This is a spacious (118.36 square meters) 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with 2 large lanais all with great ocean and mountain views. The spacious living room area features a queen size convertible sofa and entertainment center. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Wifi internet.

At the seventh floor recreation deck you can go for a swim in the pool, relax in the sauna, shoot hoops on the sports court, practice your golf game on the putting green, or enjoy a game of shuffle board. You can also grill your own catch of the day in the barbeque area, work out in the fitness center, or spend time with the family in the game room, which features billiards and ping-pong.

good value in Waikiki, perfect for large groups

We dealt with Gavin and he was very responsive to our enquiries. The security personnel were friendly and helpful. Our view of Diamond Head, the canal/golf course and ocean was awesome. This unit was well-maintained and spacious in a very nice building.

Pluses: loading zone(not crazy busy), fast elevators, clear check-in instructions emailed well ahead of arrival, wide hallways, good internet, good shower pressure, laundry and dishwasher worked well, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, strong a/c, black-out curtains, pass-thru counter on kitchen, lots of supplies (especially for baby)

Minuses: older building, though well-maintained; tight parking space (one that you drive straight into); construction noises until end of August?; pool is not heated

Places within a block or two: Ross Dress for Less, Mcdonald's breakfast with pineapple, IHOP, Seaside Grill for cheap brekkie, pho, Korean, Marukame Udon, Tea Boss, Food Pantry, ABC Store

This was a great 2-bdrm. unit located away from the hustle and bustle of 'the Strip'

Great place to stay in a premium location

This property was much bigger than expected (we had 7) for a two bedroom flat and had an incredible view of diamond head and the Waikiki skyline from its 34th floor location in a first rate condo complex. Free parking was very much appreciated and the location was perfect for good dining and access to the beach. There were plenty of supplies to enjoy the beach like boogie boards etc. Building security made it harder to get around but not was appropriate for a downtown location. Great place to stay.

perfect location

This is a bit late. We stayed the first week of April. The unit is nicely maintained and has everything you need. We were comfortable and slept 7 (5 kids from 5 to 15). It is very centrally located within walking distance to the mall and the beach. We had a great time.

An Honest Review

The Good.

We have stayed many times in this building before, First time in this unit.

The location is central, and right where you want to be in Waikiki. The views of Diamond Head and the ocean spectacular. The suite is very spacious. Thanks Gavin for allowing us a late check-out, as our flight left in the evening.

The Bad

We haven’t been back to Waikiki for about 2 years, and now with the economy picking up, half of Waikiki is under construction. And you’re facing it! If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this location. With the new International Marketplace being built, as well as several hotels/buildings across the street and down the block being renovated, be prepared to be waken up early each morning to the sounds of jack-hammers and heavy equipment noise. This is on top of the usual police and ambulance sirens. It wasn’t even enjoyable to sit outside and have a coffee or breakfast on the lanai because of all the racket!! Give it at least a couple of years before all this construction is finished. Maybe a unit on the opposite side of the building would be quieter.

As far as the unit itself, and I question the validity of some of the reviews, is that the unit is in much need of some maintenance and upgrading. It’s obvious that the owners don’t care much about the renters and are not putting any effort into this place. The biggest complaint are the beds. If you have a bad back, or need at least a semi-comfortable mattress to sleep on, you will be largely disappointed. The mattresses on the Queen bed and the singles in the other bedroom are about as soft as a piece of plywood!! My wife and I slept on the sofa-bed because the crappy rock-hard mattresses!! The owners really need to spend a few hundred dollars and get some new mattresses, a couple of decent frying pans and a set of knives. Fix all the paint peeling off the walls and ceiling in the bathrooms. Place really needs a facelift.

Would we stay here again? Maybe if they fixed these things and not until all the construction is finished.

Not the worst place in the world, but I thought I’d give this an honest review, as we were quite disappointed and made our decision to stay here based on all the previous reviews.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review, although I would consider this remark to border on being slanderous: "It’s obvious that the owners don’t care much about the renters". I do want to point out that reviews are very subjective, both good and bad. In regards to the guests comments about the beds. We have never had any comments about the beds, and from trying them ourselves considered them comfortable. But we want to ensure that our guests are comfortable so we bought a mattress topper for the queen bed. Here is an example of the subjectivity: I wrote the next guest: "We bought a mattress topper for the bed in the master bedroom as some guests thought the bed was too hard. I could install it during your stay if you feel the same way. Please let me know," Here is their response: "Thanks, but we have no problems with the mattress and think it is great." For future guests: the mattress topper is in place, but if you find the bed too soft, feel free to remove it during your stay. Regarding the noise: It is true that there is a large project going on to renovate the international marketplace, and these guests may have experienced one of the noisier periods. It is slated to be completed by mid 2016. Once that is done noise levels should return to what is normal for the Waikiki area. We have scheduled to repair the peeling paint in the second bathroom. For any future guests: please weigh this review against all the others that have been posted, and feel free to ask me questions if you have any concerns.

Comfortable, clean, convenient

Everything we wanted for a short stay in Waikiki. The unit has a great view, it is centrally located, and it was well maintained (apart from the curtain in the main bedroom that will not close properly). Check-in was easy and the unit had everything we needed.

Excellent location and plenty of space

The location was ideal and the condo easily accommodated family of 5. Had a view of both Diamond Head and the beach. The included free parking was a real bonus, as have learned from prior visits to Waikiki that parking is usually a significant hidden expense. The condo could use some updating, but for the location, and price, well worth it. Would definatley stay again.
