This is a spacious (118.36 square meters) 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with 2 large lanais all with great ocean and mountain views. The spacious living room area features a queen size convertible sofa and entertainment center. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Wifi internet.
At the seventh floor recreation deck you can go for a swim in the pool, relax in the sauna, shoot hoops on the sports court, practice your golf game on the putting green, or enjoy a game of shuffle board. You can also grill your own catch of the day in the barbeque area, work out in the fitness center, or spend time with the family in the game room, which features billiards and ping-pong.

Despite that we weren't able to get into our hotel room until a little over an hour after our arrival , it was well worth the wait... Beautiful view of diamond head and also the ocean!! It felt like we were at home... 4 days and three night stay for almost 900 with alot of space, Yes we will rent again on home away from home... Thank you!!
Great location. Everything was as described. More than enough room for 4 adults and a 3 year old. Building was very secure. Liked that items for the beach were provided (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
We had 2 couples staying in this 2 bedroom unit. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us with a large living room and 2 separate full baths. The unit has a fabulous view of a golf course to the left, Diamond Head straight out and the ocean to the right. The locations is outstanding since it is only a short walk to Waikiki Beach and all of the shops, art galleries and restaurants the area has to offer.
When we arrived, there was still some trash in the kitchen wastebasket and the unit was missing facial tissue and a toaster. We called Gavin and he corrected these issues by the next day.
Unfortunately, this unit is in need of a complete remodel. The walls need painting and the light-colored carpet is very stained. The furniture, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are extremely dated. The silverware, dishes, cups and glasses are all mismatched.
On our last morning, the cleaning crew arrived as we were departing and after seeing how well we took care of the unit during our visit, they recommended to Gavin that he should return half of our cleaning fee. He took their recommendation and returned $75 to us. This was a really nice and unexpected gesture on his part. We really appreciated it.
If you are looking for a 2 bedroom unit with a great location and an outstanding view and you don't mind that the furnishings are dated, then this is the place for you.
So roomy and clean! Big rooms, kitchen and washer dryer. Perfect area and view - can walk around to the store or go eat. Not too far from the beach.
We dealt with Gavin and he was very responsive to our enquiries. The security personnel were friendly and helpful. Our view of Diamond Head, the canal/golf course and ocean was awesome. This unit was well-maintained and spacious in a very nice building.
Pluses: loading zone(not crazy busy), fast elevators, clear check-in instructions emailed well ahead of arrival, wide hallways, good internet, good shower pressure, laundry and dishwasher worked well, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, strong a/c, black-out curtains, pass-thru counter on kitchen, lots of supplies (especially for baby)
Minuses: older building, though well-maintained; tight parking space (one that you drive straight into); construction noises until end of August?; pool is not heated
Places within a block or two: Ross Dress for Less, Mcdonald's breakfast with pineapple, IHOP, Seaside Grill for cheap brekkie, pho, Korean, Marukame Udon, Tea Boss, Food Pantry, ABC Store
This was a great 2-bdrm. unit located away from the hustle and bustle of 'the Strip'
This property was much bigger than expected (we had 7) for a two bedroom flat and had an incredible view of diamond head and the Waikiki skyline from its 34th floor location in a first rate condo complex. Free parking was very much appreciated and the location was perfect for good dining and access to the beach. There were plenty of supplies to enjoy the beach like boogie boards etc. Building security made it harder to get around but not was appropriate for a downtown location. Great place to stay.
Located in the heart of Waikiki. World class dining, and shopping only steps away, and of course the world famous Waikiki beach is less than 2 blocks from this unit.
