Stayed 3 nights this summer. Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Master Bedroom bed very comfortable and kids had no problems sleeping on sofa bed. Kitchen, bathrooms, and all other aspects were good. AC worked well. No need to rent chairs or umbrella at the beach as the unit had several chairs and an umbrella for our use. Also had small coolers and other games for kids. Complex is right on the beach which was perfect and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. We would recommend and stay in this unit again. Any negative reviews on this unit is from someone who would be far too picky. Location on St Pete Beach is very good as there are several good restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket and dollar store directly across the street. You could stay at this complex w/out a car if need be.
My daughter and I just spent a wonderful week at this condo. It is located directly on St. Pete's Beach and within walking distance to everything you could possibly need. The pool was exceptionally clean and the awesome BBQ area was perfect for those days when you just felt like hanging out. The condo itself is fully equipped & very clean & quiet. The 2 bathrooms are certainly a bonus and I thoroughly enjoyed my evenings on the balcony! I would recommend this condo to anyone and will be returning again someday soon!
we really enjoyed our 3 week stay. didn't need a car as there were resturants and a supermarket in walking distance. condo clean and well equipped. would book again.
One week stay. Location is good - on beach, very close to publix grocery store. Condo was clean, bright, well equipped, good wifi, generous sized kitchen/living area, good bathrooms. Office staff were very helpful - patiently and efficiently answered all my questions. Only downside is that the condo and balcony look out over a public carpark which is very busy plus quite a lot of traffic noise from the main road - this makes the balcony not the most relaxing or private place. Inside the condo, this noise was not an issue. On the other hand, you can still see the sun set from the balcony.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Gulf Strand! The condo has everything you possibly would need, from a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area and the white sandy beach that was only steps away! We found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. We will recommend this condo to our friends and will definitely book again when we return to St. Pete Beach!
