This is a 2 bedroomed semi detached villa, with 2 ensuite bathrooms upstairs and a further cloakroom downstairs.It is fully air conditioned with additional fans along with flyscreens to allow fresh air to circulate.There is a gated garden with parking area and a private swimming pool.

This is a superior, modern property in an excellent location on the outskirts of Coral Bay, in the village of Peyia.

The villa is a few minutes walk to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and local tavernas.

The village centre is an approximate 15 minute walk where more shops and restaurants can be found, including a butchers and a fresh fish store. The nearby, picturesque Paphos harbour is an idyllic venue in which to enjoy local fish and Cypriot meze or take part in the many marine and historical excursions on offer.

A few minutes drive leads to the popular and sought after resort of Coral Bay, which has a wealth of quality amenities and beaches for the discerning holidaymaker.

Enjoyed our recent break in this lovely villa in a peaceful location. Villa is well equipped for everything you may need during your stay. A visit to the bakery is a must and the staff there are so helpful and friendly. We hired a car which was helpful on the overcast days but made the most of the hot sunnier days and spent them lazing on the beach. Kids loved the swimming pool! Thanks again, would recommend your Villa and would book with you again. Very helpful information given by Keith and Alison and directions from the airport was spot on.

Fab Four Month's in Cyprus !

We have just returned from a fab four months in this lovely property Keith and Alison could not have been more helpful, obviously with such a long stay we needed their help on a couple of occasions they were always on hand as were their management company . The property was lovely just as described and in great order, location could not have been better just a short stroll from everything. We've visited Cyprus many times as we have several friend's who live there permanently, now we have retired it was great to be able to enjoy an extended stay . Peyia is a great location we chose this property so we would have the convenience of shops, great bars and the best gym in Pathos, The Tower, but also have the peace and quiet away from the busy main tourist area's. We joined walking groups so also enjoyed the expat life enjoying the beautiful villages which are all within easy access from Peyia. Was great to enjoy a home from home after our days exploring, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for the day's we didn't eat out! Cannot thank Keith and Alison enough for our extended stay in their beautiful villa we'd have no hesitation in recommending it to any of our friends or family .

Perfect getaway for our 1st Wedding Anniversary

We arrived at the Villa on Saturday 1st October. Keith and Alison had kindly arranged for a friend of theirs to pick us up from the Airport which made our transfer very easy.

The Villa was in perfect condition when we arrived, everywhere was very clean and tidy. With its spacious rooms, we instantly felt at home.

We ventured a couple of minutes down the road to find the farmers market and Brewery Bar. We stocked up on fresh meat and veg from the market and some lovely treat from the bakery.

We used the BBQ in the garden almost every night, as the steak from the farmers market was delicious and very well priced. There was everything in the kitchen we needed to prepare dinner easily just like at home.

The only time we ventured into Coral Bay was to go to Ocean Basket. It is a lovely seafood restaurant that took us about 5 minutes in a taxi to get to which cost 6 euro. .

This was the perfect relaxing holiday for us, we did not feel the need to hire a car as we weren't really interested in exploring..just relaxing! All of the shops at the end of the road have everything you need if you do not want to explore.

There is entertainment at the Brewery Bar every night but the Wifi and selection of DvD's in the Villa were a nice touch when we didn't fancy going out.

Overall, this was such enjoyable week and we will definitely be returning next year!

A well located and impressive property

Our party of four (3 adults, one teenager) was very impressed with the villa. Very clean, spacious and well equipped, lovely pool and patio area with sea view (from which we watched some stunning sunsets). Nice to have the house alarmed for security, and private parking too. It proved a good base for visiting local attractions such as Coral Bay and the whole of the west coast, and the jeep safari based at Paphos picked us up on the main road for a brilliant day trip to the Troodos mountains. We tried to avoid the English bars as the local tavernas were much nicer with home cooked food and welcoming service, and we had a lovely meal at the Italian Trattoria in Coral Bay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone, particularly at this time of year as it was quieter and warm without being too hot for comfort. Car parking is mainly free everywhere and eating out is cheaper than in England.

Perfect villa for a relaxing holiday

Our family stayed here for two weeks in August 2015. It was the perfect villa for our family of four in an ideal location away from the hustle and bustle of the resort. Keith and Alison were very efficient during the booking process and answered all my queries and emails very quickly and even during our holiday. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday and the outside space has enough chairs and sunbeds to go round so there were no arguments! The pool was cleaned a few times during our stay and our bedding and towels were refreshed half-way through our stay as expected. It is situated in a fairly quiet cul-de-sac which suited us.

The villa is about 5 minutes drive from Coral Bay so you definitely need a car for convenience. We sampled restaurants from local tavernas, Coral Bay strip restaurants, Paphos harbour, and we drove up to Kathikas a couple of times. It's worth it just for the views you get! A must is Green Hill for the views while eating! We also tried Savvas in the village for the Greek night which was excellent.

We split our beach time between Coral Bay and Corallia Beach and would recommend both. We also ventured to Lara Beach as we had an upgrade to a 4x4 hire car - it was an adventure! I wouldn't recommend it in a normal car!

All in all we had a great time.

Excellent villa in Peyia

We stayed at the villa for 3 weeks in July/August 2015 and booked with Keith and Alison through HomeAway over a year in advance. They were very good to deal with and gave us very clear information.

The Villa was fabulous - within easy walking distance of a few restaurants and the shops (unlike so many properties in Peyia). The pool area is large and was in full sun for most of the day. The pool was cleaned regularly and was lovely for the kids and large enough to have a proper swim in. It was nice and warm in the summer sun and the chemicals were not at all harsh.

The inside and the outside of the property is very clean and well-equipped and had everything that we needed for our stay. The air conditioning was adequate but we chose to use fans and natural ventilation most nights as the air con units only stay on for 2 hours.

Surprisingly we didn't see one mosquito during our whole stay at the villa but I think the fly screens certainly helped with that.

Overall the villa was perfect for our family of four and I would definitely stay there again. It's a shame we couldn't have stayed for longer but I think if I had a Papantoniou's bakery at the end of my road for any longer I wouldn't fit into my aeroplane seat for the trip home!

Gem of a place!!

This is a beautiful, clean gem of a place! Everything you need is there - it is set in a quiet secluded location but you still have every amenity to hand. Restaurants and bars within walking distance but not within hearing distance! I had a beautiful, tranquil break - with some great fun as there is something for everyone on the Island, fantastic restaurants, great for family fun or a romantic break - something to suit everyone. Recommend- you won't be disappointed.

Peyia (Pegeia) Village, is one of the most attractive and friendly villages in south-west Cyprus. It enjoys the advantages of both a quiet rural location, and glorious views of the sparkling Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside. Pegeia is ideally situated and is an excellent base to explore this fantastic region of Cyprus. The village has a good selection of amenities with a number of shops,tavernas & bars to suit all tastes. A 20 minute drive will take you into the charming harbour town of Paphos offering a complete range of attractions from archaeological treasures to cosmopolitan shops, bars & restaurants.Closer still at only only a five minute drive is the wonderful beach and resort area of Coral Bay where there are also shops, bars, cafés and restaurants. Car hire and daily excursions can be sourced from here.

If it's total peace & tranquility you want, there are numerous villages within a short drive such as Kathikas where a warm Cypriot welcome is always guaranteed.
