Enjoy your very own private beach, awesome sunsets and close proximity to town
Why Donna Glinton chose George Town
You would love this property for many reasons. Let me list a few for you. Master Harbour (Flamingo Villa) sits in the middle of the Island of Exuma. This Island is 60 miles long. A rental car is a must when visiting Exuma, unless you plan to just remain on the property where you are staying and miss all that the beautiful island has to offer you. Being in the middle of the Island gives you the advantage of not being too far away from any of the "must visit places" Exuma. Our property has its own beach for swimming with shallow water for great Kayak trips to the nearby little Cays. A few miles east will take you to one of the most beautiful beach on the Island, Tropic of Cancer beach. On your way there, stop off at Forbes Hill beach, a hidden gem! After you are done swimming in the turquoise waters at Tropic of Cancer beach, head a little further east and have a late lunch at Santana's Bar & Grill, on the beach in Williams Town. Our property is just 4 miles from town, where you will find restaurants, bars, banks and grocery stores etc. Also from town, you can take the ferry across the harbour to the world famous Chat "n" Chill beach bar (my favorite beach bar). This is just an awesome way to spend a day! Further west of town is Sandals Resort & Golf course. For great Kite-boarding go further west to Rolleville
What makes this Cottage unique
The unique benefit of staying at Flaming Villa at Master Harbour is your ability to have a beach of your very own and people who will make you feel like you are home!

Simple and modest property in nice/quiet location
The property isn’t fancy but was adequate for our needs. Donna was extremely helpful and responsive to questions and Una was a delight as she showed us around town. WiFi is slow but we expected it and it was a nice break ;)
We did have a bit of trouble with electricity- it went out briefly (5-10min) on 2nd or 3rd day and then again for longer during the night our last night. It was still out the morning we were leaving. I didn’t report as we were headed out anyway but I’m sure Donna would have been quick to respond.
It was perfect for what we needed. USA was super helpful and friendly.
Trip of a lifetime
I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect. Close enough to town to enjoy activities but far enough out to feel privacy. Very reasonably priced and worth it. We will be back!
Quiet, tranquil property. Pretty little private beach with canoes. Euna and Donna are great people.
Friendly, right on the beach villa
Super location, friendly staff, Una met us and showed us around and took care of us. Donna too was really helpful and responsive to queries. Right on a private beach with a shallow bay and kayaks to use. Clean, spacious villa with beautiful sea view
It was a pleasure to host Claire and her guest. Thanks so very much Claire for choosing our place and we sure hope that you all enjoyed Exuma. Please hurry back! Thanks for taking great care of the house.

True Bahama experience
We boated to this area several years ago. We loved the beautiful location, the rustic brightly colored cottage and Una, our outgoing
and helpful hostess. Top that off with Captain Jerry and a tour on his boat and we were in heaven. Santana's and Mom's bakery, and Stocking Island are a must. Thompson car rental took good care of us. We would love to go back and stay longer. Everyone we met on the island were friendly and helpful. A wonderful week. Thank you.
After leaving the airport, come over the hill, and down to the round-about. At the round-about, you will go half way around and bear to the right. Heading Southeast on Queens Highway. This is the one main road on Exuma Island and it will take you from one end of the island to the next. Continue on Queens Highway until you see the sign that says George Town (approximately 25 minutes from the airport). Once you pass this sign you will continue along until you arrive at the point in the road where you will have to turn right up a hill. Look for the pink wall on your left. Proceed over the hill and down,(you will see the lagoon on your left), you are in a portion of the little township of George Town. Look out for the BTC building on your right (blue & yellow) then the road will come to another stop sign. Take the right turn at the stop sign and continue along Queens Highway. You are now heading southeast from George Town. You will pass a soft ball field on your left, then go over the hill, look for February Point on your left, continue east and pass Cheaters Restaurant on your right, continue traveling east and pass Browns Marine (lots of boats in the marina) on your left, and approximately five minutes beyond this, you will come upon Master Harbour Villas on the left (seaside) of the street. Look for the colorful lattice/wooden fence and the Sun face sign on the fence that says Master Harbour Villas. Pull into the driveway, you are here!
