museums is also nearby.

For children, there is Slide and Splash water park and Aqualand, both only a 15 minute drive from Carvoeiro, and Zoomarine which is home to dolphins, seals and other marine life. The dolphin show is something spectacular for all the family to see, as well as the high diving show. Other nearby attractions include Carvoeiro tennis club, diving school, riding centre and beauty therapy and massage services.

There are several golf courses within a short driving distance from the townhouses including the SIlves Pestana course, and the famous Amendoeira Golf course which is the largest in Europe, with bowling and fitness centre among it's many facilities. Other nearby golf courses include the Pestana and Gramacho courses at Lagoa, and Morgado set in the Monchique mountain foothills. Slightly further away, but still only a 30 minute drive are courses at Praia da Luz to the West, and the championship course at Vilamoura to the East.

Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many of the courses.
